They had a selection of Leanin' Leaf cards for birthdays/anniversaries/encouragement and even a small stand of Kavu bags! They had some great products there. The employees are friendly, welcoming and very helpful! (:

Definitely the place to get a part or two or if you are in a jam and cant go anywhere cheaper. Be prepared to pay for the convenience though. Plumbing parts are like double price from the supply house. I Only go there if I don't feel like making the drive to the supply house.

Ace Hardware has really stepped up its game as of late. This store has a good selection of Milwaukee tools as well as all the hardware one could need for a job. Whether youre a DIYer or doing your day job, Ace is always the place for the helpful hardware folks.

They help you with what you want, but if you want car keys you should go before you need them in order to see if they have them cause if not you will have to wait a week for it so they can order them

I would rather #2 in my hands and clap than ever return to this Ace. The tall, elderly cashier with gold teeth is so very rude to customers every single time I have been in this location. Management needs to figure this out.

They probably won't have what you're looking for, but they will have a dozen employees repeatedly ask if you need help finding anything.I wish there were a Menards or other larger hardware store in downtown where you could actually get what you're looking for.

Why is this the only Ace in Chattanooga that cashier refuses to recognize my ace rewards by the name my company is listed under? I needed an electrical connector that was unusual. The associate stayed with me even tho he said they didn't have what I needed. We finally looked at the speciality drawers and ...BINGO...there was exactly what I needed. That associate helped me complete a badly needed electrical repair. I highly recommend this store.

Top notch service. I had to wait because the young man was helping a pushy customer before me but he handled her well. He was nice, polite, and even got an item price matched for her because the one she wanted was out of stock. He went above and beyond for her. I hadn’t been in this location in a long time and almost went to the East Ridge store but I’m glad I changed my mind.

I’m not sure how I haven’t left a review before now. I’ve been shopping at this ACE for 9 years since I bought my first home. I can genuinely say I love these guys (and girls) I personally know nearly everyone that works there through our interactions and have a great conversation every time I shop. To say a place has good customer service, or that there product is good, or maybe that the prices are right… those are all nice. Old reliable, while not as large as those super sized lumber yard big boxes Elders- Ace prevents me from making my way to the bigger stores. I can reliably get in and out quickly, the staff is super friendly and reliably so, and finally they're all about getting to know and recognize you!

Lady in paint department had a real bad attitude. Asked if i could get someone over to electrical department and she was smart Alek and hateful. She acted like it was a big deal and bothered her to help. All kinds of people walking around watching until you need help, then they all disappear.I bought a voltage meter, which was higher priced than other stores, yet i purchased due to an emergency situation with my vehicle.On a positive note, there is plenty of space for parking if you are driving. The location is fairly convenient to downtown, on the way to St. Elmo or Lookout Mountain.

This place is very convenient but prices are atleast 25% higher then any store I've been in. They used to send out coupons whe. You buy from them that helped but it's been months since I've gotten one.

This is a great little hardware store. They usually have the best plants for the gardening season and they carry good brands. The front area of the store is set up pretty nice. the back areas get a little chaotic, but its a pretty cozy store. It's in a super convenient location in town, and the customer service is usually pretty decent. Most of the people there know what they are talking about, and if they can't answer a question, they'll point you to someone who can.

The employees here are refreshingly knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. I love having people available to help me find what I need and am never disappointed. When My items are not available, they know immediately and I don’t have to walk a half mile to figure that out as in the big box stores. So thankful for this place so close to my neighborhood!

I always am offered help here when I come. The staff here are generally nice and helpful. On my most recent visit I was dealing with some large items and was even given assistance getting them all to my car. I would definitely recommend.
