Let's start off with most of the food was pretty good. It's always a struggle coming here because the prices are ridiculous. (family of 4 and one is an 8 year old for a price of $90) We came for some good sandwiches and soup, my wife's bagel sandwich was cold so we had to warm it up for her to even be able to eat it. My Chipotle chicken was good, turkey bacon avocado sandwich was pretty bland. Soups were awesome. That's the best part of going there!

This was my first experience at a Panera ever! The General Manager Jesse was the first to greet me and instantly made me feel welcome and like my business was appreciated! He told me to try a coffee on the house and in return I ordered for sandwiches to go! The food was amazing and my fiancée has always been a big fan and after today I am as well so I think Starbucks may have lost a customer permanently because the price point, customer service, and experience was amazing! Thank you Jesse for the warmest introduction to this great company!

Trying to figure out if this location is serving food from the dumpster. Terrible service and produce is not edible. Panera used to have standards but I’m assuming that is no longer the case . Lettuce was slimy and covered in bug holes and black spots covering my sandwich. This food is unfit to serve . Attempted to contact the store but no one will respond as I’m sure they clearly don’t care. Seriously concerned at the sanitation at this location.

It seems that the concept of toasting is completely lost. 3 days in a row I have received warm but not toasted bagels, even when I specifically requested that they make sure it’s toasted.Edit 1: We are now at 7 days in a row of my bagel not being toasted. The manager, Jesse, assured me it would be toasted and told me they were getting their toaster fixed. I don’t think this is the case because one of the days they were able to get it right. You can see in the picture below that this bagel isn’t even remotely toasted.Edit 2: Day 8 and the bagel wasn’t even warm in spite of it being put in the “toaster oven.” This store is abysmal. I’m sure they are still waiting on someone to come fix it like the manager said.Edit 3: Day 12(?) and I’m convinced that no one here understands the concept of toasting. I’ve stopped asking them to toast it because it barely even comes out warm.I also wish the drive thru was open.

This is a tough review to make, because we're here weekly while our girls are in ballet, and for years, its been our Hixson "go to". We came in for dinner on Saturday, and we couldnt find one clean place to sit. After cleaning off one of the tables, my name was called to collect our food. Our daughter's full price $7 mac n cheese was no larger than an ice cream scoop's worth. The other orders were decent, but if this place maintains this level of service, we're gonna have to find another place for ballet days. Very disappointed.

Not trying to be a Karen, but I found a fly in my food this morning and REALLY hope someone sees this and takes serious steps to clean up this place. I honestly would say this is a pretty good Panera, and hadn’t ever noticed any hygiene issues until today. It’s expensive, but eating out anywhere is expensive right now.It was a four cheese soufflé. That’s all I got, almost $8 after tax.

Compared directly against the Panera in Fort Oglethorpe, this location needs some improvement in the beverage center area. Two of the large beverage dispensers were just cycling water and only a watery sweet tea, strawberry lemon mint & green tea choices were available.The iced coffee was extremely light (either under brewed or over watered down) and there were not any liquid sugar options available. Considering the cost of each drink and the fact that the different (other than soda) options are a big draw for choosing panera, this was a big disappointment.However, the cashier (also a team leader) was extremely pleasant.We will give this place another chance on another day.

I placed an online to go order. Order was set to be ready at 1:56pm. I went into the drive thru at 1:55pm and gave them my name. There was one car in front of me and I didn’t not receive my food until 2:15. 20 minutes in the drive thru. By the time I received my food it was cold and the bread was hard. Not to mentioned they left out my sides and did not give any napkins or utensils. When this location was by Ross, (now Mcalisters) it was good. Never had this issue nor was service ever bad. Now that it has relocated next to buff city, it is awful.

Fresh food and great flavor. Soups, sandwiches, bagels are all good. I had the cream of chicken and wild rice soup and a turkey apple cheddar sandwich. Love the flavor! And using the new table ordering at the front helped me bypass the mile long line.

Always check your order when doing pick up at this location. We order here at least once a week and lately just about every time there is something missing or a modification that costs extra wasn’t completed. We love Panera’s food but it’s becoming more frustrating to order from this location This time our sides were missing. It’s too busy in there to find a table to stop and check the order was completed correctly. I’m hoping my review brings attention to this ongoing issue.

