Wound up staying here because the hotel I originally booked wouldn’t allow my service animals, even though I had called already to ask. Austin was very helpful and compassionate about our unfortunate situation and immediately got us into a pet friendly room. He went as far as checking for something he knew wasn’t there just to make sure he was meeting our needs. Staff was friendly and sweet. Our room was spacious, clean, and almost completely baby proof for our toddler so we were able to let him walk about in peace without worry. Only downside was that the air was set to its lowest setting and it was still warm in our room. Overall I have a 5 star experience and would highly recommend people stay here. :)

Was recommended this hotel from some friends. Immediately upon entering room number one, there are dried wet stains and very clear pubic hair in both beds. Told front desk, got a different room. Found pubic hair in these beds as well, though less. Had the front desk give me clean sheets. There were hair on these sheets too, but there was no pubic hair (which I find interesting). I fail to understand how there is so much hair on suppossed to be clean sheets. To note, none of the hair is woven in the sheets, it is just laying on them. The toilet was also very terribly cleaned, if at all.

Room was huge with very little furniture. Shower had absolutely no place to set soap, shampoo, etc. just holes and glue where there had been one. No towel bars at all. The room walls and floors were dirty. Only one nightstand lamp. Had only one bath towel. The only good thing was the bed. It was comfortable. It appears that they updated the room with LVP flooring, but that was it. Very disappointed.

My family recently visited Chattanooga during school break. We enjoyed everything about our stay. Upon returning home, my daughter realized she left her diamond necklace at the hotel. She contacted Tina in the front office and she was able to locate the necklace. We utilized FedEx to have her property returned. Tina packaged her necklace with extreme care and we received it on today. We are beyond grateful! Thank you to Tina, Rhonda & Jim for your kindness, professionalism, and top notch customer service.

As choice rewards members, we should be entitled to late check out. We were denied late checkout and threatened with additional charges if e weren't out by 11:00. The online checkout time posted was 12:00. When we asked about the discrepancy in check out times, we were told they changed it last week, but did not update the online information. The male desk clerk was rude. I recommend that you don't trust information you see online regarding times listed by the hotel. If you enjoy rudeness and threats, you will love it here.

Country Inn Chattanooga was a fantastic place to stay. It is located in a convenient location and is reasonably priced. I highly recommend it. My bf and I stayed there one night while on our way to Paducah, KY to watch the Solar Eclipse. BF wanted to stay in the Holiday Inn next door which was $40 more expensive because he believes that any hotel that costs less than $100 is no good. After reading reviews on both places I thought the Country Inn would be a better choice. I also wanted to prove him wrong on how he rates hotels and against his wishes, I booked the Country Inn sweating my shirt a little bit (lol). I’m glad I did it. The room was very spacious, the sheets were clean, with no carpet (yay!), and most importantly, there were no smells in the room. That was my worst fear as I’m very sensitive to smells. There is a small refrigerator (no freezing compartment), a coffee maker, and an ice machine outside in the hallway. Natalie from the front desk was very nice and attentive. There was breakfast but we didn’t have any or used the indoor heated pool/gym since we left very early. A couple of cons, the bathroom sink drain cap was missing, and it wasn’t nice to see a black hole every time we used the sink, the tub had a small stain, andthe cleaning crew needs to be trained to do a better job cleaning the laminated floor, thankfully I never leave my house without taking a pair of flip-flops at any time I go to a hotel. We were still grateful that there was no carpet. Besides Cracker Barrel, there is a Logan’s Roadhouse two mins away (great food), right next to a Walmart. Overall, both of us were very pleased, and would definitely stay there again.Rooms: SpaciousWalkability: Restaurants

Great place to stay for less before getting into downtown. Everyone of the staff has been very nice and the rooms are immaculate. The best part about my stay was meeting Lloyd who was running the breakfast station. You can tell he takes pride in his job and accommodates everyone coming to eat. Your the man Lloyd! I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay in chattanooga.

Our stay was great! The kids loved the indoor pool and it was a great way to get some energy out. The breakfast was so delicious! I have to mention Lloyd, he worked so hard and so quickly keeping fresh food out while also keeping things so clean! Someone give this man a raise! I don’t know how he kept up as well as he did but he did great. I love that this place is so easy to get to and right next to Cracker Barrel! The king suite is the way to go, we had an area for the kids with a pull out bed and their own tv, while we had our room with our tv. Great place, and I would definitely stay here again!Rooms: Nice and clean! I really appreciated having new body wash, shampoo, and conditioner as well as fresh towels and wash cloths. They even made the beds for us and tidied our room while we were out. Thank you!Food & drinks: The breakfast was DELICIOUS!Noteworthy details: Lloyd is amazing! Great job! All of the staff was GREAT!

Pretty nice hotel, with very accommodating staff. Hallways tended to have a weird smell. Very comfortable bed and a pool to relax in. Breakfast food was tasty, and the area was nice and clean. Now, $10 for 2 packs of Ramen noodles and a coke from the little convince area was a little on the ridiculous side.

Very disappointed in the hotel. I got 2 rooms both had animal and human hair on the beds. The shower was nasty, there was snot on the shower curtain. Empty food container from previous guest. Floors were dirty. The window leaked during a rain storm. The night desk clerk seemed poorly trained and was a mess(appearance). I would avoid this place until some changed are made.

