I've been ordering from Pawmark for years and love their products. I'll continue to use them to supply our business with quality training equipment. While many of the reviews on Google say that there were order delays, there were indeed, however, the website displayed the delay information at the time and they always got back to me if I called about an order. We have always received our orders and when Herm Sprenger had a delay in their production, Pawmark still pulled through for us when nobody else could! As a business owner, we have come to rely on Pawmark for some of our dog training equipment and have always received exactly what we ordered.

Pawmark has the absolute best prices on their Herm Sprenger collars. Angie has always come through for us when we need training equipment. I would recommend Pawmark to anyone.

Zero customer service or apologies for orders taking over a month to arrive! Sorry, but COVID-19 is no longer a valid excuse to not be able to fulfill orders which you gladly took our money for! If you don't have inventory, don't advertise that it is for sale! You lost a very good customer today due to your gross negligence and completely lack of care.

Have been trying to get a hold of this company since I placed my order in March! Reported them to the BBB and still nothing. At this point please refund my $43 back. Zero response after multiple calls and emails. Please don’t get scammed like I did!

Been waiting 6 weeks for my order. They charged my card at thd time of order ($227.85). They do not answer emails or phone calls. I will have to file a dispute with my bank.

Screwed Over by PawmarkLike other reviews comment, we didn't receive an email with tracking info until after first contacting the company via email. Then, it took three weeks to receive our order and also we received a note apologizing for the delay.The size medium Herm Sprenger collars we ordered were way bigger than expected. I called and was able to reach a person by the name of Angie who was very helpful in addressing my issue and instructed me to send them back with a note of what I'd like in return. She explained that the issue was due to German sizing and that we should get them ordered as small. The postage return itself cost over $15 dollars, but I was excited to receive the proper size to train my dogs.More than two weeks went by without a tracking order or contact from the company regarding the exchange. We left several messages on their voicemail and received no response. Prior emails about the status of the return had also not been responded to.Finally, we decided to request a refund for our order.They got back to us fast about the refund, but we received only partial credit for the two collars as they took 15% from us for a restocking fee. The exchange was recommended by Pawmark and was dropped on their end as they never mailed us anything back. We needed to contact them multiple times to get the refund, so regardless of the fine print, their efforts to resolve our concerns were totally unsatisfactory.We are very disappointed by the lack of communication since we returned the collars. I would not recommend purchasing from this company.
