I used to love foxy. A few years back I had a baby named bojangles and he was groomed very well. He passed away and I didn’t get another dog until 2023 named drogo. His first hair cut was okay but i wanted to give it another go because foxy was my place to go. Everything about foxy has changed. Like any other parent, I want to walk in and see where I am dropping off my child. I don’t like being met outside. They do not answer the phone and when I came knocking at the door for being 15 min late no one came to the door. When they eventually did, they told me they couldn’t take his appointment cause he was late. Had they answered the phone I would have known not to come at all. I’m not sure if there are new owners now but I won’t be back. They were not nice and quit rude after telling me no and closing the door back. Standing in the cold waiting for someone to come back outside to tell me “no we can’t do it” really upset me to the point where it’s been on my mind since. This was about a month ago. I went home and groomed my own baby.

We felt right at home at Foxy K-9 - I am so happy we decided to check this place out! So family friendly!.Calling to make an appointment was easy and we were able to schedule the next day (we aren't the best planners due to life right now). When we arrived, the place felt relaxed! The whole family was there to welcome us and make Ollie, my dog, feel right at home. We used to take him to Petco, and although the grooming was great, the environment was not conducive to Ollie's anxieties. He has been getting groomed since he was a puppy and we seem to have issues with his ears and feet getting groomer! Today, however, he did wonderfully and came out looking and feeling amazing! You can tell by the smile on his fave in the photos! The price was great, quality was great, and place was super clean! We will definitely be back!

We moved to Chattanooga 6 mo ago and have been to 3 different groomers and were disappointed every time (expensive, nails weren't all cut, pom's haircut was extremely choppy and poorly done and his butt was shaved to the skin which really bothered him). I had given up for a while until a friend recommended Foxy K9 to me. I cannot speak more highly of our first experience! My Pomeranian is the cleanest and best groomed (SO SOFT, smells good, and haircut is one of the best he has ever had) since we moved here!! They didn't have any openings to groom our lab; however, they were willing to take him in to at least cut his nails for us (which was a HUGE help since we really don't care to do it ourselves). Customer service was wonderful and I felt the price was definitely reasonable. We will be returning!

Sadie was a scruffy looking girl we adopted recently! Foxy K-9 made her look, smell, and feel like a brand new girl. Sadie was very nervous and shy at first, but they were patient and sweet with her. Very affordable, and such nice people! Love her new ‘do, and the seasonal bandanna- will definitely be back. 🙂

Foxy K9 is the best! After several bad experiences with various groomers we have finally found a place that not only our dog LOVES but also does a wonderful job. The owners are very nice people and I am so grateful for them. Our dog has very bad separation anxiety and hates going to the groomer. Everytime we drop him off at foxy k9 he gets so excited and jumps out of the car because he loves them so much. Thank you foxy k9 for the great work! I definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a good groomer.

The employees are always so sweet with my nervous Pomeranian vivienne. She always looks so nice and I really appreciate their kindness and quality service. 10/10! Very much recommend!

I love bringing our dog Teddy to Foxy K-9. The owners are so nice and are always so excited to see him. They remember Teddy, which makes it super easy not to have to always explain what haircut he needs. Not to mention that their prices are unbeatable.I think the picture below in his fresh cut says it all

With an appointment, they had him in and out in less than an hour! Great service, friendly staff to my frightened little one, and very accommodating to the special requests! He looks and feels great, a buzz that keeps his hair manageable during summer and they did a great job - very even. Affordably! Complete with the bandana :)

This is the only groomer I have ever taken my 11 year old Yorkiepoo to that he didn't freak out when he was dropped off or picked up from. They do excellent work and when your pet is content you know they are good people and have a love of animals. I can't recommend them enough!!! Thank you for what you do. You have a gift!!!

I don’t know why but when I take my dog here he turns into a nervous wreck. He shake so bad. He hate it here. His haircut was nice but he always leave with hair everywhere.

I took my Dog to be groomed when he was a puppy back in 2021. It’s was his first time getting cut there. They said they couldn’t cut him right all the way because he was moving. A year 20 groomed later they said he can’t come back to their shop because of that. My dog was a puppy when he got groomed there. He is over the age of one and not allowed back there.

