Customer service is extremely unprofessional and terrible at this location (3550 Broad Street, Chattanooga, TN). I had one refill left of my medication and they refused to fill it even though the prescription doesn’t expire for two more months. So they canceled the prescription my doctor gave me off of their own accord and made that decision without consulting my doctor. There are many other pharmacies in town, I would recommend go to those and avoid this one at all costs. The large female Pharmacist/tech there makes decisions on your medications without consulting your doctor. Prescription tampering at its finest. Pharmacist on a power trip and thinks she knows more than your doctor and cancels prescriptions at her discretion, regardless if you need medication. SHE DOES NOT CARE. Worst experience I have ever had at a pharmacy. Also, medications are always out at this location, and not a single employee makes an effort to let patient know when medication available. Then when you go check if it’s back in stock, they cancel your prescription. Do not go to this location, maybe with less patients, they can learn to do their job better.

Zero stars? My wife takes meds and has since her 20s. She takes the name brand of that med. She called 8 days ago and Walgreens said they would have it refilled in time for her to pick it up before she ran out. Today was that day.When she went to check in with them, they blamed the doctor for not calling them back. At 5:30 PM, an employee said they could give her 3 pills to tide her over. Two hours later, she came to Walgreens and they said they just put in the order and it wouldn't be done till tomorrow. My wife re-confirmed that she needed the BRAND drug, not the generic and it was confirmed by staff that the note was in her file.Hoping that it would be done, I called at 8:15 PM, spoke with Walgreens staff, and he said it was done. Glory! Until we went there and it was the generic not the brand and when asked what could be done to quickly rectify things, he said nothing because he had 30 other prescriptions to work on...when I noted we were the only people in line, he continued to simply say it would be done in the morning and refused to help rectify their continued mistakes regardless of our literal presence at Walgreens...needless to say, my own snark took over. Her meds will be now be ready hours after she will need them.I suppose this is lunacy disguised as professionalism. I won't blame them all but I will blame the young man with the beard in the blue for talking down to me and my wife, screwing up on multiple levels, and then looking at me like I'm the dummy because he screwed up. Hopefully his mom or dad is the founder of Walgreens because that should be the only job security he has in my more than sardonic opinion.Thank God for the Publix across the street...I imagine their parents raised them better.

I rarely shop here and now I remember why. Went in this morning with the simple shopping task of picking up two gift cards. As I made my way towards the checkout area (no one there), I glanced over my left shoulder where I saw three female Walgreens employees talking with one another, who saw me and ignored me. I stood at the register for two minutes, then decided to step over towards the aisle where the employees were to make sure they saw me. "Good morning!" I said. No response. Finally the older lady finally waited on me and never responded to my greeting or even bothered to ask me if I found everything I needed. She barely made eye contact and probably couldn't wait to get back to her talk circle. Little stuff like this matters, especially when it involves where I decide to spend my money. On a Monday morning at 10 AM you would think you wouldn't have any problem getting waited on. Not there. They don't appreciate the business, and as someone else posted on Google reviews, Walgreens has eliminated some of the competition and that can create employee apathy. If you're in a hurry and you need to visit this location, good luck.

orders some photos online, went in picked up photos. got to my car and realize they weren’t mine! no biggie, i go back in to fix the issue. the lady working the counter was kind and helpful to the gentleman in front of me. when it was my turn, she simply walked away. i asked if i could have some assistance and she told me it was not likely she could help me, before even knowing why I was at the photo counter. the younger girl (lindsey) came over and she was amazing. erradicated the issue in a timely manner. the other lady, who looks like she may be a manager, was so rude I just couldn’t believe it. if you go to this location avoid her at all costs. Not sure why I was treated differently, I hope someone higher up sees this and discusses her attitude with her.

It’s a horrible mess. I’ve been trying to do get my medication and my dog’s medication filled there and after the past three out of ten years it just became a real horrible show. I think everyone is wary of this Walgreen’s at this point. Publix is across the street now. I guess that’s where I’ll go.An update, four months later. Gave this location’s pharmacy another try because of a few of the techs were doing their best to help customers. Had several techs tell me the medication was out of stock and then the pharmacist called back and said he had the medication but refused to fill it or even partially fill it for me as I headed out on an international trip. My PCP personally called and asked why and the pharmacist (Matthew) refused again to even give three days of medication so it’s apparent they have no issue with patients going without medications that have withdrawal effects and it wouldn’t surprise me if there is a class-action lawsuit against the company for negligence in the near future. After all, this wasn’t a supply chain issue, just unwillingness to be reasonable.

My sister was waiting for infant’s nebulizar and was told it’d be 15 minutes. She waited in the car with her small children for 15 minutes and my mom went in to get it and passed the pharmacist on her way out for lunch. The pharmacist told her to come back after her lunch despite just having told her to come back in 15. They have two children two and under in the car and came back when they were told.

Do not use this pharmacy it is full of incompetent people who will do nothing to help you . They think they know better than your dr and will do all they can to keep you from getting your medicine . The people at this pharmacy are idiots !!!!

I live out of town. I called at 9:30 in the morning to have my prescription transferred. When I arrived at 3:00 pm, it was still not ready. They said it would be another 15-20 minutes. I have a reservation at 3:30 and now I'll miss that! I can't come later tonight because we won't be back before they close at 6. How incompetent!

