We had a huge window that got broken. I called them and was greeted by a friendly and helpful staff person.The process was simple, they sent out a person to take measurements and gave me an estimate within 2 days. I accepted the estimate, paid half down an approximately a week or so later had a call at my glass was in and set a date and time to put it.This was an extremely smooth process and I highly recommend them.

Great experience! We tried 5+ companies to get our work truck's window replaced and they were the only ones who could do it in under a week! They were so kind and worked with our schedule to find a day/time to get it fixed. Then the gentleman that came to replace the window was super personable. Thrilled to have been able to work with them.

They keep you updated in real time when they're done installing, waiting for the glass to set, and when you can pick the truck up.They're less expensive than competitors, more friendly, and have better turn around times. Reached out online for a window replacement quote and no one ever got back to me. If they are this unresponsive with a sale on the line, I shudder to think how hard they are to get ahold of when the work has already been done and the money already paid.

Had an appointment for estimate on a cracked window April 16, 2021. 2 men came to do the estimate. I was told Wendy would call me in a few hours with an estimate. I have not heard from her. The main reason I would not hire this company, no matter what the estimate was, is the non professionalism and rudeness of the older man that came to measure the windows. I simply asked what size a window was and he replied angrily, they would not tell me this as this was a free estimate and they were not measuring to have someone else do the job. I stated I was wanting to know if the windows were all the same size, in case I had to replace all of them. I don't think someone else would use his measurements. His comment was completely inappropriate and rude. I decided at that moment I wanted nothing to do with this company.

I called to get an quote which was quickly arranged. The estimator came a day or two later. That’s where the quickness ended. The estimator told me I would have a quote possibly by that afternoon. I didn’t receive one. I even called to ask about it last week, and I was told I would have the quote by the end of the day. It’s been over two weeks and I still don’t have a quote.

Very poor customer service. Scheduled a glass repair appraisal at my home between 2 and 4 pm today and no one showed. When I called office receptionist said a technician was unavailable and they would have to reschedule eight days from now. She said they knew about delay last week but for some reason did not call. So now I've waited at home this afternoon and am back to square one finding a reliable glass company.

I never had a response after they emailed me back to say they would reach out and make an appointment. Never responded even after I emailed and tried to explain the problem with my windshield leaking when it rained or when I took it through the car wash.

Pros:- I got my windshield replaced.Cons:- The final cost was around $50 more than the initial quote I received (that was after we discussed the first bill that was $100 more than the initial quote).- Once I got my truck back I realized it was coated in a layer of dust, dirt, and sweat stains. The truck had been washed the day before.- The interior (arm rests, center console, dash, etc) also had a new fine coat of sweat stains and grime. I know it's hot right now, but maybe an attempt at cleaning would have been nice...- I also found a couple of new scratches by the antennae and on the driver's side windshield frame. Maybe those cost extra?I can't say with any certainty that my experience would have been any different with another vendor, but if I need any other glass work done in the future, I'm going to give someone else a shot.

Pretty much middle of the road. Took them 6-7 visits over the course of 2+ months to replace two windows and some screens. Really inconvenient to need to leave work that many times for such a simple replacement, maybe they are more of an auto glass company then residential.Service: Glass installation

Terrible Customer service, waited over a week to get back a quote with promises that I will be receiving it every single day. At one point I called four consecutive straight days and kept getting promises of a call and I never received one. Don’t know how this business will last long with very terrible customer service.

Horrible service had me waiting for them to show up I called out of work so I could get this done for nothing suppose to be at my home at 10am not one call to say hey still coming nothing.
