I do not blame the people at the St. Elmo CVS for this 2 star review. They are doing the best they can under the circumstances created by an UNCARING CORPORATE CVS! Corporate CVE cares NOTHING for their customers or their employees. They only care about their bottom line. When they closed the Browns Ferry Road location they took away the only pharmacy in our community. They transferred all the prescriptions to St. Elmo and completely overwhelmed the staff there. They have caused back ups that could endanger their customers’ health. The employees in St. Elmo are doing the best they can. This is totally corporate’s fault.

The little prick of a pharmacist has been stolenwalling me since yesterday morning at 10:30 and lying about sending my prescriptions to Walgreens which was requested by Walgreens yesterday morning at 10:30. He got sarcastic on the phone at 6:00 last night and I had to go in the store and raise holy hell in order to get anything done. Then he only transferred one prescription which was my rescue inhaler. This is being done intentionally there is no doubt but I was not going to leave there one way or the other without confirmation or venal inhaler and I told him so. He threatened to call the cops and I told him to go right ahead but I'm not going any damn place. The worst service worst pharmacy I've ever walked in in my entire life. I will be filing a complaint what's the state board of pharmacy in Tennessee first thing Monday morning. Both against the pharmacy and the pharmacist as well. Go anywhere other than CVS now because these stores have become pathetic over the last 3 years? And they wonder why they're losing business....

CVS use to be a great pharmacy, now the pharmacist are rude and unhelpful. This applies to several locations in my area....

They are always super efficient and friendly. I know there is a Walgreens down the street but I never have the 30-40 minute waits just to pick up a ready prescription

This CVS does no have a drive thru, so multiple sick, contagious people waiting for perscriptions.
