My dog loves him. He has helped me to keep her healthy and looking fabulous. We are so lucky to have him. Thank you, Nick.

I wanted to like this mobile service as I found it convenient and safer since the dog respiratory disease came about, but for many reasons I can’t. I had stopped trimming his overall coat due to winter, but he was being cleaned up at previous groomer for feet, face and, butt. First, the mobile groomer told me my dog was not a poodle, but instead claims he is a doodle because he is “big”. I purchased my dog’s pedigree from AKC and paid registration fees for AKC. AKC does not allow doodles to be registered. My miniature poodle is the height of a miniature poodle and he is only 16lb. It’s not hard to do a google video search on YouTube to account that he is very similar to a miniature poodle. Furthermore, I find it hard to believe that the breeder has swindled AKC into thinking that a whole litter is not a miniature poodle breed. Either way, it’s rude to attempt to tell an owner that their dog is some other breed upon first meeting.Secondly, I believe that my dog was not properly brushed prior to being bathed. The only time I have ever seen my dog hair lock up in this manner is when I failed to brush him properly before bathing him myself, and even then it was only his ears that was tangled in after bathing. I was able to detangle them myself that day.He was “matted” per the groomer on his legs and belly (waived matting fee) and the groomer left his legs this way, stating it would be all day to detangle his legs. I brushed my dog the day before. It was not done with the slicker brush, but I still inspected his fur so I found it hard to believe that his hair was completely knotted terribly before a bath. He even brought my dog back to me with wet ears and wet tangled legs, not sure why he didn’t dry the ears. I had to ask him to dry my dog’s ears. My dog was literally shivering from the cold and sliding across the floor trying to dry his wet ears. Anyway, I paid the remaining balance (after initially incorrectly being told I didn’t pay a deposit). I ended up bringing my dog to petco two days later to detangle his legs because I could not, as I did not have the tools. It literally took the petco groomer 15 minutes to remove the knotting of his legs. Which just feels like this mobile groomer didn’t want to take the time to do so. Instead he told me to detangle his legs when they dried and apply Pantene. Even the petco groomer said she has never seen my dog’s hair badly tangled in that state (he has been groomed by her for the past 8 months) and she sees him every two weeks for nail trimming. She said she would guess he was not thoroughly brushed before the groomer bathed him, leading to tangling on his legs and belly. Then she shows me his hair is cut uneven and long in various places, especially his neck (cannot get good image) and between his toes. So basically I spent nearly $90 on a shoddy lamb haircut and a tangled dog post grooming. Then an additional amount for a proper brush out at petco. “Clean feet” are barley clean feet with excessive hair. His butt is nearly chopped bald with his bruised testicles of getting too close with clippers. I know my dog wiggles a lot, but if something cannot be done correctly then say that. I would never say anything that is not true in this incident, it was literally just this bad. It still baffles me that even if my dog was matted to whatever extent before the grooming - the dog was left matted AFTER the grooming and the groomer left with my $84.

Nick was incredibly responsive, kind, and patient with my collie mix. She is very scared and fairly difficult when it comes to nail trims. Nick took the time to sit in the grass of our front yard and work with her for quite awhile to trim her nails. Nick also offered advice for getting her less anxious about nail trims, offered me options for how to approach her before beginning the trim, and was just personable in general. Thank you!

Nicks super great with our dogs! We’ve been using his services for months! One of our dogs is scared of water and he makes the whole process less stressful for our pup.Our other pup is a doodle and has to be groomed at least once a month. The groomers in town here will leave your dog in a kennel all day while they wait for their turn to be groomed. It’s great to have Nick around because I know my dog isn’t having to sit in a kennel all day. It also saves me so much time during the work day having the convenience of someone coming to my home!

Very grateful for Nick's professional care and grooming of our dog. We had a series of family emergencies and had fallen behind on grooming. Nick was wonderful in helping us take great care of our pup! He spent extra time with her to keep her calm and thoroughly take care of her. Our dog is also very anxious, hates grooming and car rides so having Nick come to us is a game changer. Our dog loves Nick! Highly recommend

Nick has been an answer to pray for us. Our dog Bruno is a handful when it comes to riding in cars & grooming which is unfortunate because he needs to be groomed every other month. Nick handles Bruno’s stressors so well & takes the time with him even though Bruno doesn’t always cooperate. We recently had to postpone grooming due to circumstances beyond our control which meant a shaggy dog yet Nick handled him with ease. We appreciate Nick & will definitely be a repeat customer.