I have eaten at this particular location for several years, even back when it was in the old location. It used to always be very clean and always had someone going around cleaning tables, vacuuming, etc. The managers were always roaming around helping to clean and talking to customers. A few months back they changed managers and it has been downhill since. I am here 3-4 times a week and almost every visit, I clean my own table. They are usually filthy. Floors are hit and miss as to how clean they are. The person that I am assuming is the manager rarely walks out into the dining area and when they do, they never speak to customers. Dirty dishes are piled up on the counters. The half sandwich I have always gotten is now about half of what it was, although more expensive. I think they need to bring the old manager back and turn this place around. It doesnt seem to be lack of people as it seems that they have plenty of help. It appears to just be a lack of leadership. May be time to start looking for a new place to go to do my work

Just because it's a Panera bread doesn't mean it's a good Panera bread. This location always has foul smells coming from fountain drink station. The employees are lackadaisical and always mess up your order. They run out of breakfast items way before breakfast is over. Parking is a huge pain in the butt as well. If you have mobility issues parking out back is going to be a little bit of a walk and kind of dangerous crossing over the drive-thru area to gain access to the entrance.

After waiting 30 mins for a sausage egg and cheese bagel it turns out they infact made me a disgusting chicken scrap bagel. After waiting so long for the food I inquired what the issue was, the manager explained they are short staffed. I inquired how they are short staffed with 10 people working and only 5 customers waiting on food and he didn't answer. He did refund my order completely and apologized for the wait but clearly ignored the issue.Thankfully I got the refund already because I get home to eat my bagel and it is this abomination. Lost my appetite.

I went to the new location at northgate mall today and just wanted to say that if you go through the drive thru expect to wait at least 15 minutes and be careful driving through there, it is a tight squeeze and more than likely you will run your tires on the adjoining sidewalk curb. I will say that the food is always good there and the lady at the drive thru window was very nice, but not worth the wait in drive thru. Call ahead and go inside and pick up, wasn’t thrilled with paying almost $13.00 for cup of soup, small grilled cheese, drink & very small, horrible tasting apple.

This is my favorite Panera location, in Hixson off of 153.The front end customer service ladies are so kind and attentive.One of the ladies there (works up front/Cashier) she's been there a few years and knows Everything Panera 👍😂I recommend their Madagascar Vanilla Latte (hot) and both the Asiago Cheese Bagel toasted w/regular Cream cheese And their Cinnamon & Sugar Bagel toasted w/Walnut Cream Cheese.Oooooooo YUMMMMMAnd for a treat,, their Lemon 🍋 Cookie. (I always save it for later)

Is the drive-thru closed? Who knows? One day it is, next it's open. Both times I've been there, I've stood at the counter for close to ten minutes before anyone would help me. Today, I literally had to shout, "who's leg do I have to hump to get a coffee?!", back into the kitchen area, where a young man looked around and asked me if "she was up there". No, she's not. That's why I'm yelling into the kitchen like a mad man. Food has went down hill. Used to be good. Now isn't. My business will be taken somewhere else. I'll doordash something to work before I put myself through this torture again. Good luck with business, absent owner.

We went here around 5 on a Thursday afternoon and it was not very crowded. The staff were kind and helpful and our order (4 people ) was out in less than 5 minutes. The restaurant and bathrooms was clean and the food was delicious. We also have been through the drive through here as well which was just as quick and efficient. It makes me sad seeing some reviews for this location aren’t the best but my experience was great! The size of the salads are massive! Sandwhiches are a good size too and the bakery items are delicious! I also like how many fresh drink options there are including various types of teas and lemonades. The only thing I would improve was the price! Menu items are expensive but probably worth the price for fresh ingredients, but drinks are like 3 dollars for a small! Way overpriced!

We’ve been here several times recently and disappointed in the service. It takes a long time for food to come out. 30-40 minutes for soup and salad, about 20 minutes for a smoothie. Hot water dispenser was empty. Drive thru is randomly closed at different times of day. The food is still pretty good, but not sure I want to invest my time.

Business have really changed after they moved to new location, not sure why they moved there , one they had was perfect and service was much better. Nobody have 35 to wait for food on a break. Drive thru sucks . Then i get my bagel with no cream cheese. I don’t have time go back
