I go in there sometimes because I'm too lazy to walk into one of the large grocery stores around me. They're on my way home from my girlfriend so it's quick and easy. Everybody's always really nice in there and unlike their competitor they're always well stocked and clean. Very rarely have I ever had to wait in line because there's usually two people up front doing what they're supposed to be and not hiding in the office like I have seen at their competitors locations. I'm actually going to be stopping in there in about 20 minutes because I have to pick up something for my girlfriend on the way over there

Employee close store when they feel like they are done working for the day. Pulled up to the store at 8:52. They seen me park and they quickly locked the doors knowing they don't close for 8 more minutes. They do this on a regular basis. If you can, go to a different store. Even the store on 23rd Street and 3rd Street aren't as bad

The manger at this location VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Attitude towards me very distasteful. Apparently thought I was lying was trying very hard not to give me back my money ooh hell no! The store double CHARGED my bank account and then tried to overcharge me on a item that I purchased from them. I’m not saying I will stop shopping at Family Dollar I just won’t be coming back to this location.💯

Newly updated and completely revamped, this is my neighborhood Family Dollar, its needed an over haul for years. Love the new floorplan, our poor store so needed some love put back in it

As am employee for last 7months I’ve learned why things are said about this location.But since I’ve been employed here I’ve watched several employees come and go.This location is the busiest store I’ve ever seen.Yet is the only one that hasn’t gotten the remodel yet.There is stock that can’t get put out with only one person running the register there’s no way your able to get a restroom break let alone put out the stock.The pay is barely above minimum wage.We don’t even have a store manager last 2 months so u have us doing the managers job requirements just not getting the managers pay( so why bring in one right) I actually like working here, but can not pay bills with “likes”There is so many people that comes in just to steal as I recover a lot of empty packages Daily.This week I’ve even paid out my own pocket for help stocking as we have another truck coming Monday and still 2 trucks worth of items needing to go out.Im only a cashier, but have applied for assistant manager position 2weeks ago. Hopefully I will hear something soon because this location is always busy and needs someone that cares to bring it up!!!Wish me luck 🤞🏼

Family dollar does not stand behind it's electronic's . If you buy something that doesn't work . No return, that's ur problem. I will never shop here again

Has going to buy about 40 dollars in this location but ask about the restroom and was told that I couldn't use it .this location needs to close

This Family Dollar actually has items on the shelves and the staff is extremely polite!This is why I only use this Family Dollar on the East Side of Town.Instead of wasting time, gas ⛽, and money traveling to other Family Dollar 💵 💲 Stores in the area.

The customer service was good. I was in and out in less than 15 mins, even with there being a line at the register. I do t frequent this location often so I have to familiarize myself with the setup, which is not like the one in St. Elmo, but the staff is friendly.

The store is always messy.The customer service is just unfriendly as can be.If you ask they do plan on getting an item in.They say if it comes it comes.I asked if so what day would they expect it.They said whenever.I just feel like that's one less store that needs to be on Rossville Blvd.No they just need NEW EMPLOYEES WITH SMILES AND A GOOD ATTITUDE. Because the ones that are working now do not smile and are not friendly.Go to the Dollar General Store and the Dollar Tree.They both have smiling employees and friendly customer service .

Pretty much everything you can buy here you can get cheaper at Wal-Mart or Target. Plus if you have to use the restroom while shopping forget about! Personally if you are a paying customer you should be able to use the bathroom, not be laughed at. Just sad.

Location is understaffed half of the time or if there are enough employees odds are is they are in the back and only one register is open with a line of 10 plus people but they are super friendly and helpful I frequent this locatio

Never know when the store is open or closed, one day it might stay open till 9pm or maybe 6:30 - 7 pm it's a hit and miss with this store!!!

Rarely has enough staff. Slow service. Crowded halls with stuff laying around. Weird store layout in general (though a lot of these stores have that issue) Overall a very "dollar store" experience.

Just one register open,10 people in line, wouldn't open another register, will not stop at this store again, don't have 30 minutes to spare in line.
