I went in the store today and it have did a completely turn around everything well. Put together and the workers was very helpful I don't know what happened but y'all need to keep up the good work now you just need to work on keeping them bombs from hanging out in the front begging for money every time you going in the store

I have been attacked by the night shift. Most ghetto non customer service most embarrassing place I have ever visited in my life. Sad sickening. And what's the saddest is I had my 7 year old son with me.

Manager (Denise) was very rude and disrespectful to cashier (Ashley).As I was shopping, I overheard a customer comment about the stores appearance. The Mgr Denise began bragging to customers about being responsible for cleaning the store and how things are running better under her management.When the cashier Ashley called Denise to ask a question, Denise yelled at Ashley in front of me and a line of other customers.As Ashley began to check out my items, we needed management assistance for an opened item. Ashley was afraid to call Denise for help, fearing that she would be yelled at again in front of customers. I asked Ashley to call for help anyway because I needed a Manager to help. While waiting for Mgr Denise to come, one of the customers told Ashley that Denise was on another isle talking to other customers about her frustrations with Ashley.I think this is very unprofessional! This whole experience made the cashier upset and it made me very uncomfortable.I gave three stars solely based on Ashley's customer service, and how eloquently she handled herself throughout this experience. Ashley continued to smile though her tears and apologized as she continued to check us out.

Customer may have been wrong but if the angry customer leaves don't yell " your a man get a freaking job" as he was walking out the door. You could have put alot of people In danger.

Line was 25 people long when I walked in with one cashier.. Store was a mess and you can't find anything.. Went to check out another associate finally came up after 20 min of me being in the store.. They need more help
