THIS STORE SMELLS TERRIBLE. Like animal urine or decay or like spoiled meat. The first step inside, will literally take your breath away because of the stench. I have notified the corporate office two weeks ago, and they said it will be addressed. There is something seriously wrong within this store. It's sad, because the employees are so kind and helpful, yet this is the environment they have to work in. Disgusting! I want to take pride in the stores and services that take care of our Valley neighbors, and this is NOT the quality of environment we deserve. I refuse to go back into the store and it has altered my shopping habits to avoid going in there now. Sad for everyone. Something MUST be addressed for changed.

This dollar general has great customer service. They have great deals on coke products as well as others.

Typically very clean and organized. For the last year I have been going there early mornings on the weekends to do our shopping and avoid the crowds. When I need help they are very nice and helpful. Have run into a few antimaskers and nothing is said to them but alas

The store overall is clean! There’s actually room to maneuver down the aisles without boxes falling everywhere from merchandise not being stocked! However they do need to ensure items are being replenished accordingly to keep the shelves stocked! The end caps could be placed at the end of the aisle that has similar like items! IE...if it’s hair clips, place at the end of the aisle that has hair accessories! Some cashiers don’t greet you when you speak which goes hand in hand with customer service!

Went in to buy anti-nausea medicine, when we couldn’t find it my sister went and asked the ladies upfront for help. They were super helpful and told me exactly what I needed to get and were very polite! This was the CLEANEST Dollar General i’ve ever seen in my life and it smelled nice upon entry. 5/5 HIGHLY recommend!!

So this store is always very clean and well organized. The issue I have is the lines are always a mile long with one register open. This store is usually always busy and since COVID hit it seems even more busy so the linesbhave gotten even longer. And I did have one othe issue this time when we went. My daughter needed to use the bathroom... I asked her before we left the house and she didn't have to go but let us walk into a store that she knows has a bathroom and she is gonna have to go so we asked them for the key and went into the ladies room where the toilet was to the rim already with dirty who okows what all water. I tried to plunge it and flush it for them out of courtesy and it didn't help at all and rose to the rim again so we went out and asked for the key to the mens and told her the condition of the womens. Well she told her coworker in such a manner thay suggests this isn't the first time that this has happened. So my daughter and I go into the mens and it looks fine so I get her up there and let her go pee and she gets up for me to wipe her and I throw rhe toilet paper in the toilet and go to flush it and it won't flush and fills all the way just like the women's. I was shocked. I couldn't believe that 2 toilets with 2 different customers in the same day would do that unless they were having sewage issues or something. I don't know what the deal was but I told her they were having toilet issues in the other one too. But anyway, main issue is the lines and sometimes worker attitudes depending on who it is, but apparently their toilets are either very sensitive or there is something wrong with them.

Omg this is hands down the best Dollar General store in Chattanooga. This will be the only one I go to even tho there's 2 different ones between my house and this store. The store is set up perfectly and is exceptionally clean. Their Dollar Isle is... omg. It's perfect. It's arranged perfect, it's not messy with stuff thrown everywhere like some I've seen and products are with like products instead of being all weirdly ordered. A+++++ whoever the manager is for this store, thank you. Your employees are on point and you should be proud of them.

This Dollar Store manager has compassion for the people that live in the community her store operates in. My little boy had cancer and she is his biggest supporter. All the Ladies are, actually but she did the St Jude campaign at Christmas and showed my little boy Abel's picture saying I'm a Survivor.This is a great group of folks and we always find what we need at the store.

Pleased with the results of the store. Unlike the store I have near my home, which doesn't carry items that I use. I was in this area so I went in & started looking around & I really liked this store better than the one near my home. I found items that I've looked for for a long time & I found it in this store, I spent $90. I will be coming back to this store.

I avoid Walmart whenever possible and having this Dollar General, clean, mostly organized, well stocked and easy to get in and out makes it my go to for most things. The one thing that drives me nuts is the clothes tracks are a nightmare, although the deals are great 😁

I was visiting the town and have to get some grocery. Store was fully stock and we did got everything we were looking and more. The customer service the staff offer I haven't see it in other stores. If I ever come back to this area, definitely I will stop at this store and get my grocery.

Thos is the cleanest most organized Dollar over been to in 3 states. Catherine was very nice and knew EXACTLY where everything was that I was looking for. Walmart can't shine a candle on this store, lol.

Dollar General has begun to change! Today I noticed about 1/3 of the space, if not more, is food. So not as much little cheapy stuff and more brands and items you need on regular basis. I love it.

This location has super friendly people. There generally isn't a long line. Their store us set up in a way that makes sense so everything is usually very easy to locate.

I actually don't shop at places like dollar general. The reason is the moral dilemma I experience knowing that dollar general and other dollar stores move into an area and all the mom and pop shops end up going out of business because they can't compete with the prices.in poorer areas, especially in inner cities where there is no where else to shop, these companies will raise the price, preying on already disenfranchised communities, knowing they will pay it. I a lot of people who live in these neighborhoods don't have vehicles or lack the public transportation needed to go elsewhere. PLEASE SHOP LOCAL.

This dollar store has gone down hill. 10 to 15 minute checkouts the last two times I've been in there. Put in a self checkout and let me do it myself! Be quicker!

I just like shopping at the Dollar general store for brand name cleaning supplies at reasonable prices . They remodel and it is so nice and convenient . I like the dollar deals aisle

Very unorganized, messy, and they don't have the same things as other Dollar Generals. It kinda gives the feel of it being Dollar General's waste basket