I have been going here for years. I called and left four voice messages in the span of 3 weeks to try and make an appointment. They never answered my call or called me back. They didn't voice to me that anything was wrong the last time I picked up my dogs so I have no idea why they would ignore my phone call.I didn't even tell them that I thought the last few times I took my dogs there they did not do a very good job. My dogs nails weren't clipped the last few times I took them even though I asked politely that they clip my dogs nails after not clipping them the time before (still didn't). I had to take my dogs to the vet to have their nails clipped. They shaved my poor schnauzer down to her skin the very last time she came back. She had a few razor burns as well. I didn't even complain or say anything to them about that. I just took it as they had a bad day. When I tried to make an appointment and gave them my number 4 different times in the span of 3 weeks with no call back at all I looked around for another groomer. I am actually glad they didn't call me back because I have found a new groomer that is much cheaper and does an amazing job. I do not recommend Foxy Canine at all!

Took my dog (an Australian Shepherd) there for the first time and I will definitely be back! I had been going to the ark but they were so expensive and my dog was there for 4 or 5 hours usually. For almost half the price my dog got everything he normally gets and he was ready in less than 2 hours! He seemed super happy and he looks great. Staff was friendly and professional!! Super pleased!

Really genuinely sweet staff. They did a wonderful job on my Romeo. He was very scared because he had never been to a groomer before, and I really didn't think they would be able to groom him because he had terrible knots all over him even in his paws. I kept waiting for a call to come pick him up because he refused to let them groom him. Instead about 3 hours later they called me to come pick him up that he was ready. To my surprise and relief he looked absolutely beautiful!! Not only were They fantastic to my Romeo and very sweet to me they were very reasonable in price. I will use Foxy K9 from now on and recommend them to eveyone I know who has a dog. Thank you again Foxy K9, my Romeo loves his new haircut!! As for me he looks like a new and different dog now, I love it too!!!!!!!!!

I was very nervous about taking my dog to a new place, but the staff was very kind, professional, and understanding. They reassured me that they would take the best care of my dog, and that is exactly what they did. I started to get nervous because it was taking so long, but they said they didn't want to stress him because he was a little agitated being in a new place, so they gave him a break, played with him and let him calm down! How sweet!!! When I picked him up, he looked and smelled great! I am so happy!!! Thank you Foxy K-9 for taking such good care of Pepper!!! We will be back and I will recommend you to all my pet parent friends!

My puppy Suki came back smelling amazing!! She is a 5 month old flat coated retriever mix who loves to be outside, she never smells this good! She looks beautiful too! Thanks for taking care of my baby!

I wish I could give zero stars. New owners are horrible. I have been using foxy k9 for 10 years but I will never go back. I scheduled an appointment for routine grooming but ended up having to go and get my dog after they kept her for hours and hours in a crate without doing anything to her or even taking her to potty. I was told that as a "work in" they would finish the dogs with appointments first, and mine would have to wait, even though I explained over and over again that I had booked an appointment days ago. First they told me that my dog was almost finished, then an hour and a half later they told me I didn't have an appointment at all, then when I went to pick up the dog they told me my appointment was Saturday. If there was a problem with my appointment they could've told me before I left my dog with them. I would've rescheduled. I live an hour away and had been sitting all day waiting. When I went to get the dog I was told they would "finish her up real quick". I could hear my dog squealing and crying because of how rough they were being. She had some mats on her tummy area that I asked to be removed with clippers at the beginning and I saw the lady yanking them out with a comb instead of just using the clippers. They still charged me $20 to hurt my dog. Do not take your dog to these people.Edit: I posted a review on their Facebook page and they have removed it. If a company hasn't done anything wrong why would they hide and delete negative reviews instead of attempting to remedy the situation. I suspect they would remove this review if they could.

Love this place! Very friendly staff and they do a great job grooming. They usually don't keep my pup for long and I actually feel good about dropping her off there. Prices are very reasonable as well.

Called to inquire on pricing for a complete groom and fully deshed of my border collie mix who's around 50 lb and the man I spoke with said that they aren't accepting large breed dogs I've never heard of a groomer that only specializes in small breeds and it's unfortunate because my mother took her Eskimo Spitz here for years so I was excited to use a local groomer oh well on to the next 🤷🏼‍♀️

We take our Aussies and border collie here and they are 100% the best!!Professional, amazing grooming at an affordable price and the staff is the sweetest in the world to boot.10/10 would recommend !

Where should I start. I have been calling them and NO ONE returns calls back. I had been taking my dog here for the last 5 years and I really miss the original owner. The new owners stated last month that my dog wouldn't let them bath her. REALLY you are the groomer. So I got her and tried again this week. I had called again NO answer. So I stop by and the Lady stated Oh my son didn't call and tell you that we can't work with your dog anymore. She was been difficult the last time. Now my do is a 13 pound of Shih Tzu and you telling me she won't let you bath her. I thought she may had bite them or something. This is terrible customer service. I would recommend them to no one. I post on Facebook and I have so many people complain about them. I wish I couldn't get any stars.