BED BUGS!!! Stayed in room 111 with my two young children and my mother only to find out it was infested with bed bugs , within 5 minutes we killed 4 and noticed they were matted up in the corners of the bed sheets . When brought to the staffs attention we were told there was nothing that could be done that management would contact us later that day . We of course packed up and left . This has been 5 days and i have yet to receive a phone call . BBS , health department and corporate has been contacted . picture for proof .

Enjoyed a single night stay with two rooms. The staff was very helpful in ensuring that we would be able to keep our family close together. We found the rooms to be very comfortable and quiet. I would highly recommend Country Inn and Suites for families looking for a place to stay in the area.Rooms: We enjoyed the 2 bed suites. Separate TVs for the bedroom and for the living room made for a very comfortable area for every member of the family. I also appreciate having the separate sleeping area for the beds with a door to close so others could enjoy the living area while I rested.

Location is amazing walkable to crackbarrel just down the parking lot, and close commute to downtown. All employees very friendly and helpful Lloyd in breakfast was very proactive refilling items and very nice he had the news on which was great it seemed too quiet the other morning with tv off. Austin worked front desk and was always available for questions. Room was clean & comfortable outstanding experience

Overall, the stay was fine. There wasn't a single unpleasant interaction with any staff. Everyone was extremely helpful. Granted, the gentleman working breakfast, while abundantly helpful, did make my kids a little uncomfortable. He didn't say or do anything wrong. He just kept talking to them, and it was a bit akward. The young man that worked checkout was very nice as well and recognized my husband's name when I checked us out (my husband had been there a few days more than the rest of our family) and was immediately even more cheerful, it was nice. The room was very clean, minus the throw pillow on the chair in the living space that had dog fur stuck to it. Otherwise, it was immaculate. The only real complaint I had was that my kiddos were so excited to swim before we left, we even did extended check out to make sure they had plenty of time after breakfast, and it was closed when we tried to go. A lady came around the corner as we realized and told us they had just put chemicals in the pool. I understand stuff happens, and chemicals may have to go in unexpectedly, but this seemed to be just their routine maintenance, and I feel like that should have happened during the hours the pool was closed.

Booked with a 3rd party and the last two hotels they put me in were adjacent to the elevator, so I thought I’d be proactive. I called and spoke with Garrett-he gets 10 stars! Unfortunately he wasn’t there upon check in and I was issued a room that was clean enough but smelled like fresh paint and kept me awake. I switched rooms for my second night and that one was wonderful. A few things were dated and possibly could’ve been cleaner or updated but overall the place was good!

Beautiful hotel to stop for a travel night with awesome, friendly service. The front staff were so friendly, helpful, and wonderful!! We loved the room and even went to the pool and met some new friends. The indoor heated pool is wonderful. We loved the suite and if needed, the couch turned into a bed, there was a door that could be closed to give privacy to anybody such as parents and the kids could sleep in the suite. Really loved the setup, including the fridge and microwave!! Hope to stay there on the way home as well!!

My family reserved 2 rooms 3 weeks prior to our stay. After a long drive we tried to check in about 1 hour early and were told to come back after 3pm. We came back at 8:30pm and were told that both our rooms had been canceled by the manager, Lauren. This was during the busiest weekend of the year in Chattanooga. God took care of us when this hotel didn't and we miraculously got 2 rooms in another, much less comfortable, hotel. We will not stay at this property again.

The overall experience was pretty average honestly. Glad we only had to stay one night. The lady at the front desk barely cracked a smile when we checked in, seemed like she wanted to be anywhere but there. Walked in to our room, it smelled stale- like it hadnt been exposed to fresh air in weeks. The floors were filthy- dirt and debris everywhere, i couldnt find a broom to sweep the floors with. They clearly hadnt been mopped either as there were remnants of dried up food/drink from previous guests stuck to the floor. The shower tap was mouldy/gunky around the base, the bathroom sink tap hadnt been cleaned well either- i could see dried up toothpaste splatters from previous guests. Then this morning I started stripping the sheets off the bed, and i see mould on the mattress protector.. When it came time to check out, there was no one at the desk, then a staff member over by the coffee station told me to "just leave the key there at the desk". No "thankyou for staying with us", "hope you enjoyed your stay", nothing. If you like friendly service and a clean room/bedding i wouldnt recommend staying there

Room 221 nasty. The phone, coffee maker and fan in the bathroom and clock did not work. The freezer was full of ice and the floors were nasty since it doesn't have carpet. The couches had food and red one is very dirty. The staff is friendly and nice. Breakfast is good and the motorcycle men in charge is very kind. Coffee in the lobby was old or bitter and cold during the day. I will not stay in this hotel anymore. The price ($170 a night) is so high for such a poor quality.Rooms: Big rooms and nice restrooms but floors were nasty.Nearby activities: You can walk to Walmart, waffle House and Cracker Barrel, gas stations. Ruby falls are near.Safety: Lots of water outside of pool room at night. Watch your step before you fall.

If I could have given zero stars I would have. First we went into our room and were hit instantly with an overwhelming odor of fresh paint. When we went over to the bed the sheets were horribly wrinkled and dirty. They even have paint on them and a large foot print. Went to front desk and the lady gave us another room. When we went to the new room we found more dirty sheets, filthy furniture with horrible stains and dog hair all over it. The final straw was my husband walking into the bathroom to find a large roach on the wall. We asked for a refund and left immediately to find another place to stay. I’m not sleeping in filth with the roaches.Rooms: Disgusting and roach infested
