I would not recommend purchasing flooring from LL Flooring unless you are planning on doing your own installation. Their prices are good, but not worth it when you can’t get someone to show up for installation. We’ve had boxes of flooring sitting in our house for a month, and have been told repeatedly that someone would call us to schedule installation. Someone finally called us 3 days ago and said they would have a crew out to install it today, but they didn’t show up. It has been an extremely frustrating process.

No don’t uses this company horrible,It started out pretty good until it was time to order more flooring I had to different people who was supposed to do my order and they both did it wrong and when they tried to fix it they kept saying that my order was coming in on this and that day and it doesn’t come in and then they tell you be patient with them and I have to no good because I still have worker’s on hold waiting as well need to have people that know what they are doing and can get you straightened out of there mistake it should have been something done to keep my people from having to wait .p.s. this has not been solved yet .

Bought flooring from them, it came defective and they are just giving me the run around. It’s been weeks and they have done nothing, just bounce me around the store and their corporate office. They don’t return my calls. My floor is torn out and not safe to walk on and they haven’t done anything. It’s the location in Chattanooga TN. I like to give companies a fair chance and will update my review once resolved

great experience. After researching on line, we were aware of what product best fit our needs. Arrived at the store, and within 5 minutes, were on our way to pick up. There and gone in less than 20 minutes. This is how I like to do business!

We were just picking up a load of flooring for our granddaughter & her husband - we weren't party to the purchase or financial transactions. Our interactions with the folks were quite friendly, pleasant, efficient, and effective.

Reached out a week or so ago and scheduled to have someone come out for an assessment. The scheduled date/time was the afternoon on 5/30. Per the email we were supposed to have heard from the contractor prior to the day to confirm the appointment but that never happened. 5/30 rolls around and we reached out to LL Flooring for assistance. The lady who answered said it was on the schedule and she would call us back with an answer but she never did. We called again twice before closing time and nobody answered. At the time of this review we have yet to hear anything from anybody over at LL. To make things even better the contractor assigned to our assessment and his company are showing they are based out of Charleston, SC… 6 1/2 hours away from me. Maybe that’s why they didn’t show up?

Always go there before making my flooring choices. Bot impressed this timeLow stock on vinyl flooring. Salesman not very knowledgeable on specs or details on specific products. Prices bit higher than Lowe's or HD.

1. The salespeople at the store, with the exception of the manager, had no earthly clue what was going on. This was extremely frustrating and did not make the selling process go easy.2. They had one contractor do the measurements and a separate contractor do the installation. Therefore, several of the measurements did not translate over during the installation.3. During pick-up of materials, they gave us door frames. We did not do our door frames in this project.4. Sales representatives were not helpful when choosing baseboards. They told us that the 3" would be replaced and fit. During installation, the 3" baseboard did not fit, and we needed to replace/buy 5" baseboards for the whole project. Actually had to go to a store to purchase more baseboards during install because they didn't have enough.5. There is a clear lack of communication between employees and LL Flooring to contractors. This made it incredibly frustrating especially when we had to spend more money than necessary.6. Corporate not connecting with the local stores is ridiculous. I don't understand why your employees wouldn't have a number or a rep they would call to connect with corporate.7. Our install crew was great. We'd recommend them highly.8. Also, who pays everything up front before the job is completed? I could see half, but not the whole amount.Luckily, our floors turned out nice, even after all of the aggravation. We'd use the installers again, but not LL Flooring.

Loved this place, employees were super friendly and very helpful. Lots to choose from. Very reasonable prices and a sale is going on right now. We purchased hardwood stairs tonput in our split foyer. They worked hard to match the hardwood laminate flooring i purchased somewhere else ( which i could of saved alot of money by purchasing it there but didn't learn of the company until today. )

Lots of options choose from.So many ..it was hard to make a decision.Thank you for letting us use your bathroom however it was disgusting!!! Someone had pp all over the 🚽 seat & in the floor.And the worst part no mask or gloves were worn.SAFETY FIRST!!! Your health is very important.. just sayin'Anyway we'll be back b/c they had good prices.The service was good.

If there was an option for 0 stars that would've been my selection for the rating on this review. Here's why....Husband and I hire floor man, he tells us Lumber Liquidators offers some good flooring at decent prices. We go in, rep was very nice. We come back to place the order, lady who checked me out... again nice and professional. Flooring is supposed to take about 2 weeks to arrive, and we had to call in to even find out the flooring was there but not the transition pieces. Call back a few days later again to ask if the transition pieces arrived. Rep that answers this time tells me that the flooring has all been there for over a week. So we go get the flooring, it acclimated within the range we were told, and our installation team came to begin the install and they prep the entire floor and start laying out pieces to place them, when they notice every single piece of flooring had the same exact "skid" marks across the top of each piece (same location). We call to ask about what they'd like to do, and they initially wanted us to bring it all back in but the manager got with his area director (higher up) and they gave a %10 discount. For our entire damaged order that was over $1500. Post installation there was flooring leftover, only one box but that's still un used flooring that we didn't need. We called to make sure we could do a refund and got told, "You mean you're driving all the way out here to return one box?!" I responded yes it's almost $50. At that time he rudely states that the box was no where near $50 return value. I proceeded anyways with the return and it was over $45 which is definitely "near $50!!!" I say all of this to say, I will not refer any friends to do business with this kind of customer service ever! Just very distasteful and rude.

Lumber liquidators has been great. Our difficulties have been with installers. Didn't return to finish. Had to call 'LL. Came and finished quarter round , left nail sticking out. Again didn't return call, had to call 'LL. Stillhaven't shown up to repair. We have a 16 mo old and nails are dangerous. On top of that, they charged an extra 1500. M &T Flooring.

We ordered flooring from this location and discovered when the contractor came to give us a quote that we needed a different type of flooring so we called that day and changed our order. I was given a follow up call from Jim and confirmed through him that our order had been changed. He told me that day that the flooring would be in on Black Friday and we could come pick it up. When we arrived we were told that it had not arrived and would be in on the next delivery the following Thursday. When we arrived to get it this morning we were told that the wrong flooring had been ordered because we didn't come back in to change our order. We were NEVER told we would have to come back and we verified the change over the phone. They then told us that we could either pick it up in Knoxville ourselves or pay a $125 shipping fee. Not only did the sales person make no effort to ensure we were ordering flooring that we could use, but the order wasn't shipped on time, and now I have to drive to Knoxville to get it. I will never use lumber liquidators again. Very unprofessional and obviously unconcerned with customer satisfaction.

Went in just to look at the different types of lvt they had. Sean was very helpful very knowledgeable and helped us to narrow down our choices. Would highly recommend them 20182022 We are back. Now we are going to make all the flooring in our house the same. One again great selection. Very friendly and informative.

Great company, great prices.To the previous reviewer: If you change your order, you need to make sure the store knows it. If you are too lazy to do so, it is your own fault. It is up to you to pick out flooring you will be happy with, not the sales clerk. There is a lot of sites to look up reviews. They are impartial if you look at the right places.

Went in to Lumber Liquadators and order flooring. Was told they would be at the store the following Thursday. So Friday afternoon we went to pick up flooring. At that time we were informed that it would be another three weeks before they would have them.They then told us we could drive about two hours and pick them up, seems funny that we can go pick them up.
