I read about this deli sandwich on Reddit and I thought that the reviews were too good to be true. This is to declare that they are not. This is one of the better priced and tasting sandwiches I have ever had. Meaty, juicy and the bread had that perfect amount of sogginess. You never see me at a subway ever again.

Brand new store, centrally located to Lookout Mountain area. Not as large as other Publix Supermarkets, but a perfect quick shop in the area! Great sushi and Deli area.

I had a prescription to be filled and I didn't want to make two trips so they filled it in record time. They are so nice and professional. They are easy to talk with also. The restroom is always clean. All the departments of the store are A+

Beautiful store. We love Publix I was once employed in the deli in our hometown. This one disappointed me..we were visiting the area and I told my hubby let's get a plate lunch from here, because we love the deli food. Well, I'm glad I made the decision not to get something. There was only one associate and she had a huge line at the sub station. We were willing to wait until we saw the fried food and she handed me an onion ring..so so dry and hard. The only meats they had cooked on the hot dish section was baked chicken that looked horrible,BBQ pork roast all fat, dried up fried fish and such a horrible array. No wonder the locals were getting a because a gentleman told me that was the best bet. We have a decent size deli in my hometown we have a full steam table with lots of good HOT choices. Someone should've been there to help her take care of customers especially at the time it was 12:30 pm. . Overall fairly new store and loved the layout. Thank you.

- Clean- Very Helpful and Nice Staff- Deli food is really good- Deserts really good- Online ordering is easyCons:- Meat section is limited and put in a corner that can get congested and awkward.- Online deli orders are not put on the to-go rack and have to wait awhile to get order if it is busy.- Not cheap

Best Publix in the world. Right when you walk into the perfectly lit, glimmering store you are engulfed by its magical essence. The staff, deli, and food selection is spectacular. The whole time I was in there I was mind blown. This store should win a Nobel Peace Prize, Medal of Honor, and a running in the 2024 Presidential Election. this star count is based on the layout within the store. maybe it works for some but it is very sporadic. and as far as what I'm used to in the supermarket very different in that many of the items that go together. another markets are completely across the store from one another in this and all public stores from my experience. so because of how long it takes me to get through them and the lines sometimes have to give it a lower rating because it cost more. it's unorganized and there is less convenience overall

I had never tried the fresh deli in Publix, i.e. subs and salads made per your request, but tried them today. Ordered the Ultimate and really enjoyed.Bought some produce and walked out without it. Meg, who was working the self-checkout, ran out to make sure that I got it. Customer service at this location is A-1. Thanks Publix.

Great selection, some more vegan options would be great however, but Publix has an atmosphere that I enjoy plus in everyone I've been to the employees are professional and come across genuine when assisting you the customer.

First, let me state that I love Publix. However, this is not one of my favorite stores. The layout of this particular location isn't good. Tiny bakery stuck in the back corner. Also deli in the middle of produce area, so its hard to get what you need with all the deli customers lined up in the produce aisles. I go to publix because I dont want to self checkout. Here. the checkout is always slow and I've had to bag my own groceries the past two times I've been here. Bagger just walked off for break and noone else came. So, I did their work. Not really acceptable when managers are standing around talking to each other.This Publix is 30 miles from me, but the closest to my house. I normally drive past this one and go 10 miles more to a location I really like on the other side of town. Just a disappointment that the newer, closer one turned out like this.

I ordered for our companys Christmas dinner. And im very picky, BUT the chicken was hot and fresh, the fruit tray was fresh, and the salads was delicious. More importantly, the customer service was EXCELLENT. Thank you, Pubix!

I wanted to get 50 wings for football Sunday, the very nice lady at the counter said let me see what we have left. The gentleman from the back came out asked me what I wanted and made some recommendations about splitting them up. About 10 minutes later I had fresh, hot wings. The flavor was fantastic on all of them the texture was a little off they were a little rubbery. I would give them an 8 out of 10. All the employees were definitely 10's they rocked!

Easy to get in and out of the parking lot. Staff was all friendly. Nice deli/prepared food area (sandwich station, sushi corner, and warm food station) at the left entrance when facing the store. Store itself looks brand new. We stopped here to get water and a quick lunch before heading home. The seating area is in the front by the shopping carts so we got a really lovely view of Lookout Mountain.

Very clean and looks new. It is not the biggest Publix floor plan but had everything I went in to get. Parking lot was full when we went.

This location was quite clean and the staff were kind and willing to smile and enjoy their jobs. Truly remarkable compared to other Publix.Sadly, the store is still grossly overpriced and I will continue to look for my groceries elsewhere when possible.

This Publix is small, but I greatly prefer it to the Market Street location. It's cleaner and better stocked, and all of the employees are super friendly.

I've had sandwiches at a Publix from the deli before. But this St. Elmo location has become my new favorite for a deli sandwich! I was blessed to be served by a wonderful lady that usually works in the morning. Sadly, I can't remember her name. She knows how to take care of her customers with great customer service, attention to details and a delicious 😋 sandwich experience.Definitely planning to return!! 😁😎
