I stopped here while traveling. It is located very close to the interstate and was easy to get in and out of the parking lot. The restroom was open and clean. The lady at the register was so nice and friendly. The food was made very quickly and the order was hot, correct, and yummy. It was a great value as I got the breakfast platter for under $6 it included a biscuit, a bowl of gravy, the best hash browns I have ever tasted, and a choice of meat, I chose bacon and it was maple flavored delicious. I am planning my trip home to be passing through during breakfast hours so I can stop and enjoy another yummy breakfast. I wish I had gotten the pork chops biscuit and gravy and can't stop thinking about it. So that is the top of my list of what I will order next visit!

Don't judge a book by its cover! I pulled in this place simply because the line at the McDonald's next door was too long. I honestly didn't expect much and really just needed something quick to fill a hole anyway. Pulled through the drive thru and first off the lady was super nice and pleasant to deal with. As we pulled off I noticed the food smelled really good. I reached in the bag to grab a fry and they were fresh, hot and delicious! Pulled out what I expected to be a smashed ham sandwich with very little meat on it. Instead was shocked to find a piping hot, pulled high sandwich that was sooooo good! Kudos to the people that were working today, they did themselves proud!

Literally not allowed to order food as they keep cutting me off despite no one else even in line. Told us our total and to pull forward before we were done and couldn't order food for everyone. Go to pay and immediately tell us to move forward and wait for food even though there's only one person who pulled up to order after we were done. What is wrong with this place? The absolute worst service I've ever experienced and wouldn't recommend anyone to come here. Avoid at all costs, their people can't wait to get rid of you!

The guy that wears a toboggan and the older lady at front counter are very rude. They were talking about co workers in front of customers, the guy in the toboggan was cussing at one of the workers got mad and threw his headset, almost hit a customer. Will not be back.

I only wish I had taken pictures! Amazing food, service and so beautifully made fresh to order. The 3 young ladies who took care of us were even so kind to make my husband's shake chocolate and strawberry. Everything was so delicious and such a wonderful experience. Thank you ladies for making our very long holiday week drive so much better. It's been a long time since we've had an experience this wonderful at any Hardee's. I think because of you 3 we may have to give it another try along our trips. Thanks again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We got food from them and had to wait. They said they were making our food fresh so I was thinking it was going to be good. It was not! Took one bite of my cheeseburger and it tasted old like it had been sitting since the day before. It was hard around the edges. The buns tasted weird too. My friend spit his out and said it was the most disgusting burger he'd ever had. The fries were old and some were burned. The lady taking the orders wasn't very friendly either. We trashed the food and had to go elsewhere to get more food. With the price of food now it's ridiculous to just have to throw food in the garbage, I wish I could give it negative stars. Won't eat here again ever!

This particular Hardee's was pretty typical food-wise and the restaurant itself was fairly clean except for the ladies restroom which was not at all clean but that could have just been because of timing. The girl at the register was super sweet. I ordered a cheeseburger with mayonnaise only ( I know but it's what I prefer) and got one that had already been made so they just scraped everything off and wrapped it back up and gave it to me. I know this because they didn't get all the ketchup or the onion off before wrapping it back up. So that was fun. But, when you're on the road and have been for a while and you're hungry you go ahead and eat it without complaint. Plus, when you stop at fast food restaurant you're never sure whether it's going to be pretty good or meh anyway. I'm giving them a three because I have had way better at Hardee's than this.

My sister ordered a Famous Star with no onion. She got her burger and took a bite. She take the burger in the store and the boy working said “it wasn’t onions it was the peppers in the thousand island dressing. After he has taken apart the burger with his hands It’s as if he expected her to still eat the burger. I ordered a Double Cheeseburger and it had hair on it. When I took it in the store to address it the boy tells me that “you have hair on you”. NO ONE was wearing hair nets while fixing food. The lady working didn’t have her hair pulled back or gloves on. They fixed new sandwiches but my stomach was tore up just from the thoughts of what had just happened and how I was treated. The troubling thing is that there is no posted Health Department Score. Chattanooga cut your loses and close this location. Only one star so I could post this otherwise they would not have gotten nothing from me.

Had a double sausage fried egg and cheese biscuit. The biscuit was fresh hot and crumbly, the egg fried well with the yolks done and the cheese layered between two sausage patties. Went in about 6:30 am. Did not have to wait service was prompt and friendly. While the drive thru line was about 5 or 6 cars long. A pleasant experience. That was delicious. I will certainly be back.

Wait was slightly longer than I anticipated... or maybe I was just tired from a 13 hour drive but the food was GREAT! FRESH AND HOT!There is not a Hardee's in Southwest Florida so I REALLY enjoyed finding one along my route to Tennessee!!Staff was friendly!Can't beat a Hardee's breakfast!!

If Hardee's served breakfast all day, they would be busy all day. This Hardee's has the sweetest ladies serving you. Very kind, professional and diligent to keep the dining area clean. They always accommodate my preference of a dark biscuit as well. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the owners need to update their restrooms. The staff do their best to keep clean but they are just old and a bit nasty.

Traveling home to Nashville and we needed a fill up as we were all a little hungry after getting on the road too early and not eating breakfast. So we pull over to see the usual suspects at the exit and thought hardees sounded good... We all tried different things and everything was cooked fresh, and exactly how we ordered it. Staff member at the drive through was friendly, had a great tattoo and service was great.

We just stop through on our way back to Nashville and this was the best experience/food from a Hardee’s we’ve ever received. (We eat Hardee’s every week) I don’t leave many reviews but the team that was working this morning shift was amazing, efficient and deserves to be recognized for their work. staff is friendly and the store is clean. The wait was not bad. They seem to be on top of things and the food was amazing. Although it's not "fast" food, it's good food. I'd rather have quality over quantity any day. When craving a burger is the perfect place to go!! Not too expensive tho it's a lil more pricey than other fast food joints. The best breakfast ever (monster biscuits) and the biggest thick burger you can stand. Nothing better!!!

Service was definitely fast. The lady at the drive thru was in a huge hurry. We felt we couldn't take our time looking at the menu. Tuesday morning about 9:15. The intercom wasn't working properly and when we tried to let her know. She was short and snapped back, "yes we can barely hear up here either".Food was warm, juice was cold. The biscuit & tots were good. But this experience, makes me remember why I've all but stopped eating fast food.

Rude staff. Messed up my order. Didn't get the right sandwich. Wouldn't make the food that I ordered. Didn't offer to make it right in any way. Refused to give me my money back. I didn't even take the food they gave me. Left it on the counter. Worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
