Orders two burgers, a slinger, and a corn dog as well as three drinks. They gave us a completely different order. Luckily we checked before driving off so we went back around. The lady apologized, took the food back, and then gave us our food but we were completely missing a burger. Messing up happens but to mess up twice in a row with the same people within 15 minutes means obvious issues. Due to a time crunch we couldn’t go back a second time which they’d probably mess up as well.

We tried pulling into a slot. Pressed the button, and we waited... and waited... and waited. 10 min passed and decided to pull through the drive thru. Order, no issues. I pulled up to the window to tell them I waited 10 min at stall 2 for the worker to tell me "oh yeah that one broken". Mind you other works came out to neighboring stalls to deliver food, but the thought of letting us know the stall was not working never cried their mind.It took over 30 min to finally get our order and leave. This was after missing a burger and needing to go back through..

In general, I like Sonic. Not this location. Time after time they get our order wrong… items made incorrect or missing altogether is just par for the course. As others have noted, you had better be willing to wait if you come here. I have ordered nothing but drinks and still waited well over a half hour on more than one occasion. On multiple separate visits, I have pushed the call button and had the person tell me they couldn’t hear me and then NOT come to the car to see what I needed. This is the worst Sonic I have ever been to. Ever.

I only had to wait less than 5 minutes to get my food after ordering online. I did have issues trying to check in on the app from my phone, but pushing the red button works as well. The bacon double cheeseburger is awesome and always is. They're friendly when they bring the food out.Updating my review after ordering the new bacon cheeseburger with the Texas toast I put in the order to pick up at 6:45. I only had to wait 5 minutes but of course expected it to be fresh. It tasted like it had been made at least 30 minutes prior. I'm disappointed in this particular meal. It wasn't juicy. In fact it was fairly dry and I don't think I will order it again

I ordered a chili cheese dog and a four piece mozzarella sticks. Tell me why there was only cheese on my dog and they gave me chicken tenders instead of mozzarella sticks and they gave me two old chicken tenders at that and I have tried several calls down there and they hang up. It rings once and they hang up and they're open until 10:00 according to their website cuz I was just going to call down there and be like oh well the next time I come through there give me what I ordered If the manager reads this, I came through your drive-thru about 8:15ish October 30th to get my food if you would like to make it right to me

I press the button it took about 10 minutes for them to ask me what would I like to order, which was only two shakes, and Chili Cheese Fry.they finally answered and took my order the screen didn’t tell me what I ordered and I couldn’t pay at the screen. They brought out my food 45 minutes later the receipt before I even paid and it was wrong. when they got it fixed they brought back my card but no receipt. I asked if she could give me a receipt and she said no we can’t do that and I said I need the receipt that has where are you ran this card and she said that the receipt was on the food that she brought out before I even handed her the card. And then walked away and was cussing got the attention of the guy which was really sweet, but he still tried to tell us not to judge the store on this experience His excuse was that they were slammed, but when we took our order, there was five cars in the parking lot, including ours, and everybody came after us, and still got their food before us. He told us that the general manager would refund our card and we still couldn’t get a receipt we have to wait till tomorrow

Yesterday was the 3rd visit I went through drive thru and sat at the speaker for 20 mins with no acknowledgement. The manager came in a out to smoke, he had to see that drive was wrapped around the building and nobody was taking orders. INSTEAD, they stood there and watched as I waited at the speaker ruining mine and all the cars behind me experience, so I was pissed and tired of waiting. I pulled up to the window I had to beat on it to get someone's attention. I said um I've been waiting to order for like 20mins n he chuckled and said ya if u pull up too far it doesn't activate the speaker, at this point he told me to pull up I said no I need to order he came out the door around to my car demanding I pull up I said I will pull up when I order my food. They are so lazy they literally stood there watching the cars sit in drive thru cuz u know sonic has that door there so they can see the cars at the speaker. He could aggresively run out to my car but he couldn't bring his butt out there to prompt me to pull to the window. Everyone wants a job but nobody wants to actually work!!!

We went into the the stall, ordered our food. They could not break a $100 dollar bill. The 1 server acted as if he was irritated. So we said, "Just put our food inside. We'll go to the gas station nearby and get change. We did & tipped we'll because we always do. He didn't seem like he cared. That one person can make the whole store look bad.

