I go to this store all the time because it very close to me. Lately I've been experiencing a major lack in customer service. Today, I went in and seen they had some items marked half off. Signs everywhere on said items.. When I reached the register said item were not on sale I stated there are signs that state half off.. and that I did not want said items if they were not on sale. The cashier who has not been friendly the past few times I've been in Throws said items at me back into the basket. And then forcefully hands me my change. I felt a little threatened by the encounter and will probably not be back.

Stopped by last week to pick up some things about 7P. Although cars were continually coming into the parking lot, the store was closed with a sign stating that the hours are 8A-3P for dates 9/2-9/9.Whipped back through on today, 9/10, same thing. Closed at 3:15P.If help is this hard to come by, shut it all the way down. Banker’s hours are 9-5, and you’ll already be closed.

This is the cleanest, most organized store I have been in ever... everything is where it should be you don't have to search for the price of things..very nice displays too.Thank you ladies for a great shopping experience.

Had to use self check out because nobody in the store wanted to wait on me. I will not be back to this location. Also both employees are outside the front door smoking. That's real attractive for customers

I love to send all kinds of cards to people to cheer them, pray for them, b-days ect.. Dollar tree has a very good selection of cards. Also they have good selection of Holiday decor. Hope you enjoy shopping experience as I do.

Mr. Reginald was working today when my elderly neighbor and I stopped in to pick up a couple of things...my neighbor was not paying attention and gave him too much money...Mr.Reginald brought it to her attention and made sure she got her money back..you can't find honest people every day....He is very sweet, corgil, and honest.....He is a VERY VALUABLE EMPLOYEE AND PERSON...THANK YOU SIR..

I actually like going in this dollar general. Getting in and out isn't always easy because Broad Street is usually really busy. But anyway, this location carries more ethnic products especially for hair, which is a plus 👌🏾

This store is a mess. Stock just sits on carts blocking the aisles while sections of shelves remain empty. Store employees routinely carry on personal phone calls on their cell phones while running the cash register. Very poor customer service. Someone needs to step in and clean this place up.

Left package after asking cashier if I had everything she brought package out while I was loading items. Her attitude was off taking I try to shop in my neighborhood but I am having 2nd thoughts re: Dollar General on Broad Street

They have down sized a lot of. Their. Products. Like alcohol 32oz to 16oz and charge the same price. Lots of other products. I quess they thought we wouldn't notice.

When I see Something that is Missed placed I expect to get this item for that price. Not the story of it was missed placed or it shouldn't be over here. I'm the Customer and I'm RIGHT!!!!! I DIDN'T PLACE IT THERE The Broad Street Store is SUPER RUDE AND NOT HELPFUL

Employees are friendly. They keep everything in stock that I expect to see. As far as Dollar Generals go, this one is definitely on the upper end.

A fair selection of items. The staff are very helpful, if you need help finding anything. And they even know of items their location has stopped selling.

Worst DG ever ! The place was a wreck. There was product all over the floors . It's was not a good visit . However the clerk was very nice . The place looked under staffed .

I'm glad they opened up a dollar general here on broad Street , this is very convenient and it keeps me from having to drive into lookout valley to go to the nearest dollar general.

My biggest complaint is that the aisles tend to be cluttered with stocking boxes, but it's minor. The staff is great.
