I am disappointed with my first experience at CBD. I can’t speak for all Chattanooga Bud Dispensary locations but the Shallowford Road location wasn’t a particularly good experience for me. The store was nice and the person at the counter was friendly, however upon purchasing some of their “Exotic Indoor THCA Flower” I was presented one thing in a smell jar and sold another. When bringing it up the the employee inside they immediately recognized that I had “some of the last batch” and that “it looked different but was actually better” as if something like that matters at all. The point is you can’t simply present one thing and sell another. It’s wrong and disingenuous and certainly didn’t leave a good impression with me. I will be visiting other locations before I fully decide this place is bad, and the bud I was sold did the trick, can’t complain there. I also purchased some “Ice Cream Cake”, but did not have the same issue. I was sold what I was presented and it passes the potency test as well.Overall, I’d like to see this place to better. I don’t like that I’m buying “the last batch” on $25 a gram strains with a jar of fresh right in front of me and in the smell jar that is presented. It’s disingenuous and unacceptable really. I know CBD can do better and look forward to it in the future.

This is my favorite location to get gummies although they haven't had the ones I order in stock for a while...the location on E brainerd isn't very friendly...girl with hat very rude but guy with suit is very friendly and I enjoy doing business with him

Every time I've gone into this store and received any product, its always been a pleasant experience. If I've ever had any issues at all, staff and owner always took the extra step to make sure their customers are always satisfied and getting the quality they deserve. I am absolutely amazed by how generous this company has been. Not to mention this place has the best bud out of many hemp stores I've gone to in the area, and ended up coming back monthly for refills for the better part of half a year so far. I wish nothing but more success for this company. They really deserve it.

When I come in there is usually a mid aged guy with a beard and always wears some kind of cowboy hat. I walk in and say hi how’s it going. He just looks at me and says what can I get you. No kindness. No questions as to what I am looking for. He just stands there looking down as I am looking through the product.Today he was short rude and almost condescending. As if I was bothering him that I was there. If you don’t like people then don’t work in a retail setting.I have went in there and there were other people working there that were friendly and kind. But this guy is the synonym of kind. I am really considering not going back. I will go back to Snap. Dragon.They are nice friendly and knowledgeable and don’t mind talking.

I have been to 2 of these stores. One off Brainerd Rd and the other off Ringgold Road. Both places have very professional and knowledgeable employees. I told them what I needed or was looking for and they helped me pick what I would need. Then, I had a coughing reaction to the Cartridge and texted them to ask if they had this same thing in gummies instead of vape, and they answered me right back that they did! Excellent Customer Service!

Pretty bunk looking THCA, and the women working the counter tried to tell me they were all 49% thca… lol… Som much brown frown in those jars.Edit: I realized that I left this review on the wrong location. It should have been on the Mission St location. That said I’ll be sure to stop by the Germantown location and check things out there. I have had multiple friends tell they that CBD has good bud, but from what I saw and was told at the Brainerd location I would disagree. I’ll assume that one is just off and will check it out at other locations. That said I’m adjusting my review to 3 stars for the time being.

24/7 customer service, store hours open longer than any other hemp shoppe around.This place is awesome. I see the review that lists other competition and can tell you there are no better deals than this store (he has 3? around the area). "Cash Clip" the owner, is never more than a phone call away (or text). He and his employees are always very interested in offering the best product for your needs with casual caring responses. They are knowledgeable and very excited about products offered. "Cash" and his employees are eager to tell you what deals he has going on too. And he has the most deals for sure, including the other stores mentioned in reviews no one gives coupons or deals like CBD Chattanooga, I've been to all of them. I have never seen a spin the wheel coupon game in any of the other stores, that wheel is always there for you, free to spin at check out!Last time I was in the store I got a flyer with 6 coupons, a free roll up coupon, 30% off my order from a computer generated phone number repeat customer offer, and a free roll up for being there that day. Not to mention the variety of awesome CBD I left with.So try this store for yourself, you will be taken care of right.

