I was on my way home coming from Atlanta and it was 8 o clock at night. My alternator light came on and dropped to 9V on the output. There was an O Reillys next to the interstate on 24 west in Chattanooga. So of course no shops were open so luckily a local guy was willing to assist in changing the alternator on my Navigator since it s a half hour job with the tools and a breaker bar. The O Reilly s guy was a great help with providing the tool, LED flashlight and some small metric sockets to get the job done before closing. A++ to the guy and lady working there to provide assistance with a smile all the way til closing until we got the job done so they could go home on a Sat evening. That s what I m talking about. Definition of CUSTOMER SERVICE/CARE and BEYOND!!! Keep doing what you re doing O Reillys :-)

My cars alternator was messing up so I stopped at this O’reily. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly the manager approved Kenneth to fix the alternator on my car and he did a great job & kept me entertained throughout the whole thing! Very very nice & helpful. He truly saved the day!! I highly recommend this store out of all of them because of how awesome their staff is.

Got my oil changed at nearby Walmart. After the services I now had a check engine light, traction control light, and service advance track light. The manager at Walmart said it was not related to the oil change and recommended I went to O'Reilly.The gentleman working at O'Reilly went above and beyond to help me. He ran the codes and discovered it was the max air flow sensor. He looked up parts I needed. I asked him if it was easy to do myself. He escorted me to my vehicle to show me where the sensor was located. He quickly discovered that it was unplugged. Once plugged back in all the lights went away.Thank you for the help!I have been previously for lights, windshield wipers, batteries, and misc things. I have always had a good experience.

Recent 11/21: stopped to get wiper blades and clerk installed them at no charge. Heavy rain 2 days later and the blades did a great job. ThanksPrevious 2 star; This was tough because I have received great service in the past. Service this visit was simply not there as it was minutes before 9 and they made it clear that they were closing. Ultimately, had to go up the road to Walmart. That visit should have been a one star but thoughts of a previous visit pulled it up to two stars.

Needed a part for a 2000 Mazda Melina and ONLY O'Reilly Auto had it. The part had to be ordered and delivered. By the very next morning,I had my parts. Fast and very reasonably priced. The staff at the Lookout Valley store is AWESOME!!!!!!

We went in to buy a battery and windshield wipers for our Chevy Malibu..We asked to borrow a told to remove the battery,but the nice man came out with tools and helped take out the old battery and helped install the new one. He then helped my husband to replace our worn out windshield wipers. He was very nice and went all out to provide excellent customer service.

Beware..... Employee pulled off the radiator fluid cap while engine was extremely hot. This was after we said do not touch anything. Fluid goes spewing everywhere. Had to buy more fluid and since then our vehicle keeps overheating. Had to bring it to the shop for air in the system paid $200 for a flush and to refill fluids and the vehicle is still overheating and back in the shop.

I was traveling through (about 5 hours from home) and when I got a flat tire the very nice and helpful employees went the extra mile to help me get back on the road! Fix a flat and put air in my tire. I greatly appreciate Roberts help and patience with my manic state of mind. Highly recommend this O'Reilly's!

Had to get a battery replaced in my Acadia this rainy morning and was very pleased with the service by Cory (name on shirt says Charles but he introduced himself as Cory). He was very efficient with the job and his manners were impeccable. He didn't even so much as roll his eyes or smirk when he realized I had no idea the battery was located underneath the middle row seats. I learned this is not his regular store and that he was just filling in at this location. That was disappointing because the drive to his store in Chickamauga is going to take longer the next time I need help with my car:-) O'Reilly needs to keep this employee - he earned my loyalty today.

The staff went above and beyond to help me when we were broke down while in town for vacation. They helped me diagnose and fix a battery issue I was having. Offered to bring battery to our hotel. Luckily I was able to get it jumped off and get it to the store. After the jump box wasn't able to get my vehicle started, the young man that worked there brought his truck around and hooked jumper cables up to my jeep. Ultimately, I needed a new battery which they helped me get installed and we we're on our way to lookout mountain.
