Cute little place. Lots of souvenirs and quilts if that's your thing. Unfortunately, the place was smaller than expected so we didn't find any must-haves, but it was very educational on the history of the area. And we lucked out on seeing the incline railway go by, which is so close you can touch it.

A MUST STOP IF YOU ARE ANYWHERE IN OR AROUND CHATTANOOGA. Incredible experience here. Very cool, historic old building. Lots of different gift options. Store owner was an absolute gem. I would come back to Chattanooga just to visit her again. The definition of southern hospitality.

Paula was the sweetest. Shared some facts and history with us - related to Leo Lambert who discovered Ruby falls and named it for his wife, her grandmother. Neat oddities and trinkets, very down home feel.

Boy, did I ever get confronted by a crazy acting old lady who worked here. "Since she spent 40 + years teaching." I was informed I knew nothing. I informed her that schools today were indoctrination institutions. Very little actual education and that the teachers' union was the culprit. That's why local schools have an 85% graduation rate and rate low in the world standing. She said she knew 600 teachers and none belonged to a union. I guess she didn't know any of these 46,000 in Tn.Maybe she needs some more schooling.Eliminate tenure, and we can eliminate bad teachers. Grant school vouchers and encourage competitive teaching.Since the average graduation rate is 85%. Give the educators 85% of their pay.Works for me.U.S.T.P. UNITED STATES TAX PAYEROH, BTW. I was told it is all the parents fauld.They were godless.Nice reply, NANA. Typical teacher. Don't take any responsibility for your failures. Put the blame on others.The results are the proof. Eliminate tenure and grant vouchers. Then see what happens.BTW, NANA. WWJD.

Came again in 2022. Still live it. This store is absolutely adorable! The people who work there are very friendly and helpful. You can watch the incline railway come and go from here. Prices aren't bad either. If you are in the area, stop by, say hello, pick up some souvenirs.

Nice little historic store! You can buy souvenirs, authentic relics and see actual personal items of the Lamberts as well as his drawing plans to dig for Lookout Caves.

The place is awesome and the lady working there was just so helpful. We bought a quilt there for half the price that we would pay in Venice FL. Actually less than half. Hand made and very good quality. Would love to go back. Some great civil war pictures .

A neat little gift shop with very friendly people. We stopped to shop and view the inclined rail train witch runs up and down the mountain. It goes right by the store and gives you a great view of this unique little rail system.

The coolest little gift shop, tons of memorabilia, neat gifts, jewelry, tshirts, quilts and so much more!!! The lady here was so sweet, an hour to close and no one was inside she allowed my dogs to join us inside!! I warned her they’re clumsy but she is wonderful!! Stop here and shop and enjoy the amazing drive up the mountain and scenery!

Came by this gem looking for a handmade quilt. Was greeted with a hug! We instantly became her grandchildren from San Antonio, Texas. We didn’t visit the Ruby Falls but had the most joyful experience. Memories we will carry forever now back home.
