I have two malamutes that they somehow groom perfectly every single time. I’ve gone to several groomers around the Chattanooga area, and none have ever done as good of a job with them. I completely trust them with my dogs knowing that they always to a fantastic job and they’ll take care of them in the process.

I cannot begin to say how wonderful the team is at Chattagroomer! In early December 2023, I had a horrible accident that has left me in a wheelchair for several months. The staff at Chattagroomer went above and beyond to make sure my two golden’s were all clean and groomed for my return home for Christmas. I can’t begin to express my gratitude for their kindness.They have a customer for life!Ollie and Wyatt love going there!

A few weeks ago I took our pup to get his mani/pedi and Audrey was so wonderful! She was patient with our big pup. I hope that Audrey is the one that does his nails from now on at Chattagroomer. Such a positive experience!

Had to find a new groomer for our Golden and gave Chattagroomer a try. We were able to get an appointment within a week so that was nice. Staff was very friendly and professional. Our girl came home looking so clean and pretty! I liked that she was waiting for me in a gated off area by the window rather than a crate. Great job and we'll definitely return!

Love Kylie at Chattagroomer! The salon is amazing and truly is posh. Rates were reasonable and competitive. My little Yorkie is 12 years old and her knees are not what they used to be (but who's are) and Kylie takes a little extra time and patience with her. If your in need of a great groomer, go see Kylie. You won't be sorry.

They were kind to take my frenchie close to closing time, it was our first time there, so I wanted to give some brief instructions about my dog but before I could, they whisked her back and put her in the tub instantly! I only wished they would've taken two minutes to listen to any concerns. Otherwise, they did good and trimmed her nails nicely.

My Digger needed a groom and I just moved back to the area in June. Found this little, personable grooming shop. Was able to make an appointment on line for convienence. I received a text and confirmation email back.I have to say I was extremely pleased! Very kind, caring, personable, and quaint little shop. They took wonderful care of my Digger boy and answered any questions or concerns I had. Price is Right for their services.When I picked him up, they surprised me with a photo of my groomed baby in a nice, custom card. I will definitely be going back. Thank You Chattagroomer's.

We haven't been to the groomers in a long time. Our pups look so Beautiful and SOFT! I've been scared of going anywhere with our senior pup because of dog flu/ kennel cough but so glad we finally went. My brush at home doesn't get all the fur on their undercoats, now they feel so much better 💖 Everyone is so nice here and our pups felt comfortable.

Edit: to your reply, then why was I perfectly happy the first two times I was there? This visit differed greatly, with unnecessary rudeness and miscommunication.I also see, having searched through the reviews, that you seem to have an answer for everyone who is unhappy with you.Communication and Customer Service are the issues and the reason for my one star review. I'm not even sure who is who but the person at the desk was quite rude to me. I think there was a misunderstanding because the response to a question was to fire me as a client!? This was our third visit and the first two were fine.Good riddance! I don't need your rudeness.

Recently took my flat coat retriever to see Lora and her team. I was super impressed with how clean and organized her shop is. They got us in right away at our appointment time, no waiting like some other places we’ve used. The Chattagroomer team outdid themselves. He was clean and smelled so good. Not sure what magic potion they use but he even smelled good for over a week. Let me tell you with having a large dog that likes to go outside in this heat, that just doesn’t happen. Bravo Team Chattagroomer!!!! Oh and then the brushing. WOW they did a FANTASTIC job. He was completely smooth and soooooo soft and again he has stayed that way for a very long time. We have always used one of the larger chain stores for grooming but no more! Chattagroomer will be getting ALL of our business from here on out!! Thanks again Lora and thanks to your amazing staff!!!

My dog and I both love this place! My dog, Goose (aussiedoodle), actually gets excited when we pull in. Kyle is so gentle with him and not scared of being groomed (which is so nice since he will have to be groomed his whole life). They keep me informed and are so nice and respectful. The grooming they do on him is perfect for his breed and looks great! If you are looking for a good groomer who will care for your dog, Chattagroomer is a great option!

Kyle is the best!!! It's hard to find someone who's patient enough to for a doodle and do the cut right. She's so good to Archie! And I can tell he just loves her ❤️ I've scheduled maintenance cuts with Kyle so he looks his best!

Lora does wonderful work on my two kitties. They don’t get upset going to Chattagroomer once every two months and don’t need any medication to keep them calm. Lora is fast and has a vacuum clipper which ensures an even plushie cut on the long haired kitty.

They do a pretty good job with grooming, I’ve never been blown away, but it’s been ok. What does it for me is how rude the staff is. Everyone I’ve encountered from there truly acts miserable. They act disinterested with your concerns, and dismiss your questions. I would also say they can be “snippy” at times even. Poor poor customer service.

Great experience! We have never taken our pup to the groomer before but he has been shedding like crazy so we did the de-shedding bath/groom/trim. They listened to all my concerns and took great care of our pup. He was not nervous at all when we picked him up and you can tell they treat the animals with care. Great place!

I am a first time customer, but they did an amazing job! I will definitely be returning and hope for the same quality in the future. It was the best cut my dog has ever had and they did exactly what I asked for. I also overhead them talk about a dog similar to mine and advise against shaving bc of the breed’s coat so they are knowledgeable and want what’s best for the dogs! My dog also has terrible anxiety with groomer’s and they handled it like a pro!
