By far the best moving experience!!! Got 15 large pieces done in 2 hours. Garrison and Jay were kind and willing to help with anything. They went above and beyond with disassembly, wrapping our furniture, placement and reassembly. We will use All Out again!

Cannot say enough good things about All Out Moving! My daughter used them about a month ago and it was a great experience. My husband and I just used them a few days ago. Slice, Mike and Adrian were great! Took great care of our furniture, very professional and worked quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend this team. Got big hugs when they left!!

Jeremy, Johnathan, and Andrew unloaded a 20' U-Haul to a 3rd Floor Apartment in two hours. They didn't complain about the multiple locked doors or elevators or rain, they just got to work! Great communication and interaction. They made our move much easier and did all the heavy lifting (literally).

What a great crew! Moved us this week despite the ice and snow from a 3rd floor apartment. Wrapped all our furniture in blankets, packed things securely in the truck, and when they got our stuff to our new place, they padded the front door and literally rolled out the red carpet to bring our stuff in. Great attitudes. Professional service. Would definitely use them again!

Quote was very off. We had more boxes than anticipated, but either way, they would’ve filled the entire truck regardless with the stuff that was left behind. So yes, we had some more boxes, but we also left the washer and dryer behind due to the buyers wanting us to keep them there, so that was a pretty big time consuming piece of the move that we didn’t end up needing done. I actually called and informed someone at the office as well, so it was known. The guys acted like the fact that there was plenty of daylight left when they were done was pretty nice and abnormal, so I don’t think anything was unfair about the amount of things they loaded into the truck. I didn’t send them back to get the rest of our stuff at the old house because the price was already going to be a lot more than I was quoted. So, me and my family had to make several trips back to get everything, which is unfortunately what I was trying to avoid by hiring a moving company. Several heavier things were left behind. Would’ve obviously rather them concentrate on the heavier, more awkward things than the smaller boxes that were packed. I wish when you talked to these businesses, they would tell you about all the extra fees that they tack on. People that use these companies are already spending a lot of money due to buying a house, so would be nice for a much more accurate estimate, and not nearly double the amount quoted. I’m not sure how they do the time clock, but we were quoted for 3 guys for 6 hours I believe, and one of the guys showed up about an hour and a half late, which might’ve made a big difference considering they took 8.5 hours. Felt like we should’ve been discounted a little for that. The guys were friendly and worked diligently. They did leave a big scrape mark on my wood floor in the new house, my deep freezer got banged up a little but still operates thankfully, and one of the legs of my couch is completely torn off. The only reason I found out was because I lifted the couch up to put some sliders underneath it, and I guess they had placed the broken leg piece there anyways to make it look like it wasn’t broken…I’m not sure. All in all, I’ve never gone the moving company route before, and might would just bite the bullet and do it myself next time.

Check BBB Chattanooga for complaints before you consider doing business with this company. I have filed a detailed complaint which you can read and to which they have not responded. They are selling “Extraordinary Value” insurance policies for $575 that they are not licensed to sell and that do not exist. So when they damage your furniture or appliances, they have no choice but to hide from the client. Buyer beware. There is another Google review on here which details their claim handling process. Do yourself a favor and hire a reputable mover off the bat. Do not waste your time, energy , and money with All Out Movers! BBB Chattanooga complaint reference number 21379479.Edit: David Dinsmore has now responded to the BBB regarding this complaint and his response can be viewed on BBB Chattanooga. . Additionally, All Out Moves has been reported to the BBB for falsely advertising that they are an accredited BBB company with a A+ rating.“This message is in regard to your complaint submitted on 3/3/2024 against All Out Moving & Storage. Your complaint was assigned ID 21379479.Your Better Business Bureau (BBB) has made several attempts to contact the business regarding your complaint. Yesterday, was our moving day and these young men Christian, Ricky, JT, Brandon and David did a fabulous job. They definitely handle our belongs with ease. Their teamwork was impeccable! These guys were so well trained. It was a long day with 2 trucks of 37 years of stuff jam packed. We highly recommend this moving company! All Out Moving you are “1”!!

I hate leaving a poor review because I genuinely liked the owner and his girlfriend when I spent a significant amount of time talking to them while planning the move itself.But, once I hired them, communication went to zilch.I was moved on 12/20 and have called no fewer than 10x since then and David will not return my phone calls.They overcharged me despite giving me a price guarantee and they didn’t move everything. I spent another large chunk of money and a lot of time to finish the job and did not finish the move until well after my deadline.Some of my furniture was taken apart and not reassembled (which they were supposed to do) and I can’t find the hardware to reassemble it. I don’t believe that it was left here, if it was then I certainly can’t find it (and a return phone call should’ve cleared that up but, again, I can’t get a call back.) so, I’m missing screws a an entire piece of wood for an armoire. The screws for my sofa legs (which they only took some out and left others and didn’t end up removing the legs at all ???) were missing and the hardware for 6 bookshelves is nowhere to be found.My TV is cracked and the top of my dresser has a chunk missing and is cracked. Other pieces have minor damage. The legs on my sofa were bent and screws were removed. I was assured they would take care of any damages but that hasn’t happened.Part of the issues are understandable (re: not getting it all moved in one day as I have a lot of things and I was not as fully and completely prepared as I should’ve been, I honestly would have expected to pay more for another truck or moving the rest another day but couldn’t even get a return phone call.The lack of communication/being ignored is unacceptable. Not replacing/repairing the things that are broken is also unacceptable.This review could’ve been avoided and things could’ve been worked out with a simple phone call. But it’s 3 weeks later and I haven’t had the courtesy of receiving one.I’d read some similar reviews to the one I’m leaving prior to hiring them but the reviews seemed slightly unreasonable and after having spoken so in depth with them and being assured that anything that was broken would be replaced and being given the price guarantee. I should’ve listened to those reviews. They were accurate. I’m extremely disappointed because they genuinely seemed like great people who cared about their clients and the quality of work/service they provide and that definitely doesn’t seem to be the case.
