Since the early 2000's I have used Access on occasion for certain needs. Over the span of so many years I have to say that I have always had a good experience. Whether it was the product or the staff, it has always been a pleasant experience. I'm grateful you are there and especially for your expertise in compounding. I, many years ago, used a progesterone cream which you compounded. I especially love your staff member, Sarah C. She has always been especially helpful and caring. So thankful for this pharmacy, they are beyond helpful, always have the best prices, and they go above and beyond to make sure we get every medication we need or ask for. They can compound so much into all different forms which is so helpful as we fill a lot of medication for rescue animals here. We love our Access Pharmacy crew!

I switched to Access about a year ago and can’t brag enough about the exceptional customer service that I have received! Everyone is so kind and the pharmacist, Phil, always takes his time to explain things in detail and help me with any questions. Do not shop here. Terrible service and insane prices. I drove 40 minutes to buy a cpap mask. The pharmacy told me that although the cpap supplies place was closed, the front desk lady has access to the supplies and would be able to help me. I had the exact mask make and model, and all she had to do was walk next door and get it, but she just outright refused. "Sorry that side is closed, and I don't deal with that."Next, I asked her how much a pair of used looking forearm crutches (mind you), and this pair is on sale on Amazon Prime for $54). She tells me $78, okay, that's a buy pricier, but sure, I'll get them both. "No sir, that's $78 for one!" So I can purchase a pair on Amazon Prime for $54 and they want to charge $156... I'm speechless.

I really wish it was easier to get to this location if you're coming south in Hixson pike, and parking is squeezed in (especially if you drive a truck). Of course a drive through would be amazing. Sometimes Friday after work is the only time I can pick up but closing at 5:30 makes that difficult.The staff at the register are always gossiping and it feels like my transaction is an interruption.I would love to give the entire space an upgrade to see how the atmosphere changes the mood- better parking, upgraded signage, something to bring the space out of the 80s. I'm pleased with my prescription itself but really dread my visit here from the stale atmosphere to the employees' warmth (lack thereof) and the accessibility (hours/location).I find it disappointing that comments have been responded to with patient information. Thats completely unnecessary. Surely you will look up my name in the system to respond to this.

There are only two or three compounding pharmacies that I know of in my area. I've gone to access for years for special prescriptions and it used to be okay when I lived close by but now it's like over an hour round trip for me. Thankfully I only have one prescription that needs compounded and I don't need it very often. I used to use access pharmacy exclusively because it was simply a nice drive or if I wanted a nice long bike ride. Now it takes over a half hour to get there by car on the best days so I simply had to switch. They have a lot of stuff in there that you won't find elsewhere and I cannot say enough good things about the people who work there. They're always nice they're always friendly and always happy to see me when I come. I've been associated with this pharmacy now for 30 years and if I hadn't moved I'd still be going there on the regular basis for all my prescription and pharmaceutical needs.

The doctor prescribed a hospital bed and the lady that answered the phone with me was every rude and said that I would would get a call the day of and if they get an oxygen deliver I may get the bed later or the next work week

Independently owned is the way to go, they actually DO care about the little things. The staff is so helpful & friendly, I wouldn't go anywhere else ! I thank them for helping my parents get covid treatment during covid times, & for always answering my questions no matter what silly things I may be worried about.

I walked in told my auntie that I found the cough syrup she suggested! I'm not ill at all. You and your staff are pitiful! All I asked the rude cashier if they acknowledge their customers! HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! ALL THEY DO IS LIE ABOUT PRESCRIPTIONS BEING READY!! I DROVE 2 HOURS THERE TO GET 1 PRESCRIPTION THEY SAID WAS READY 2 DAYS AGO!!! JUST FOR ME TO GET THERE TO GET MY DISABLED SONS MEDICINE THAT WAS CLEARLY NEVER READY!!! THEY HAVE POOR COMMUNICATION DO NOT LISTEN OR UNDERSTAND ANYTHING I WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE THIS PLACE 1 STAR AS MANY TIMES AS THEY HAVE LIED!!!! DEFINANTLY WONT BE BACK HERE!!!!!( REPLY) I DID CALL IN ADVANCE! Hence why I drove 2 hours to get the prescription which she claimed was ready!!!!! Why else would I drive 2 hours!!!!!
