We love The Ark! My Labrador, Clifford, goes once a week and everyday is greeted by friendly staff who know him by name. He goes in wiggling his whole body and leaves wiggling his whole body (out of pure happiness). He just loves it there! They offer discounted rates if you buy in bulk, and offer camera footage so I can watch him play.

I bring my dog to daycare in Red Bank on a weekly basis and he gets so excited everytime we pull into the parking lot. The staff is amazing and loves on our dogs while we have to go to work. I also board my dog here and I am confident he gets loved on while we are out of town!

The customer service here is above and beyond! Not only in person, but also when I called and asked a million questions! My dog was so happy (and tired) when I picked him up after his free assessment! And how cute - he got a report card!!! I will most certainly be using The Ark for all our daycare and boarding needs!

Husband Picked up my dog Orlo after a 3 night stay. Staff didn’t mention the bite in his ear nor does it look they treated it with anything. Completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and negligent behavior. Disgusting.

My dog loves The Ark! She suffered some trauma with her last owner and has some PTSD, so I was worried it wouldn't work out. But the staff is so great and loving and she ended up having the BEST time! Now my sweet girl is being social and she is much happier! Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough about how wonderful, caring staff The Ark in Redbank has. I love bring my babies there, it is comforting to know they are loved and taken care of as part of The Ark Family. Chattanooga is blessed to have such a wonderful place to bring our fur babies. Love you guys🐾❤️

My first visit to The Ark for Bodie was for complete bath and first groom. Bodie is only 5 months and very playful. He looked great, was happy and loved everybody he came in contact with. I will be boarding him for a few days but I had to be comfortable with where Bodie is staying!! The Ark Spa and Hotel is definitely the place !! The cameras to watch Bodie at playtime is a big plus!! Great place!!!

Not sure why there are no reviews about this place but I will do the honors and be the first. If you are looking for a place where your dog can play all day and have fun look no further. I like that they separate the big dogs from the little dogs. I work long hours and don’t have the luxury to take my dog every day to a dog park. I have tried a dog walker and you end up paying more money. For the same amount of money your dog gets to have fun all day while you are slaving away at work. They also do boarding if you are going out of town and can handle any grooming services. No I am not an employee or got paid to write this. Believe me when I tell you that my dog NEEDS this place. I can tell the difference in his behavior if he doesn’t get that exercise.

We have a new dog, and this was the first time we have been back in over a year, since losing our previous pets. What a transformation! The place looks great, and the hi-res pet cams were a pleasure to monitor. But one thing hasn't changed, and that is the warmth and friendliness of the staff.

I thought my dog Vixen was fine after 6 nights there recently, but she has started itching incessantly from the day she returned and biting her hips and feet and paws and neck......ughShe has never had issues before. She is 8 years old and healthy with all her shots. Now I will have to go to the veterinarian and spend even MORE to get her treated. Has anyone else had their pet get skin issues from this place? Her itching and raw skin is terrible! The staff was nice, but Vixen may have been exposed to something causing these issues.

I brought my dog here to get groomed and I was impressed with how nice the front desk staff was and how quick they were to groom my dog. However, I clearly told the groomer what I wanted and that is not what I got. I specifically told her to trim the hair around my dog’s face but instead she just completely cut off my dog’s beard. My schnoodle is bald and not even recognizable. My dog’s hair is the same length all over so it is clear that the groomer just did what was easiest for her. I am extremely disappointed, I really wanted to like it here.

I have used red bank location. I have been pleased until I discovered today that my prepaid package expires on the day it is withdrawn from your account. In August I was sick with Covid and didn’t bring him. Then in Sept I missed 3 days out of the 4. So I lost money. Today oct 19,2023 I took him. I asked for mail trim ok fine. I mentioned I have plenty of credit. So, no worries. The lady in the morning is the best. When I picked him the manager told me my days were expired. That would make 25 from august 75 from Sept and 75 for Oct. which shouldn’t have expired until Nov 2,2023 I discovered.That is $175. The absolute worst the girls attitude. She did extend the 3 visits . I reviewed what I heard her say. She said yes that’s it. I replied that I will bring him 3x before Nov 2,2023 and we will not be back. She smiled and said ok that’s fine.I’m my world this is the worst customer service . I would recommend details ahead of time. Review the expenses charged. When we registered the system wasn’t working correctly so no one ever said the dates expire. I told her this. She said well they do.So sad. So unprofessional.

