The kids working pulling grocery orders are so rude to customers, blocking aisles with the big carts, practically running you over. One today literally said "I need to move your cart to grab something" I had only been there a second looking at frozen foods and literally was unable to browse for anything. He couldn't wait two seconds for me to grab something and move on. I'll never shop Walmart again. I say it each time but I left when that happened and won't be back to any Walmart. I saw some elderly people struggling to maneuver and not many options for them for help checking out. Never again.

I just want to say thank you to a sweet young lady named Malak working at the self-checkout she was very very helpful today while I had a screaming child and another one running around she helped me with my groceries, coupons, my gift cards she helped me with everything and made it all smooth. She is a perfect example of customer service. Thank you Malak, you are exquisite! I appreciate you so very much!

I love having the market so close to my house, I don't like the supercenter due to the crowds and it's so big it's difficult to find what I need but the market is great! Same prices but it's simply a grocery store and this particular location has a great selection, produce is typically in good shape and the employees I have dealt with have been very nice and helpful!

This location closes earlier than advertised often. If you close at 11pm the doors should not be locked at 10:45 / 10:50. Change your hours if you want to close early or stick to the program.

I only gave this two stars because yall need to see about yalls gas pumps at this location! There is NO WAY my gas hand is at a 1/4 of a tank and I put in 10 but only takes it to 1/2 a tank when I have a 4 cylinder?! NO WAY. I started to pump and it was over in 15 seconds literally...somebody adjusted the valves wrong 🤷🏼‍♀️

The prices are comparable with others, and the customer service is great. The vegetables are always fresh. I have never had any problems here. You can always get in and out without long lines.

Love to use the neighborhood market, smaller, less crowded but good selection. Sometimes a little lean on cashiers, if I am going to scan & bag my own groceries I should be compensated. I don't trust the scanning process, too many stories of people having issues and being accused of theft and having to defend themselves, guilty until proven innocent.

Just recently I lost my phone while shopping here and the CSN walked through just about the whole store helping me till we found it. All the employees were so helpful. I couldn't even begin to describe how thankful I am for all the employees. I love this store so much.

Whuz up guys ! I love this Walmart Neighborhood Market in Highland Plaza. The staff is very diverse consisting of males, females, black white, and other ethic groups. I love this 😍. Management got it right ! It simply proves we all can get along. This Walmart got it right lol.👍. I shop there about three days a week picking up fresh salads. The employees are always the same, working as usual. However they always 😊 with a friendly hello. They know Mr. C. personally from being a regular customer. You know any one of us 💕 to be recognized. It gives you a good feeling of importance......... Especially if you are spending 💰. The customer service is 😎. It's a good feeling to see the same workers. This means no turn over within the company. Guess what ? No drama up in here 😂.Keep doing what you guys are doing See you soon. I 💕 Chatt. Town. Mr. C

It is freezing in this store! Like being stuck in an arctic storm. I could feel the shape of my sinuses with cold air. I couldn't tell you what the selection is like or if the store was organized because my brain went into limp mode and I just got milk and left.

I had a hard time finding gluten free bread so I asked a nice lady who was putting up stock in the dairy section where I could find it. She told me it was on row 16 or 17. I looked up and down the rows but could not find it. So I went back to the nice lady and ask her again. She said she could not leave her station for long because she had a lot to do and not a lot of time to do it. I told her I understand completely as I used to work for Walmart a very long time ago. So I know how it is when you get behind on something. But she still led me to the aisle and help me find what I was looking for. I thank her very much I just wish I could remember her name. Nice lady if I see you again I was sure to give you a gigantic thank you!

Other than the place always being stocked, it is very messed up that an associate parks in the FIRST handicap spot when they work. Occupying it for their whole shift so no other disabled persons can park there. There are other close spots to the front for them to park at that does not occupy that spot yet theyre so arrogant that they park there. Every place i have worked at that had handicap abled associates, knew, those were for customers PERIOD. The '17+ silver camry gotta go!

If you come to Walmart to pay any bills pay close attention because the cashier will ask you after paying your bill (IF YOU WANT YOUR RECEIPT)well of course you'll want your receipt after paying a bill.Butni was in a hurry one day paid a 370.00 dollar bill I didn't get the receipt (stupidly) the money I spent to pay the bill was never added to my account so there forth it was stolen from me.From the cashier good day day for her and a sad one for me.

Used Walmart pick up tonight and half of my food items were not bagged. While putting everything up I had expired products and opened boxes of food items that were missing from each box.

I had a full cart of groceries and upon seeing me, the cashier turned her light off and walked away to go scroll on her phone. In fact, nearly every employee I saw in the front was on their phone or talking. Only self-checkouts available. Absolutely no customer service whatsoever. Employees stocking items all had headphones in and I watched one nearly collide with an old woman. Just no concern or care from these employees. How dare we shop and make them have to actually do their jobs! I'll be shopping elsewhere.

Convenient, well-stocked, fair prices and usually the lowest gas prices in town. Appears to be better stocked and better maintained and better staffed then the super Walmarts in the area. Still my first choice when going for ordinary household food items.

Convenient shopping... good prices. I think Walmart has made a good start in the organic food area by carrying several certified organic products. Ground beef and eggs are important ones. I need to see this happen in the way of milk cheese, pork and chicken as well. Please make these sustainably sourced food items available. Thank you!

July 2021 UPDATE: This store had a 5 star rating from me before. It has now dropped to a 2 because of the new layout. Horrible. Before it was easy to shop in this store. Now it takes twice as long to get in and get out, mainly because they took the middle horizontal isle out...and now you have to run up and down long isles constantly trying to find things. Please switch it back!!! In the meantime, I now shop at the other Walmart stores nearby because this one is so frustrating.PREVIOUS 5 STAR REVIEW: The folks at this market do much better keeping things in stock than the larger Walmart stores nearby. Nice clean environment. And the cool employees in the pharmacy are great. This is one excellent Walmart Neighborhood Market that I can recommend without any hesitation whatsoever. Thanks to all the kind folks who work there for making it such a success.

Why are all of the Neighborhood Market employees so rude and nasty toward us truck drivers? They also don’t respect truck drivers clocks. They take twice as long to unload with 1/2 the pallets of the Supercenters. Someone from corporate please answer this. Chattanooga and Huntsville area NMKTs have the nastiest employees toward truck drivers.
