The customer service here is great! Kisha and everyone at the guest services area was so helpful! They made a return that was an absolutely headache to deal with so easy and convenient. The store is well kept and the garden area has lots of options. Great store overall!

I own my own Painting and Contact Business. REDHEAD PAINT - in case you need a painter or handyman 👍Started the business in Atlanta, Georgia for the first six or seven years. When I moved to the Chattanooga area, I’ve had to adjust to most Home Depot’s not having all the products in stock.This location is way more to choose from in the rental department and the on hand inventory in the paint department.THOMAS in Tool Rental Department was the best and most helpful rep I’ve had in the many years I’ve been going to THD.

Tool Rental customer service is sup-par. I rented a trailer, the gentleman got the contract created and we had to wait for at least 15-20 minutes, before we got the trailer. Not to mention, he didn’t point out that we didn’t have the hitch correct (first time trailer tow). We figured it out later and fixed it. Upon return, I was there 38 minutes past the time the return was due. There were 4 people ahead of me and by the time the older gentleman got to me, it was an hour over the due time. I mentioned that I was there 38 minutes past the return, he said no I know you came in much later. Basically I am a liar now. I had my pro perk open on the phone, and when I asked to redeem it, he says the contract is closed out. Next time mention it before. All in all, worst experience of all Home Depot’s I have rented from before. Next time - Never renting anythinghere.

Always have had good service here The return process is easy as long as you have your receipt they could even find your receipt if you used your debit card or your military discount. The associate in the plumbing department helped us many many different times and knew exactly where things were and if they would fit what we needed to retrofit a house with. I wish I knew his name.

This is my go to home improvement store. Occasionally they don't have something I need and I will go to the blue box store across the street. This store is always clean, the employees are always cheerful and happy to help me and it is always well stocked so I can find what I'm looking for. We will keep coming back for all our projects.

Good place to go for home improvement. A little disorganization in that I had to go to to 3 different people to get what I needed. (i.e. "Oh, he's not here...go see ...not working today...go see...finally was able to have someone help me and schedule an installation. In the end it worked out.

If you are stressing because you can’t find what you like in tile, ask for Alec in the flooring department. He will look up things online that are filtered to what you want. He was so helpful to me. He will be my go to person next time I need something from his department.

On this visit to store the sales person helping me in plumbing went above and beyond the call of duty to help me find a replacement part for my kitchen faucet. I want go into all the details but this salesperson didn't have to take the time or go to the effort that he did to help me find part, but he did and the part worked perfectly, and I really appreciate him for his help.

We came in today to replace the Google nest doorbell we have. I didn't like the new design and that it cost $179, but was going to get it anyway because we like being able to see who comes to our house while we're not there. When the customer service rep opened the cabinet I saw that the old model was on clearance for $58! We bought that one instead. We also came in for paint supplies and they had all the rolls and paint pans we needed. And I found a light for our stairwell that we're coming back for.

This store is 1/4 mile off my beaten path home from work. It's also pretty close to my home, so they get a lot of my business as a result. It is well stocked, clean and the employees are knowledgeable and helpful. Good place, my only complaint would be the accessibility of the military discount code which requires being logged in to your account. Easily done if you remember to sign in before you get to the checkout. Would be nice if they would do a link to your phone number. Not a reason to go elsewhere though.

This is my favorite store ever! The lumber guys are my favorite. I came in for custom cut wood pieces and Ernie (and Daniel at checkout) helped me so well, gave me a discount and picked up both pieces like it was nothing. These guys are awesome and I’ll definitely be coming back for any wood I need :)) Lowe’s was no help and they told me to cut my own wood??Going to their review page next

Found some carpeting that would work perfect needless to say I left the store without it because the guy in the carpet department refused to cut it because it would take too much work first it started with it would take too much work take at least 30 minutes then it went to 45 minutes I told him that was fine I would go to lunch with my daughter and come back then I was told well it would be better to do it in the morning when there’s no one in here he would have to cut four pieces I don’t live in that town I’m not going to drive all the way back just to get some carpeting when I can go somewhere else and get it I did not purchase my carpet from there because you have employees that do not want to work I could not believe that if you don’t wanna work then why are you there

As a contractor, it seems that I spend a lot of time in home Depot. I'm a veteran and take advantage of the discount when I can. There seems to be a conservative effort to make it really hard to get the discount anymore. They force you to go through self checkout, I have a real issue with that. The computer doesn't give you the discount and then you have to go to customer service where you wait in line again where they void the transaction and start over. This is frustrating and time consuming as I have gone through this twice this week. If they can't straighten this out this contractor will be taking all business to Lowes. Too bad I'm so in love with Ryobi tools.

This location is a better employer than the Memphis location. There is definitely more organization, but there could still be a greater responsibility taken for keeping the shelves stocked. And making sure there is at least two to three employees available to the busiest departments such as plumbing. The people are definitely nicer and management seems to appreciate the hard workers better than the Memphis location did. It is only been 2 months, but they have shown appreciation when Memphis did not show it in 9 months. We would definitely recommend this location for those seeking secure employment.
