Store was very clean and smelled clean. Bathrooms were perfect fully stocked and clean. Lots of workers working and offering help finding stuff if needed. Very clean and beautiful store

I love going here, but you walk in and are immediately harassed about credit cards and “traveling trips”. I kid you not we got stopped about 6 times, as we’re trying to avoid employees. We already have a card and their response is “why not open another” or “you can have more than one”We would definitely spend more time in the store shopping and purchasing more if we could be left alone for more than 30 seconds from someone trying to sell us another credit card. Makes me dread going there.

Went into the east ridge store today and was turned away. I came in asking to purchase and sting new line on my reels. There was three employees behind the reel and electronics counter, they were just chatting when I walked up with no customers. The initial response was they only put line on rod and reel combos they sell. When I pressed them and explained that they have always done it for me if I buy the line, they said I had too many. Two of the reels I purchased new as combos from bass pro (which the store says they put line on for free if you purchase the combo) and I had 7 of my own. I then spoke to the store manager Steve and he said only three, so it got worse lol. If I am buying the line, why is there a limit? I was willing to drop them off and pick them up later. Steve was not helpful and said it takes too much time. You are a fishing store guys, why do line if your not going to do line.I spend a lot of money with Bass Pro, each year double digits. Won’t be back, won’t order online, and won’t be using their credit card anymore.

Drove from Murphy North Carolina because they claimed to have the ammo I needed for tomorrow in stock. They claimed they carried 3 variations of it. Drove 2 hrs to find they don’t have any stock even better they haven’t carried that round in YEARS. Why has stock not Been updated in years. Then I go to make a purchase of something small I needed and there is no one at registers. I looked all around for an employee stood there for about 10 minutes and was about to leave. Finally an employee came. I calmly and respectfully said I feel like atleast 1 employee should always be near a register. She looked at me hatefully and said “ let’s just get this over with”. I used to shop here frequently when I lived nearby… just get your supplies somewhere else you’ll save money anyways and not have to deal with a mismanaged store.

A visually pretty location with lots of items, but the customer service could be a bit better. My husband and I did not get greeted or asked if we needed assistance at any time while we were in the store on either day we visited. On the second day, I was approached about the credit card, but that was it. My husband also had to ask an employee (who works in another section) to look at an item in the section we were at for the fish finders. We did come back the following day to purchase the actual item my husband was looking at. The employee who ended up helping us with the item he wanted to purchase on the second day was very helpful and friendly!

Good selections and store environment. Prices are usually higher than competitors. Will not visit again until management decides to stop bothering customers about applying for their credit cards or other services. Could not shop for being asked so much about applying for credit cards or travel services.

Just an amazing place all around! They have just about everything. They could do a little better with their air rifle selections though. Maybe having some PCP air guns on hand would be better than the break barrels! They also have some cool yeti coolers!

Went to see Santa for the 1st time this year. Our reservation was accommodated, even though I made a mistake and read the time wrong. They assured us it was OK, and the photographer and the other elves (host and assistant) assured us everything was fine just enjoy our time. Everything was smoothsailing, we even added a package of pix bc upon arrival I noticed my 4 year old and his 50something Poppi were dressed alike, so he had to join the fun, and it was well accommodated. The pics were great and of course even though I was going for a quick trip for pix, somehow some good prices jumped in my buggy. Whoops! One more errand I won't have to run before Christmas.

What has happened here? A once enjoyable shopping experience now feels like I'm here to buy a car. Just walking down the center aisle I was approached by four different people trying to sign me up for something or to offer me something. Well my daughter and I were looking at clothes for her these associates didn't mind interrupting our conversation. Just let me shop if I need something, I'll find you! Being hassled and interrupted takes the enjoyment out of the experience

I can not rate this location as a terrible place because I could not get anyone in firearms to answer the phone. Thinking that the department was possibly busy with a customer. I tried a different extension like amunition, and still no answer. So I tried each extension even (0) the so-called operator or customer service. Still nothing nor answer. Then I tried the only option which I really didn't need was boat repair and service. Low and behold, a very nice young man informed me the store was open. He tried to forward me to someone in which still no answer. My summery, if the store is so busy that no one except someone unable to leave his station. Maybe just maybe have the management give up a bonus or two and hire a minimum wage person to at least answer the darn phone. Or here is a good one. Replace the manager ( cause Lord knows the operation of their store is NOT the priority) with the young man from service that at least is able to answer the phone. Let him run things because the manager seems to be a bit inept by not realizing they have an inherent problem.So. MANAGER. do the right thing and stay ahead of the issues. Oh, oh, here is one for you.DO THE RIGHT THING. YOUR JOB. or maybe change hats with the janitor and grab a broom.

