This is my neighborhood Dollar Tree, I come here often for many things. On my last visit however they have a sign on the front door requiring a Mask be worn to Enter. Everyone was and then this young black lady came in for balloons without a Mask. This young lady is a employee of Food Lion. The cashier left 3,4,5 of us all wearing Masks standing at the register. Never said anything about the MASK policy as I think many of us wanted too. Fortunately another lady opened a register and I was able to get out of there. That's the second Food Lion employee who I've seen not wearing a Mask in busy public businesses. As many people that go through the grocery store you would think they would wear a Mask to Protect Others. I will Not be Shopping at Food Lion anymore and next time I shop at the Dollar Tree and they allow Maskless Fools... I won't be back

This location closes at 9 pm. It's sad they can't update their hours theirself because now I have no choice but to go to Walmart.

Love the store, But, they can't keep the dern shelves stocked and thats all of them, Georgia included, they'll get a pass because their store is bigger and a lil better. Chattanooga you guys need to do better...seriously!!!😡 No Changes for the Rossville store🤔

The last 5 times I've come in to this store in E.R.. They had a line almost all the way to the back of the store with 1 person working the poor gal was so overwhelmed but just kept plugging along. This store is considered a high volume store. Yall need to have at least three people working at all times.The employees I've spoken to said they work limited hours and only get paid $9.00 per hour. That's below poverty wage.We are in 2023 pay your employees and give them more working hours.

The service was awful. For starters a child was working at the register and then a girl took over and in the mist of her ringing up my things she stops and starts texting on her phone.

This store is clean, the employees are always nice, but the smell of acrylic is SO STRONG from the nail salon next door. It literally gives you a headache after 15 min or so. Even the guy that rang me up said he cant get use to it and that its terrible.

It was clean and staff was very helpful and nice love to change there making. It's not just a Dollar tree anymore it's dollar plus they have $3 stuff and $5 things now which is pretty cool.

I was shopping in there a couple weeks ago and I only went for a few things not much! My boyfriend was with me and he knows I take forever looking Around so he went ahead and paid for his stuff and went outside and waited on me out there, and I kind of made myself rush on through for him and while I’m finishing up I Notice this man following me around like on my tail! I thought maybe he was just trying to get my phone number or something but then it was all explained when I got to the register while I was already cashing out and there was a whole bunch of people in the store, The cashier informs me that a customer has told them that I Add stone from them and so has my boyfriend! He came out of nowhere so I’m taking back a little bit because I DO have a record. And that is like the ultimate thing going wrong for me to get falsely accused and violate my probation! It def freaked me out! So I felt like Prove myself, I openEd up purse and Start trying to get them to say that I didn’t steal from them that I wouldn’t do nothing like that. And I’m telling I did not steal nothing from y’all! And I’m offended because I may be a lot of things but a thief isn’t one of them And then the manager standing right next to me but she didn’t really say much until after the cashier did and this is before I even go to walk out the door. It was in front of everyone in line And it was a Sunday. So they were busy! I told her that u went off he said she said! U can’t do that! Well She tells me I neeed to just go ahead and leave before she goes ahead and hits send! Talking about calling the police! by this point I’ve already kind of gotten aggravated because I’m like did you see me steal anything? Is there cameras because I have Taken nonothing from y’all and you’re going off at somebody else’s story?? it’s not right! So I go find my boyfriend and fill him in on what’s going on until I feel calme but then I got to thinking that if she wanted to be a butt hole she could and call them after I left and swear oit warrant a because it would be her word against mine! So I told my boyfriend go get his kids bc I gotta get the name of the manager and her supervisor! So when I go back in I’m like where is your manager at and she said she was the manager her name is Sarah. I asked what her supervisors name was though and she didn’t want to give me that information she said she wasnt able to give that kind info out! That’d I’ll have to call corporate so I told her to go ahead and call the police so we can get this squared away and so I could prove that I was not guilty of stealing from them! I am so embarrassed by this point that I didn’t even care no more because I knew that I’ve done nothing wrong and but I need to prove it to her so the police come & this goes on for about 30 minutes on a Sunday Afternoon! So I give them my receipt & I gave them the right to search my car and they let me go I come home and I called the corporate office to tell them the experience that I had an alpha message because they don’t answer the phone and then no one ever even calls me back! That’s OK but she learned a lesson I hope but what if I would’ve went to jail like I said I have a record if those police would’ve agreed with her or been on some crazy stuff I would have went to jail violated my probation been stuck and I didn’t steal a thing but was just falsely accused. It definitely taught me to be more aware and accuse you of crimes and how the laws are so this dollar tree sucks do not go to it

This dollar tree has everyday items for cheap. They may be knockoff brands but they get the job done. This store targets all types of people with hair care products and more. The toy selection is good for young children on a low allowance budget.

I miss how Dollar tree used to be. I don't like them changing the prices. I also don't like that their items that they don't bring anymore like the garlic bagel chips and the Celeste cheese pizza.

I like being able to find quality items for just a buck. When I need something, I look here first. You never know what you might find. I love the fact that they have some name brand stuff now, also. Can't get much better than that, unless it's free.

This Dollar Tree had some items most DT's stay out of. It was pretty messy and unorganized but I was happy to get a couple items I've been wanting.

I went to get ballons and made a remark to my brother about god the manager corrected me and told me not to speak about god in a negative light I inquired as to why and was told not speak that way or I was kicked out i told her I am pagan and see nothing wrong with it so i was asked to leave. I will never use dollar tree or any company affiliated with it ever again

New frozen food has been installed, still can't order enough basic stock like toilet paper, crackers etc. Hit or miss with stock availability. Employees are pleasant ☺

Shelves were pretty empty but I did notice that they were in the middle of working a truck. Only one checkout open then an employee notice a line was forming and opened a second checkout.

This is a decent dollar tree. I like this one. Different dollar tree stores sometimes carry different items that another doesn't carry. This one usually isn't too busy so you can get in and out

The lady that works there is so friendly and helpful. I use a walker and she took and put it up for me and got me a buggy and when I got through, she took the buggy and put it up and brought me my walker. So friendly.

I can not believe everything is a Dollar!! My friend and I do crafts with the senior citizens..we buy a lot of the things here because we have to buy for 50 ppl..we do it once a month...it helps to buy everything here since everything's a Dollar

Zero stars. The store was dirty and nothing on the shelves. The cashier💅 was loud and rude with the costumers and he was playing loud music over the intercom that was very inappropriate I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone it should be closed
