Shannon and her team did an exceptional job grooming one of my rescue dogs that was matted and full of dirt! She looked like a whole new dog when they were done with her! Most importantly you can see Shannon’s deep love for animals and that reflects in her work! I highly recommend them!

Bless these people!!! I rescue dogs and rescued a dog that is matted up and in pain. Left behind by its owners that moved and left her behind. She’s a beautiful dog, but nobody else could get her in today. I called and explained the situation, and they were able to get her in right away and bless us! Well we are going to bless you guys. Shannon did an excellent job grooming my doodle Coco. Love that they let the fur babies play while they groom. My pup is 6 months old and has been groomed only one time at home. I was nervous about leaving her somewhere for the first time, but she seemed happy and not anxious at all when I picked her up. I will use their services again. I absolutely love the way my dogs look after coming here to be groomed!My small senior dog used to exhibit behavioral issues for a day or two, almost every time after returning from a grooming session at the last two places I took him. But since I’ve started taking him to Wags To Riches, he hasn’t had a single issue! I’m pretty sure it had to do with the environment he was in at the other places, and not with the groomers themselves. But at Wags To Riches, the way Shannon and her staff have the shop set up, he’s not cooped up in a tiny cage in the back, all alone for hours, so he feels more at ease.Having a long haired dog (Shih Tzu) who needs to be groomed often, pricing has always been a key factor in choosing a groomer. Thankfully, the prices here are very affordable and even after a recent price increase, it is still well below what I was paying elsewhere.It’s clear that Shannon and her staff really care about the dogs they work with, and I feel like my pups are always in good hands here. I’m so glad I found Wags To Riches last year. My dogs have never looked better!

Brought my dog here twice, the first time I was told my payment would be $20-something and when I checked out the woman told me “just $20! It was just a bath and his nails! :)” so I gave her $20 and that was that.I have a shorthaired dachshund so he doesn’t need a cut, that seemed reasonable.I scheduled an appointment for 1 PM today, I called at 3:40 to check in and she said he was being blow dried and they still need to do his nails… so I came by at 4:40 and he was done.This time she charged me $31? I was confused but she said “no I’ve never charged anyone $20 before” so I paid her and left a $4 tip.When I got home I noticed blood spots all over my couch and bed…. I checked his nails and sure enough, two of them were cut so short he was bleeding. No one told me he had be cut or had been bleeding when I picked him up. I couldn’t believe it. I understand he’s not good with sitting still, but that’s why I paid a business, who specializes in grooming dogs, to take care of it. I understand stuff happens but TELL THE OWNER. Now I have blood all over my furniture and a wounded pup.I can’t believe they didn’t me they’d hurt my dog. No word of it at all. That’s the main reason I won’t be going back here.

Great experience all around! We have an older black lab and Shannon is super sweet with her when she goes in to get her nails trimmed. One of the only places we have been to that actually trims her nails instead of just quickly filing them. She has a genuine interest in our dogs and is always so nice and helpful!

I took my pomeranian to petsense and they done an absolutely terrible job! I paid for a nail grind and didn't het it, her haircut was gaped and uneven, I made one phone call to wags to riches and within 30 minutes they had her looking perfect!

They did a good job with my dogs. I didn’t like that my dog that got a bath was still damp when I got him back though. I specifically asked for him to be completely dry the 2nd time I took him but he still came back damp. Not as bad though.

Definitely never bringing my pup here again. His haircut was extremely choppy & uneven. One part on his chest was cut so close, it almost looked like they nicked him with scissors. If they trimmed his nails I couldn’t tell at all. I’m amazed that they let me walk out the door with my pup looking this bad.

100% rip off. Took 2 dogs in 1 looks like he was groomed the other nothing different. Explanation given I trimmed around her head and cleaned her butt. My Yorkie looked exactly the same as she went in. But I was charged the same for both dogs!
