Love taking my pups to furry tails. They are always very patient with my younger dog who is scared of vets and grooming. They always work me in to the schedule. Also have a great self grooming station for you to bring your pup in still have to make a schedule appointment for it

We recently had the pleasure of taking our furry family member, Taco, to Furry Tails Grooming, and I must say that I am absolutely thrilled with the exceptional care and grooming services. Her groomer was Brittney who is great with Taco. Furry Tails Grooming is now undoubtedly our go-to destination for all of Taco's grooming. As soon as we pick her up, we schedule her next appointment. If you’re looking for a groomer, I’d recommend you give them a try.

I have been coming to Furry Tales for over a year now have been 100% pleased with all of my experiences with them. They groom my little fur baby and also board her there as well. She is always so happy to go through their doors which makes me feel good! My daughter also takes her 2 furbabies there too. They have been such a blessing to our community

Run!! Do not take your fur baby here! Took my Aussiedoodle in to have him groomed. Met with the groomer and told her exactly what I wanted-teddy beat cut. Showed her pictures and told her I did NOT want him short. Well, my husband picked him up and brought him home ..SHAVED!!! I emailed them and no response. Pictures to back up my review of the before and after! Never again!!

The Miller family is so happy that a wonderful new groomer / kennel is open in Harrison. Furry Tales was all I hoped for and more. Price, professionalism, cleanliness, caring and quality of service were excellent. The location is great for residents of Harrison and Ooltewah. I am nervous leaving my spaniels with anyone but I knew the minute I walked through the door at Furry Tales that they were professional, clean and eager to please. Most of all I could tell that they love pets. Both the owner and groomer greeted me and my pups. They were very specific explaining what would be involved in grooming and also asking what I wanted. The price can't be beat. The owner was excellent at communicating with me on the progress and time frame of grooming so I knew exactly when I could pick up my pups . The results were beyond my expectations and my pups were clearly comfortable with their groomer (Sara) and the salon. We will be regular customers at Furry Tales. Five stars for sure!

Absolutely love this place. They make sure to take extra time with first timers and puppies. Our doodle pup came out smelling and looking great. We could see his eyes lol!!! They are affordable, super helpful, and just amazing.

Twice I called them to watch our two dogs and twice I was giving different prices but both of the prices were pretty decent. We got in there and the woman gave us a whole new price for both animals and it was a lot higher than what I was quoted over the phone. They ended up giving me a discount but I shouldn't have to deal with issues like this. Plus, my wife was told that the fairy tails boarding is open on Sundays for 1 hour from 12:00 to 1pm. When my wife arrived, she was met by a guy at the door who said we're not open on sundays. My wife explained that she was supposed to come and pick up her pets today. He stated no one ever told me. He said find come on in and the place smelled horrible. I will not be using the service

My puppies Asher and Snoopy loved their very first grooming experience, right near home! They were both well groomed and had a cute little bandana on after they were ready to go home!Stop by and see these nice people with your pets! They're so energetic this was the only way I got a smile from both of them!

We boarded our large chocolate lab for the weekend and got a grooming done. He looked and smelled great. The process was simple. The price was reasonable and comparable to other places. His suite was bigger than other places. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a great experience.

I love this place!! It’s very clean and the staff is super friendly!! They take good care of our dog. He gets a lot of play time and the only reason I know is when he get home he be super tired! He love all the staff and the staff loves him. Best Doggy daycare/Boarding school ever!

Furry Tales is wonderful! My pup went in looking a hot mess after I attempted to have her groomed at Petco (they literally called me and said “yeah she ain’t havin it with me, she’s gonna need to be sedated.”). I felt pretty discouraged after Petco because my baby gets some pretty gnarly mats in her fur, and I called Furry Tales to ask if they would be able to take care of her. They worked WONDERS on her, and got ALL of her mats out WITHOUT having to sedate her. I went ahead and pre-booked her next appointment with them in 6 weeks. I would definitely recommend Furry Tales! Before in the parking lot and after at home photos attached.

They do a better job than some high end animal hospitals. I have a German Shepherd that suffers with separation anxiety and they do a great job of helping him feel comfortable. He smells and looks great after his de-shed grooming treatment.

I will never take my animals back to furry tails Hixson pike close to southern restaurant. My dog face was very choppy did a horrible job on his hair . I would not recommend this place .

I’ve taken my GSD there twice and asked for the deshed treatment. The first time, she was still shedding like crazy. We tried one additional time and I asked if they could spend some time to make sure they were able to deshed her this time. Again, there is way too much hair shedding off of her for right after a groom. The place I went in Indianapolis was just amazing and I’m used to her looking so much more crisp and clean. I won’t be returning as I don’t think they can handle a large dog. They were friendly and the place was clean. Grooming was sub par at best.

The service and pricing is much better here than at other places, but the intake/check-in process seems a little chaotic. There is not usually someone at the front to buzz me in. But my dog seems to like this place.

My wife and I absolutely ADORE Furry Tales! When we told them it was our dogs birthday they got super excited and said they’d get a birthday pic of her for us and they did not disappoint. We also use them for our boarding and daycare needs. Sadie loves the staff and almost tears the car apart to get inside when we pull into the parking lot , fantastic place to take your fur babies to!

I had my husband drop off our dog this morning for grooming and I was supposed to pick him up after my dr appt. Our sitter canceled last minute so I was unable to attend my Dr appt. We have 5 week old twins at home and it's difficult to do things with them being so young. I got the call that Kiko was ready for pickup and headed that way with the girls. I called on the way and asked if I could pay in advance and have them meet me at the door. I didn't feel comfortable leaving them in the car to run in real quick, and I didn't want to load them in the stroller to run in for 3 minutes.They happily agreed and I was able to drive up and pick up my dog without disturbing the kids.Thank you Furry Tales!!

10/10 recommend for grooming! The staff is so nice! All the other places I’ve taken my Irish doodle just shaved her and she ends up looking like a rat dog. This place took the time to get out all of her matted areas and trim her properly. I’m so thankful we found this groomer!
