This store is filthy. I mean just atrocious. I live close to this location and I always go in thinking “maybe they cleaned up today”. No. They never clean. There are product open and half eaten on the shelves. Drink cans & bottles are just spilled out everywhere. Trash is literally everywhere. No need to grab a buggy bc you can’t move it thru the store. It use to be so clean & stocked. Now it’s just a junkyard.

I would rate lower but can't this store is out of control for real no merchandise what so ever on the shelves there is freight all down the isles went there one day it was closed stuff is just everywhere worst site I've ever seen at a store and the employees honey let me tell you I went to the front to get rung up the cashier employee had her leg jacked up on counter eating dang chips in a bag ringing the customer up in front of me while talking to a female behind there she was sitting on a tote let me see if I got the pictures I took yes honey I took pictures be rite back don't have the pictures couldn't find them guess what I looked and looked I found them it was worse last time I went couldn't get thru the isles for all the freight on the floor had to go all the way around please stay away from this place

The store seems to be closed. Nothing on most of the shelves. The store hours has been cut drastically. I suggest that people go elsewhere to shop and leave this place. The manager and employees that did work there were stealing. Most of the product want out the door. Front or back make your choice. It really makes no sense to shop there. My suggestion " DON'T COME TO THIS STORE" !!!

I go to the Dollar General Store quiet often. Good prices and alot of different items to choose from. A wide array of every day things, as well as pretty, nice looking decor. Love Dollar General Stores! My only problem was this particular store had the small baskets, but not one buggy and I had to drag several items to checkout. Other than that, the clerk was nice and I got some good deals!!

The overall store is nice but it's shelves are not usually organized well,it seems as if they don't have time,or enough employees,or perhaps the employees there just don't care to clean up some of the disorder . I'm not badmouthing the employees as they are for the most part friendly but seems as if they just act as if they don't care about being there most of the time but that is just my experience and my opinion only I don't want to get anyone in to trouble at their jobs . THIS IS SOLELY MY OPINION ONLY BUT I AM THE TYPE PERSON WHO FEELS AS IF YOU HAVE A JOB TREAT IT AS SUCH A JOB IS NOT EASILY ACQUIRED NOWADAYS AND IF YOU DO WELL IN TURN THE COMPANY WILL DO WELL WHICH CREATES MORE REVENUE AND MORE RAISES THUS EVERYONE IS HAPPY .... AGAIN MY OPINION ONLY I JUST TRY TO TAKE PRIDE IN EVERY ASPECT OF LIFE AND IN EVERYTHING I DO WHEN IT COMES TO WORK I BELIEVE EVERYONE SHOULD BE PROFESSIONAL I HAVE JUST AS MUCH RESPECT FOR THE MEN AND WOMEN WHO PICK UP MY GARBAGE EVERY FRIDAY AS I DO FOR A C.E.O. OF A MAJOR CORPORATION....I don't feel as if this is a bad store by any means as I go to it 2-3 times a month at least theirs another one the same distance from me on mccallie ave and I think the manager there should try to help this store out as it is well ran and it would be a pleasent experience every time I hope this helps other consumers in their retail purchases as I am only offering my own personal experiences and just my opinion and only mine

I have never seen such a BAD Dollar Store! Only 1 buggy on location for customers and boxes, trash and merchandise in the isles so the buggy wasn't much use. Will never step a foot back in this store

The manager, Angel was her name I think, was so so very helpful and knowledgeable in spite of being crazy busy. She went the extra mile to help me find what I needed AND took the time to explain something on the DG app to me. I hope she's always there when I visit in the future, which I will surely do.

The staff are always friendly to my family, friends, and I. Not a huge variety but it's fairly sizeable considering it's just a dollar general. Floors are clean enough to reflect light and they keep good business.

Well as soon as i went in the door a lady was blocking stack of baskets and i said excuse me real low where only us two could hear . But there was a big loud black lady there that was practically screaming how rude i was when i fact she was the rude one. Management was not only disconnected but allowed this lady to disrupt the peace and cause a disturbance .

Had one of the largest selections I have ever encountered at a dollar store for home furnishings and ethnic products, how the isles were not stocked and pretty crammed. Also had to wait in check out line very long time.

Prices were good. The clerk was nice and friendly. The aisles are a little narrow. It was difficult to get around as they were sticking so it was 0 room to move around.

This store I shop at all the time. They have friendly service and also reasonable prices all the time. Family Oriented also they have Good Items just like shopping at Dollar General and they really have everything you need and more Thank You So Much. T . K.

This Store closes whenever they want too. Today 7/8/2022 they closed around lunch time. The wierd thing is the employees are inside having a good time.

Ya, I mean I don't know. It's a dollar general so you it haswhat you expect. As much stuff crammed into it as possible with things in the wrong place but good prices. It's exactly what you'd expect to see going in. It wasn't bad service, either. No long wait times while I was there so points for that. Thanks for being exactly what you should be.

Left work ( still on the clock). It was my husband's birthday. I picked out balloons for him that was a mess to find one that said Happy Birthday..after the found them I told clerk I needed them to be blown up, they said ok..went around in store to continue shopping..after bringing other items to counter, I found out they didn't have any helium..ugh. Had to hurry and run to Food City and spend $8 for 2 balloons that I really didn't like instead of $3 for 3 balloons at the DG...Just really upset. I was gone 25 minutes instead of 10 which is what I told my boss..

Store is never opened until it says. Been there now 3 days and close before 5pm the other day seen people out back but went inside when they seen me and still didn't open the front.

As I entered the store the cashier was playing a personal music player so loud, you could hear it in the back of the store, there was a assistant manager on duty and she never addressed the issue. I even called my sister and asked if she could hear the music and she could as well. This is one location I avoid out of all the Dollar General stores in Chattanooga.

I went in to get 4 items. It took me maybe 5 minutes to get them and I watched the time on my phone it took 15 minutes in line.Because of just talking to every costumer and then to another employer.