Terrible selection. Friendly pharmacy staff. Zero quality products. Very few earth friendly products. Furthermore, they’re overuse (or any use) or plastic bags and their employees sheer ignorance of how horrible plastic is for the planet and how much of it ends up in oceans is just amazing to me. A reflection of poor education, poor management and zero care for our climate or planet or Childrens survival. Didn’t see anyone bringing their own bags. I’m a stand for stores helping our environment. You’re either hurting it or helping it. There’s no in between any more. No more excuses.

The pharmacy here has the worst customer service of any Walgreen's I have ever been to. They filled a prescription I did not ask for or need instead of the one that was called in. I went thru the drive thru and asked for my prescription, naming it by name, and she looked on her computer and said yes, it was ready...and named it by name. She came back with a bag, ran my card, I left. Got home and was about to take medicine when I noticed it was another entirely different medication I didn't ask for. Drove back to the pharmacy and asked her to correct the mistake and give me the one I actually had the prescription for. She gave a very rude dialogue about how it wasn't their error because technically I can take the medicine they gave me so it's not a medical error, therefore no refund. Seriously? One was for blood pressure and one was for thyroid. Not interchangeable. Not MY mistake. We went round and round about this issue and I asked for her manager. They came back and gave me an 1-800 number. I asked for her direct supervisors name and she wouldn't give. They told me they didn't even have the correct medicine that had been called in even though she had just looked on her computer and said it was ready. Told me to go home and call doc again. Which I did. And they called it in a SECOND time. So, I drove down only to find they had no prescription for me again, even though I had the person's name they spoke to and everything. We went round and round again. Finally left without my medicine. Called Walgreen's on Gunbarrel and within about 20 minutes they politely had it ready and there was no problem. I will never be back to the Broad St store and after all of this I don't know who will be gladder, me or them. Go somewhere else unless you have a lot of time to be hassled about things that aren't your fault.

Dreadful customer service from time to time. Often understaffed and stressed staff. Be prepared to wait. When Walgreens bought Rite Aid and closed the other pharmacy on South broad competition diminished significantly. There are some very pleasant pharmacy staff to be fair.

I have been dealing with Rite-Aid Pharmacy. But, when they closed I became a Walgreens customer. Poor service I'xe every encountered. The pharmacy manger Mrs Wendy, very rude, rushing you off the phone. So, if you don't want me to be a good Custer, I went somewhere else, where business knows how to treat their customers! I would have rated this company an zero minus 0, buy I rated them with one.

This pharmacy is a joke. Don't waste ur time supposed to be on lunch from 1:30pm to 2pm well I pulled into the drive thru at 1:25pm and they were already on lunch. And this was after they sent me away cause they told me my prescription was filled at a different walgreens 30 minutes away and I had to pick it up there which after driving to that pharmacy they told me they did not have my prescription filled and it would be a while to fill it.

Andrew, Curt occasional floater Pharmacist are also excellent with their help, knowledge and personalble attention.Store is always clean and well stocked.In the past few years being new to the North Shore location I've seen the pharmacy double or triple in volume, their performance speaks for itself.One thing about Walgreen's they do have very good Nice and all other "store" brands. Just as good or better than the high end national name brands. I've also seen their own prices increase to match, economics. Clipping Store Coupons on your smartphone app helps with your monthly, weekly store sales and all mfg coupons on to your bonus card (aka phone number on key pad) now includes rx's...different tiers. You will get cash back rewards per $1 spent. I would suggest to cash out between $10 & $20 levels. My $50 level, wasn't worth for me.Few more perks of using Walgreens' if you need cash back on your card purchase, they do not charge you fee. There's also an ATM and Photo lab as well. No Redbox 😒 Stay Well 🌈💯 This Review is for the 110 Market St Chattanooga TN location only.

Worst pharmacy I've ever encountered! I called in 2 days before I picked up my prescription and it still wasn't ready when I got there. I had to wait an hour for then to fill it. Seriously ridiculous! They would not know what customer service was if it bit them. No regard for the customers at all. They even made this poor woman with a sick baby wait forever. Utterly appalled!

RUDE and slow associates that would rather finish their conversation with each other or a customer they know, or finish stocking something in the aisle instead of check you out. on several occasions ive been told " just hold on dear ill be there in a minute" by some associate that looks like paula dean.. a cashier once picked up my keys from the counter and "misplaced them" in the 15 minutes it took for me to be rung up and then walked to my car to realize I had no keys, I had to have someone bring my extra set so I could drive my car home, I left my # with the manager ab my keys.. no phone call, called 2 days later " no keys found" went back a few days later mgr said "let me go watch the video to see where they put them" that should have been the first the mgr did!! don't assume you can run in and grab what you came for, you'll have to hunt an associate down to ring you up or stand in a line of 12 people at the only register open. dont you people teach your associates that without customers they wouldn't even have a job there.

Slowest, most unorganized and inefficient pharmacy I've ever been to. Expect to wait an hour for your prescription even if it's called in prior to arrival. Double check your bag because they will also leave out part of your prescription.

We stopped by to buy some milk at 9:45pm. This location closes at 10pm. The doors were closed and locked and I could literally see the cashier on her cellphone at the register.