The young man at the front was very helpful. However, when I went back to the gun counter, there were 5 male employees there chatting in a group, having a good ol' time. After standing there for awhile, I had to go down and ask for someone to come show me a gun. I felt as though the employee was dismissing me as a customer because I am a woman. Now, I own SEVERAL firearms and know what I am talking about. Even after asking specific questions, I still got the same vibe as if I needed my husband there to advocate for me in purchasing a weapon. I am extremely disappointed and will take my business out to Benton Shooter Supply in Benton,TN.

Great Santa experience as always! This year, our Santa was FANTASTIC. He arrived a few minutes early from his break and played the part on his way to his chair, waving to the children and talking to them. So so kind and endearing. You can tell he actually cares! Good team giving us plenty of time for a visit, clean store, good selection of products.

A good store overall, but like all brick-and-mortar stores now, it is lacking in merchandise that can otherwise only be found online. I would like to see more camping gear, especially tents.

This place is impossible to find your way around in. I had a gift card and there were a limited number of places I could use it and this was one so I went there.A girl came up to me and I was impressed, oh no, she was trying to sell me a vacation deal so now there are people to bother you in the store!One girl working the front counter was very helpful in helping me find out if my card would work there and I wish I would have gotten her name but I did but her some gum!

I spend way too much money here. Pretty good selection. They don't have have everything but they have a lot of choices. It's not the biggest Cabela’s. The fishing and hunting sections are more than decent sized.

Amazing store where the main hall looks like from hunting residence. They have a lot of hunting, hiking and outdoor staff. And prices are also quite good. Employees are very friendly and helpful.

I bought a compound bow at Bass Pro. When I bought it a couple of years ago, they help me set it up. I just brought it back to have it adjusted and make sure everything was good. Mike in the archery department is phenomenal. He was so helpful, knowledgeable, and educated me on everything he was doing. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

We used this as a place to stop to break up a long drive. It was excellent, just what we needed. The fish tank and fireplace were both lovely. The store was clean and the customer service was good.

I bought a new tracker boat in August of 23. First tile it took boat out the ignition switch wasn't tight and just dod a half spin in the dash. Latter it was not turning over and a checked the batteries and 4 of the 6 nuts were loose on the batteries. I went to check everything out this year and it would do anything. I checked fuses the thought maybe a wire had came off switch since it was loose to start with. Long story short the switch was bad. I called and they said the would have to have old switch to replace it. Made the long trip over to be told they would hav3 to have boat. Spoke with managers got the usual run around. First available opening to service department was 3 weeks. I guess since the 3 techs they had there was all standing around talking with no tools in there hands. I did look like they were enjoying thereselfs. Lost a costumer.

This place is huge! Everyone was so helpful and friendly! Everything you could possibly need for your hunting and fishing needs! And plus all kinds of novelty items! Plus the fish tank is always a must see!

We walked in today with a pocket full of money. It is my husband's birthday and he wanted a new pistol. Four guys stood behind the gun counter. Not one customer. Never approached us or asked if we needed help. Just stood there like they had better places to be...We made eye contact and a little hand wave like "help us"...100% ignored. We left and spent our money elsewhere. Don't judge on looks. Lost our on our pocket full of cash.

Love Bass Pro Shops!! Took the kids to see Santa! They always go all out with the decorations and photo ops..especially around the holidays!! The fish tank is always so clean and well stocked!! The employees here are always so friendly and helpful!!

We love everything about Bass Pro. Staff, cleanliness, product is all 5*s only thing we had an issue with was 1 register open & over 15 ppl in line. Had to go ask for another register to be opened.Felt like I was at Walmart & Bass Pro is suppise to be better quality.
