I really liked Dr. Lovett and Lacey for our first visit here. My baby girl is extremely nervous and scared of loud noises and new places. They were very gentle with her and gave her lots of treats and praise.I felt for everything they did, the price was reasonable.

10/10 recommend. My finance and I moved to Chattanooga about 2 years ago and was looking for a new vet. We had a terrible experience at the first one we picked out and honestly prolonged finding a new one. Then a good friend recommended this location due to unexpected ear issues with our boxer. So we called and they was able to fit us in the next day! The staff was so friendly and loving to our fur baby. The vet doctor explained everything and was very understanding to our concerns. I’m thankful to finally have found our Vet Home and somewhere comfortable to take Diesel. Thank you so much.

My dog got very sick and they were able to get me in at the first cancellation. Heather and Dr.Brown were amazing. I was very emotional and scared and they were understanding and caring. I had to leave my dog for a few hours for testing and fluids. Heather was very attentive and loving to my baby. Her tests came back very concerning. I thought I was going to have to put her down. Dr.Brown made sure I knew all my options and she felt like we should try some things before putting her down. I’m so happy to say she has been responding to treatment. Dr. Shulman was also very helpful and understanding as well.I am so thankful to the staff for everything they did for my sweet dog.

This place is wonderful. We have been searching for the right vet in Chattanooga and have finally found one we like. We have a corgi and one of the vets has corgis as well so that works out nicely. Great service. Good job with pet Rx. Customer service is exceptional.

It’s like family! My rescue beagle “Sweet Pea” gets excited when we pull into the parking lot. Staff is so very accommodating when you need an unscheduled medical appt. or unplanned quick boarding.Thank You to all who make Riverview a pleasant experience for Sweet Pea and for me!

It was great when we first moved here, but it has gotten less and less personal over the years. Last few times when I needed care, the team just felt cold and uncaring. Just not a good fit for our family anymore.

I take both of my Australian Shepherds to Riverview and the staff, facility, and Veterinarians are amazing. It's very easy to schedule appointments and their follow up is impeccable. One of my dogs required leg surgery and couldn't be happier with the entire process. Thank you to everyone at Riverview. Especially Dr. Shulman for the entire surgery experience.

They are seriously the best. My dog, Dante, has had a few health issues pop up as he is getting older, and Riverview has always taken the most amazing care of us. He is dog reactive and very anxious, and all the techs and vets are so accommodating and kind in helping him feel okay and safe. Their staff is compassionate, attentive, and understanding. I always feel like Dante and I are in the best hands. Thank you all for everything you do ❤️

Riverview always is able to fit me in same day when I call which is great.I do wish it felt more “familiar”, they just have a lot of staff and a lot of doctors. Can’t really build a rapport with anyone.Facility is pretty clean given how much traffic they get. They are moderately priced and I feel like you get the value you pay for.They do have a corporate feel to them but that’s not their fault, it’s just the direction veterinary medicine as a whole is heading towards.I have mainly used Riverview for sick visits for my dogs and cats when my primary vet hospital is closed or too busy for a last minute sick call, I appreciate them always being willing to fit me in.

Truly can’t sing the praises of this clinic enough! Everyone on staff is absolutely wonderful. I have two dogs that come here, one of which is particularly difficult to work with as he is extremely anxious around people. Dr. Shulman and her techs were so kind and patient with him and I could not be more thankful.I wholeheartedly recommend this place!!

Got my dog in last minute to remove a fishhook from his nose. I had an appointment I needed to be at in a few hours. They explained they’d need to put Charlie under anesthesia to remove the barbed hook. They did so and had him awake and happy walking out the door in no time. They were also very busy and booked up with appointments that day. Grateful for Riverview Animal Hospital and their staff.

I would recommend this place ten times over. I brought my kitten Zoro at just 2 months old and they took very good care of him. I have been coming back ever since. Hailey Davis and the crew will always take good care of you.

Dr. Schulman is absolutely the best. Regardless of what type pet you have, she is knowledgable, compassionate, and dedicated to her professions and non-human patients! She also relates to pet parents and all our concerns and need for knowledge about them. The whole staff is friendly and professional. I’ve used Riverview Animal Hospital for decades. The vets and vet techs are top notch. They have always given personalized care to my dogs, from puppies to elder care. They give me options and listen to my input, as they believe I know my pets better than anyone else. They go above and beyond in finding information for me if they don’t have the answers, and are prompt in returning phone calls and answering concerns. I’ve never felt rushed during appointments or after. I am always made to feel they care about my animals and myself. The vets and vet techs at Riverview are simply the best. I will always recommend them, given the chance.

Staff was very friendly to me and my older pup. We were a new patient and came in on a Saturday. They did not have any slots open but let me drop her off to be seen in between appointments. I have been taking our yellow lab Finn to Riverview since moving here over 9 years ago and could not imagine anywhere else for our dog’s health and wellness. The entire staff from the front desk to techs are wonderful. However, the true selling point is Dr. Kolb 😊 Dr. Kolb’s genuine care, knowledge and sensitivity to our dog Finn’s needs is unsurpassed. Dr. Kolb always advises us as if she were helping make decisions for her own pets. She truly delivers in every aspect of customer care and we love her.

Saying goodbye to a best friend is never easy. The weekend before New Years, Charlie was unable to walk and we had seen this coming for a couple of months. I just want to thank the doctors and staff at Riverview for their skill, assessment and most of all, compassion. They took the time to fully evaluate Charlie and in the end gave us the time and space to spend our last hours with our Gentle Giant. Thank you Riverview, we always appreciate how you treat us.

We took our girl June in for her spay and gastropexy. We were super nervous as this seemed like a big procedure for our pup. The staff there is always nothing but kind and accommodating to June and her crazy personality; she’s the only dog I know that loves the vet because of these people! Dr. Shulman was incredible, her incisions are hardly noticeable. I am so thankful for this place and taking care of our girl!

I have a 10 year old golden retriever who has cancer. A year ago Dr. Shulman took amazing care removing some spots and just the other day another wonderful experience with my dog and another vet. I wish i could remember her name. they take the best care of animals in the chattanooga area and they are like family. Take your baby there to see them you wont be disappointed with your animals care.

Cannot thank the staff here enough! My Nala is a patient here for her regular checkups but today we had a big scare. Nala got into some rat poison and had to be rushed to Riverview. I called when I was 3 minutes away and told them what happened and when I arrived they had Nala inside and were taking care of her within 60 seconds of my arrival. Everytime we come here it's a great visit but today really solidified that I won't be taking Nala anywhere else ever. The staff here understand that pets are more than just animals and I can't say enough good things about them. Thanks to them Nala is at home and resting up. THANK YOU RIVERVIEW!

We have been with them for many, many years and have never had a poor experience. Their customer service, sincere & conscientious care, professional knowledge in helping our pets is top notch.
