I ALWAYS PREFER To Shop Local- And in My Opinion- " ACE IS THE PLACE" This Store is So Fantastic with Customer Service and Professionalism and from the Moment You walk in the door and are Greeted- An Associate is Willing to Help you Find what you Came into Ace- Looking/ Needing. We ALL know that Ace is Not ALWAYS the Cheapest, HOWEVER- CHEAPER IS Not Everything- These days- Shopping Local, and Customer Service and Making Returns Easy MEAN SO MUCH TOO! The staff of this store are incredibly helpful. They are courteous, even to those of us who are almost totally illiterate when it comes to repairs, tools, fertilizers, and fixing a leaky faucet. They also are cheerfully willing to provide curbside help to those of us who are concerned about possible health issues. A great source in Lookout Valley.

Friendly staff. Ace has always been a little overpriced, though. 80% of the time they sell what I'm looking for. I wish they would keep their nails/screws better stocked. Good for finding a basic item in a hurry.

Great store ! Very helpful employees. Asst Manager Jeff very knowledgeable on a variety of home repairs and improvements. Good supply of speciality bolts, nuts & washers. They have SAE and metric sizes and up to grade 5 nuts, bolts and washers. Nice tool section, lumber, gardening, propane... you name it ! If they don’t have it in stock, they will get it for you quickly !

Great staff, need to lower price margins on a lot of things. The wire is expensive. Keep a better stock on electrical items too. This isn’t usually the branches fought. So, 5 stars to the staff & and convenience of location.

I was on a trip back home to Ky. My truck blew some hoses and Randy offered great customer service and was extremely knowledgeable of the products in the store. We were able to get my truck fixed in a matter of minutes and made it to Ky safely. Employees like Randy are hard to find and more places need guys like him.

I have stopped to grab some things here several times over the years. Pretty much every visit I leave disappointed, frustrated or worse. Very poor selection. Overpriced. They will use every reason not to honor an ACE coupon. It is always something. I have learned my lesson. I am going to save myself the disappointment from now on and just go to Home Depot or Lowes, where at least they price match and honor veterans and have a decent selection.

Very helpful staff, always has popcorn ready. It's what you would expect from an ACE...maybe not the cheapest, but you will definitely save time over home depot or Walmart because someone will greet you at the door and get you what you need. This location is an independent store, unlike most in the area, which are Elder's Ace.

Really nice folks. Always eager to help you. Problem is, unless your question starts with "where is.." then chances are they can't answer you. I am not a professional carpenter, but most of the time I stump them with what I feel are pretty basic problem solving tasks (e.g., "what do you recommend for...", "how best can I...."). It is also a fairly small Ace compared to some around.
