My wife and I had a consultation with them this past week. Been looking to get windows for a while now. Ryan Whitt came out and sat with us for the perfect amount of time to make sure we understood everything they offer. He was super professional and had an amazing presentation. He helped us get exactly what we needed. They offer life time warranty and financing which was wonderful. Happy to say he sold us and we are excited to be getting our windows installed! Highly recommend this company.

Hired this company to do a tear off and replace entire roof they came and had the entire job done in less than 3 1/2 hours everything was done very professionally and they cleaned up everything left not even a single nail. Pinnacle is a great company to use for your home remodeling. We had 13 windows replaced with new windows. The crew was on time, did a great job pulling the old windows and installing the new. Cleaned up when finished. Great job overall.

Super nice people, had one window off from other window, still waiting for it to be took care of, the lock didn’t line up. Haven’t got my bill yet, or how to pay for installation, and windows. I’m sure they will send one eventually, right? The guys that installed windows were just awesome, kinda skinny, they need someone to feed them. I know they work too hard, and need more breaks.

Very professional and arrived on time. Great value and quality. We had everything ready to go within minutes. Very impressive seeing it is a holiday weekend. Can't wait for the new windows. We called, they came, we sealed the deal. Jed arrived on time. Really nice guy. He walked us through the options after taking some quick measurements. Jed gave us a quote immediately and without the pressure tactics others tried. We wanted time to consider. After about 15 minutes, we called him. He turned right around and was back on site to work up the contract. A couple weeks later, Chase appeared for the formal measurements. So far, we're favorably impressed. Update, 1/2023: The windows and hardware arrived. The install crew consisted of four guys. In one day, they installed 13 windows, including four huge sliders, with utmost professionalism. We are so happy with the outcome.Update, 11/2023: A few months ago, I saw a chip in one of my windows (I probably kicked out a stone doing the lawn). I finally decided to call Pinnacle. Sent them a pict of the bar code tucked inside the frame. They ordered the replacement, then came and swapped out the window. Choosing Pinnacle was one of the best decisions I've made.

I purchased my first home but the windows weren't great. So the first thing that I wanted to do is replace the windows. I call Pinnacle home improvements. They sent the most wonderful guy to my house, named Tate. This young man was so knowledgeable and his professionalism was outstanding. He explained everything step by step. He explained the time frame of placing the order to installation. He kept a smile on his face the entire time. I have 12 windows in my home, but I only wanted the ones on the front replace first. He said absolutely no problem. So we're doing the five windows right right now and 7 Windows later. This was totally my choice. Thank you Tate for being a wonderful guy. Professional and kind young man.

Set an appointment to get an estimate for new windows and siding but when they called to confirm the appointment, I was told that my husband has to be there as well. I explain that my husband would be unavailable and it was fine to just be me. He canceled the appointment and told me to "reschedule when my husband could be present....that's the rule....bottom line." I bought my house before I was married. He doesn't care what I do to make my house our home. And for that....my appointment was canceled. Thanks....no thanks.