We boarded our cat for the first time over the holidays at The Ark Spa in Redbank and had a great experience! From booking our reservation over the phone to dropping off our kitty and making certain we were comfortable with her kennel. I especially want to thank Elijah D. for going above and beyond to send us pictures of our cat and taking such good care of her. It is apparent they love pets!!!

We have utilized the boarding services of the Ark Pet Spa at Red Bank for several years. Before detailing what we like about the Ark, I must say a HUGE thank you to their new manager, Kayla, and her amazing staff! It is like a new place with their new organization. Kayla has made changes that hugely benefit the stay of any pet. Our dog, who is older, threw up while boarding. Kayla immediately called me and I let her know that he probably just got over heated. She kept him in the grooming room for the rest of the day and then called me that evening to let me know he was doing well. It is great to go on vacation and know your dog is in good hands and will not sit in a kennel for almost the entire time you are gone! Checking up on your baby via their web cam is also amazing. You can even request that they have a Kong treat during their lunch time rest period. A definite 5 stars from our family!

Used the Ark for 9 years, but past 6 month have been very disappointing. Lost reservations, mixed messages from staff, lack of concern with kennel cough/dog flu, and we even had to help them chase down a dog they let get loose in front of the building that crossed Dayton Blvd to the Storage Facility. Final straw was a random call demanding payment for a 16 month old bill despite the fact our dogs have stayed dozens of days since(paid in full) and we are not even sure we had a dog that stayed for the weekend in question. Hopefully that one charge is so beneficial to them that they do not value our future business. This is definitely not the same business it was in the beginning.

Had a pretty upsetting visit (seen below). But after posting this review, I was reached out to and the lady (I assume the manager or owner) she profusely apologized, and refunded me the cost of the nail trim. She was understanding, and offered next time to make sure that things were handled properly. I am very appreciative of this effort, and am probably going to give it another shot.Below is original review.“Took my dog to do the full bath. Was charged as normal, all to find out when I got home that they couldn’t do the nail trim. There was no mention of this when I picked him up. So I am curious as to what else they couldn’t do and neglected to tell me. They told me I wasn’t charged, but I paid for a full bath, and everything that came with it… including a nail trim. More than likely will not be visiting again.”

Took my dog Zoe for a full bath (shampoo, condition, towel and blow dry, ear cleaning, face/feet/Fanny trim) and they did such an amazing job! Zoe looks so cute and clean and came out a very happy pup! They did a great job of keeping her calm and took great care of her when she was nervous! 10/10 recommend the Ark to anyone who wants kind, caring, and reasonably priced groomers!

We have a 16 year old rescue beagle and for so many years the only place he felt off duty from protecting our home and family is at The Ark - Red Bank. We’ve been able to go on vacations and relax knowing we can watch him having a great time on camera, and the staff really loves him too. We also love dropping him for grooming. Now that he’s elderly we’ve so appreciated the attentiveness of Britt and Kayla who are so in tune to any changes. Such peace of mind for us!

Took my cat to get nails trimmed and they handled her well. They also took the time to explain to me on how to care for her nails and fur and gave great advice. So if your looking for a trustworthy compassionate place this is the place to go.

The staff at this location is friendly. The lobby and grounds around the perimeter are tidy. Most importantly, my dogs are always excited to come and and after they leave they are tired out! Some of their rooms don’t have camera but typically if you call for an update they give you details on your pup.

My husband and I absolutely LOVE taking our sweet Sassy girl to the Ark in Red Bank! All the staff are so sweet and kind to us, but most importantly our puppy. It's such a joy to watch the dogs on the camera and to know they're all taken care of so well. I will always recommend the Ark Spa!!!!!