While we were waiting for our food (which was only ice cream) staff was standing around on their phones, eating, yelling across the street, letting people come in and out of the restaurant that weren’t workers, and hollering at each other. After waiting for AT LEAST fifteen minutes, for just the ice creams that we could literally see sitting on the counter, we had to ask them where our food was at. Once they were brought out they were completely melted and uneatable. The manager gave us a refund and remade our food, which i’m grateful they had, but the staff really needs to do better.

We came from out of town and I had such a pleasant encounter with the staff. A young man (teens probably) and an older woman (manager maybe) were so kind and helpful. They were extremely sweet and assisted with a problem I had. Can't thank you guys enough for today!

Sorry but this is just a typical sonic lol Food was how I expected but the bar wasn't very high. I read the reviews of a couple other places nearby and I'm ok with my decision in choosing this one 😆

If I could give zero stars, I would. We ordered from here on a drive across the country. Ordered a chicken sandwich and found that it was completely raw in the center - after If eaten half of it! Gross and dangerous. None of us could finish our meals but we were on the road so it was too much of a pain to go back. I realize we didn’t give the place a chance to make it right, but that’s a pretty big mistake and once eaten, you can’t really take back the danger of it.

Horrible experience. We are here on vacation. Our order was mostly wrong, and the manager came out to see what to correct. I gave him the whole chicken sandwich back it was like rubber, and the bread was burnt to a crisp. The manager returned with the right sandwiches , and brought me another completely burned chicken sandwich. The only thing I ordered was the sandwich for myself. I only ate the pickles off of each one. Spent over $60 dollars and food , and it was not good at all.

Order was missing a few things, was given a slush with a hole in the bottom of the cup and on top of that we had no napkins. Pressed the button and told the girl what was missing and we got a “well they should be at the bottom of the bag but ill bring some anyways”. We waited 30 minutes with our leaky slush waiting for our missing food and napkins to clean the slush and nothing. My mom went to the door and just asked for the napkins and was basically ignored. She asked again and the worker rolled her eyes at my mom before coming back with napkins. I understand you can be busy but come on. Same worker came back out 5 minutes later with our missing food and practically threw it into my dads hand before leaving again. Didn’t replace the slush that had a hole in it. Very rude and incompetent

Visited this location on 3/22 at approximately 5:30 pm, Pulled into stall #8 and pushed the button. The screen said the button was "activated" and that someone would be right with me. After 10 minutes of nothing, we went through the drive-thru. At the window the only words spoken to me was the total. The girl tried to hand me a large coke with the cup covered in coke syrup. After I refused to take it she wiped it off. The large and medium coke the wife and I purchased were flat. The Super Sonic Cheeseburger in my order was less-than fresh. Rude, slow, flat sodas, burgers not fresh. Sonic has always been hit or miss, this visit was a miss.

They were polite but I had to repeat my order at least 5 times, to 2 different people, and they still didn’t get it right. It’s like they weren’t even paying attention. No dipping sauce for my chicken strip dinner either. Food seems old. Feels like a waste of $

Decided to stop with kids and get milkshakes. We sat on the patio and since it was dark out could see directly into the kitchen since either was light up. We put in our order for our milkshakes, a total of 4. While we waited we watched several times as people (either off-duty employees or friends of the employees that were currently working) walk inside and make/get their own milkshakes/drinks/food. We could see other people pulling up, pressing the buttons, and then leaving bc no one was answering them, and hearing other people having to ask about their orders bc it was taking so long. The employees working the drive-thru kept yelling at the window, "Hey Taco Bell! Hi! Don't ignore me Taco Bell! Bring me tacos!!" Employees were literally running around inside chasing each other and putting ice or something on one another. They put music on and were dancing. All this is happening while we waited for at least 30 min for milkshakes- milkshakes that we could see sitting on the counter in front the window. Eventually my husband asked about milkshakes, and they have us repeat our order to them, and we can see them all asking around about them then begin looking around to find them. They finally noticed them and brought them out, and I kid you not they were completely melted, literally just flavored milk. We showed them how melted they were, and the manager on duty was kind and replaced all of them AND surprised us with a refund. It just seems like everyone working that was just playing. It was awkward and aggravating.