I saw someone say they are “overpriced”. First off, this place offer amazing discounts and actually gives back to their costumers. Their cbd wax and delta 8 pens are good quality. If there are any issues just bring you product back and they will work with you. This place is hands down the best dispensary in Chattanooga. I come in all the time with my boyfriend. Love the staff and love their products. - a regular happy costumer

1/31/23 Yes sticks CAN be used that way. Which could be another thing you could save them for. Someone who wants them will buy them and you could make money. A customer buying less than 21 grams per month isn't saving sticks. That would take months to acquire. Ijs, you could choose to look at it in a way that increases value to your purchasers. In Texas where I'm from, they profit on this direction. Many will actually remove stems and weigh in front of a customer because they actually value the experience people have coming to them. You have great product compared to others in Chattanooga. Idk...maybe it's the business woman in me looking at how to increase sales and exceptional service. I know a lot of businesses just want the bottom line. In my tour of Tennessee, this is the recurring mentality of businesses in many sectors. Obviously, you're happy how things are going and you're not looking to grow. That's ok. I'm glad you've hit your success where you are. I'm sad about the energy of your response. However, I'm happy you're satisfied reaching your bottom line. In the last two months the energy of your staff also has gone down. But, thanks for what you do.12/2022- So far in Chattanooga this is my favorite place the one concerned that I do have is that sometimes I can tell the weight is not correct another problem with the wait is that they will put in sticks which count toward the weight which nobody smokes. I wish that they would correct not giving sticks and make sure that they weigh the product before putting it in the I would also way the product in front of the customer let them see the weight for themselves so that trust can be broadened

They sold me an empty cartridge and offered no apology! They did exchange it so I guess that's why they get one Star. They are extremely over priced! Don't go here!!The owner did reach out with an apology and a 50$ credit, which is greatly appreciated. However, after using his products he can keep the $50. Not only did this product give me a headache but it also did not have the desired effect. Sorry, just being honest.

Was in town for labor day weekend and literally found them on Google. Called, late Saturday night about cbd pens, they told me to stop by and I was really impressed #1, with product and #2, customer service was superb! Mind you it was 10pm, and the team's energy was as if it was the middle of the day. Very helpful and I loved the spinning the wheel option 🙂. I would say definitely stop by if you're in the area and I will definitely be back! Thanks gentlemen!!!

I ran out of the thca flower I been getting and the normal place was out. Looked all around online and finally my wife found these guys. Super nice and knowledgeable staff. I bought your cheese strain and absolutely love it. It's better than what I was getting. As long as you guys still have it I definitely be back soon. As far as price everything I seen was reasonable for what it is. The 20 dollar preroll is a 1 gram preroll if I remember correctly. Another shop does sale 2 for 15 but it's 2 half gramers. So a 5 buck difference on a gram.I also enjoyed the later hours.

Nothing overly crazy bad or great to say about my visit. The delta 8 selection is lacking and the dabs cost about $15.00 more than a gram down the road at CBD Plus. I was hoping for maybe a better result for them since again they cost quite a bit more for the same amount of product. The dabs were also unlabeled on the strain so I have no idea what I actually bought. They had quite a selection of edibles but again the packaging wasn’t clear on what was delta 8 and what was strictly Full Spectrum CBD. Unfortunately the guy working the counter could only tell me which ones he thought were Delta 8.

I went in on a Sunday to try this place out because snapdragon was closed. The girls at the register gave great customer service, and that is why I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1.Unfortunately the product was insanely expensive and not great quality. $20 for a single preroll vs a two pack of prerolls at snapdragon are $15 and at hemporium downtown a single preroll is $10.Here I got a free preroll with my purchase of 2 prerolls, but I was buying delta 8 and they gave me a cbd preroll as my free one.Owner says I could get 20% off with my phone number in his reply, but I did give my phone number and received no discount.In my opinion, this place is a rip off at double the price of any other place in town.

I purchased the Delta 8 gummies in Florida for my back pain. I looked for these all over Chattanooga. There are some stores that carry the gummies but NO ONE compares to this store. I am from Michigan where it’s all legal, I was visiting the area with my husband and ran out of my stash. I decided to try this place out to hold me over till I went home and it was great. Lots and lots of options, nice clean shop, easy to find, friendly staff. & to my pleasant surprise, a lot of the stuff contains a little THC. I got a wedding cake & skittles pre roll with some THC along with pre rolled hemp cigs. Definitely recommend

I visited this store tonight and I gotta say that who ever was working really didn’t have a lot of knowledge, or possibly didn’t wanna help me. Not sure if I came in right before he was closing but the man working was giving me completely wrong information. For example, when asking him if a certain edible had delta-8 THC, he responded by saying “no I think those are the delta-9 edibles” before looking back onto his phone. Which if you’ve done any ounce of research you’d know that delta-9(greater than .3%) is illegal lol. Which I would’ve not even have cared if the dude wasn’t so rude. I’ve come here before when they first opened and the guy then was was nicer and more professional. CBD Plus is literally one minute away and gives you ACTUAL lab reports on everything so you don’t have to listen to the worker try to guess how much is in a product. I know this is harsh but (1/5) falls on the worker for me.