Nic is so wonderful with my dog, which is a 15 yr old Australian Shepherd with very bad joints. This is the second time he has come running when I’ve contacted him with an urgent request. I am looking for a groomer who will make my dog as comfortable as possible to do what needs to be done with her extreme anxiety about grooming and Nic delivers. The comfort of Bailey is always priority and at my dogs age and health situation, he always makes his grooming decisions with her well being in mind. He will follow whatever direction I ask of him with the utmost respect to his client. Bailey and I both are beyond grateful to have found him and his prices are beyond reasonable considering he is coming to you and your pet doesn’t have to stay in a kennel for most of the day, which has typically been my experience. Nick showed up at our home exactly when scheduled! Right on time. Our dog hasn’t been groomed in 3 months due to us moving and reading a bunch of bad reviews on other dog groomers in Chattanooga. Needless to say she was a hot mess! Our dog is also very fearful of everything. Nick was amazing with her and did an incredible job cleaning her up and giving her a beautiful cut and bath. She looks amazing but most importantly he was incredible! I love that he is a mobile dog groomer and he didn’t miss a beat! If you are not happy with your groomer or are still trying to find o e, please give him a shot. You will NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! If I could give him more then 5 stars I wouldn’t hesitate. I don't know how the service is but I bet it's good because you can't get in for weeks or months. I could not schedule services because there is a long waiting list. Also I was quoted $75 for two dogs to get nail trims only. Pretty high on pricing.

Nick managed our 1-year-old goldendoodle's first grooming with great success! This was the first time for Strudel (you know, the Doodle :D) to have a professional grooming, since our year has been too crazy to do more than just scissors-clip him ourselves at home. I was REALLY worried about how well our 85-lb. PUPPY might cooperate, but Nick gained his trust and control naturally.It was ESPECIALLY helpful that he came to our house, eliminating innumerable stressors that would have made taking him down the mountain to a groomer's an absolute nightmare for both him and us. Strudel was in his own home, with his own family right there with him. Nick gently and reassuringly introduced Strudel to clippers and the whole routine, teaching the dog AND me at the same time.He was in tune with Strudel's stress levels, and knew when to abbreviate the rest of the grooming (mainly the face at the end, and skipping the blow dryer). Nick even knew how to interact with our overly-involved 8-year-old grandson, and offered him the special "job" of cleaning up as he went...kept him positively occupied and happy.We all ended up still happy and non-traumatized, and with a handsome dog, too! Nick is a keeper! Definitely recommend him!

Nick groomed my old Newfoundland (Kayak) and my spunky Saint Bernard (Eady). No one has been able to cut Eady’s nails except Nick. I was shocked. She also loved her bath and all Nick’s attention. Kayak is an old man and struggles with a few health issues. Nick was great at helping me decide a good cut for him, and ever since his short haircut, Kayak has been full of energy. Nick was so patient, comforting her, and making sure she was doing alright. Nick was wonderful with my feisty cats! I have 2 rescue cats and 1 in particular always runs away from strangers... Not so with Nick! She sensed his warm kind nature right away! She was feisty, however Nick took loving control and she gave in and allowed him to clip her nails. My big boy cat (over 20 lbs) was a bit more easy going, even if he wasn't pleased ;) Nick is wonderful, not only with my animals but he runs his business very professionally and I appreciate the use of technology to confirm and remind of appointments..... I highly recommend him!

The beauty of Nick's service is exactly what I wasn't originally looking for in a dog groomer. When we first decided that our 15 year old dachsund was too old and too stressed to continue to go to our regular groomer, I looked for a mobile groomer to come park one of those fancy mobile motor homes in my driveway and groom our little girl in there. The frustration level of that research was crazy... Not taking new clients, leaving messages that never were returned, outright terrible reviews......It seemed like I just couldn't get anything initiated. I had initially bypassed Nick's business because he didn't have the mobile truck that would be parked in the driveway. He has all the equipment, but needs somewhere to set it up to do the job. That, and access to water. Then the lightbulb went off in my head... My dog isn't going to know if she's at home when she's in some strange surroundings even if she's in the driveway. She is still not going to like it. Nick's business plan is perfect... He's inside the dogs house where everything is familiar to the dog. I booked the appointment online myself so I didn't have to wait for a call back. I knew I had it confirmed. Nick is great with animals, you can tell that. He was great with our dog from beginning to end... Gave her a little break in between so she could have a drink and a potty break. (Both very important at her age). We were totally happy with our service and have booked our next appointment already! Thank you, Nick for allowing us to feel good about getting our baby a much needed haircut in this Florida heat!

I’m so thrilled we found Nick! I completely agree...most mobile dog groomers have a van, but that defeats the purpose of them coming to your dog and making them comfortable! This business man gets it. Dog in home, is a calm happy dog. Dog is van that smells like other dogs = an anxious dog! Nick came to our home for the first time to groom our Biewer Yorkie. The pup has a few medical conditions that make it less than ideal to take him to busy groomers that cage the dogs and use neck harnesses. Nick was so kind with him and there was NO signs of an anxious dog, which is so refreshing! Rather than putting the harness around his neck pushing on his trachea, he placed it around a shoulder and his neck to remove that pressure that you don't want for tiny dogs with trachea issues. What I loved about this service was that everything is transparent. Nick sets up in your garage or other shady area, brings his table, equipment and a calm personality. We supplied the water source for bath time and the electricity for clippers. I loved the end result, but more importantly, my pup loved him and no more grooming anxiety! We rebooked and really felt comfortable with his services.
