One of the worst Loves I’ve seen very dangerous and steep set of steps from fuel island to building, as well as a rough asphalt ramp with no handrail . Showers and toilets not cleaned well , you definitely tell there is no one taking pride in the cleanliness of the facilities. So sad to see this , I use Loves all the time but I’m gonna try to avoid this one

Very displeased with shower conditions. Due to the fact of mold and mildew in the showers. Dust accumulated all over the bathroom even on top of the toilet. Shower looked like it was previously used and not cleaned before allowing the next person to shower. I wish I can give it no stars!!!!!!

One of the nastier loves. The bathroom is usually gross with unclean toilets. Half their urinals are always out of order. Seem like most of the time, there's just toilet paper and trash all over their floors and then the shady crackheads that hang out there 24/7 in the corners of the lot. And their laundry is more than the other truck stops in the area.

I swear some of these reviews on loves truck stops are made by truckers who are trying to deter other truckers from picking that one as a rest stop so they'll hopefully have parking when they get there. Dirty showers? No....clean as a whistle. Rude employees? No... extremely nice. Limited parking? Yes...I got here at almost 6pm and it was mostly full...but that's not uncommon for a truck stop at 6pm. Most start filling up around 4-4:30. Maybe a couple spots available here by 6pm. Avoid love's in or very close to very big cities as parking is scarce at best no matter what time. Other than that, I've stayed at a good majority of the loves across the US and 95% are an excellent choice as a rest stop.

I always shower at love’s truck stops I am an OTR truck Driver and this is the first time I have ever went into a shower at a loves location and it was dirty I went into the first bathroom and it was urine, hair, & dirt all on the side of the toilet the sink and shower was nasty then I switched showers to a new one and stop the toilet is dirty, it’s no tissue in here and it’s not as clean as it’s suppose to be in here I didn’t get pics of the first BR but yeah I had to leave a review and I always speak and think highly of loves *Update* I spoke to the manager a couple of minutes ago and all she said was she is sorry and just looked at me loves gotta be ashamed for this location

Extremely friendly lady took care of us with getting a shower, I think her name was Caroline (it stated with C).Very clean shower and facility. One of the best service I received at a Love's.

Everything about this Love's is good. However, I am ashamed of the trash left by drivers. Even with lots of trash cans as all Love's always have, the trash is disgusting.I for one would be more than happy to participate in a clean up crew.Maybe Love's could schedule a clean up crew specific time schedule and offer trash bags and gloves, then maybe even a lunch or dinner. No, they should not have to but something.

Got into shower number 5 to find a used and unclean toilet and a sink that doesn’t work. Spoke to Grace and David the manager, only to be told the only other shower is marked unavailable for some reason and no one cleaned that one either. Disgusted by this stores hygiene, don’t stop here if your expecting actual loves standards. Very disappointing and I will be calling corporate ASAP

Another truck stop built for 4 wheelers!! Once again Love's shows no appreciation for TRUCK DRIVERS, WHO BRING IN A QUARTER OF A MILLION A DAY TO EACH OF THEIR TRUCKSTOPS! STAIRS AND A 400 FT WALK FROM FUEL TO FUEL DESK. I ask again, how are handicapped drivers supposed to be able to get service here??? How did this place pass ADA??? People are great...LOVE'S CORPORATE...SUCKS. I will only stop here because my company forces me to.

Very busy truckstop. Putting diesel might take you a while because there is always alot of trucks ahead of you. Parking is ok, don't show up too late. The srore is nice and clean. Restrooms are very clean. Service iels good.

I was super exhausted, traveling in the wee hours of the morning with no sleep. It was super refreshingly cold inside which I loved. Gas prices were the best I'd seen, excellent people working there. So extra friendly. Late night travelers need that kind of greeting, atmosphere, and selection and prices. Good store to have happened upon. Our Lord knows where, when, and what we need and who we need it from. I know I may sound silly, but seriously...

DON'T ever buy recaps from this company. They are garbage!!! I drive for Capital City Trucking. My company specifically requested recaps only for two tires that needed replacing on my trailer. So on 9/17/23 I pulled into the Love's in Charleston Tennessee to get it done. The technicians were great guys. Got me in immediately and treated me well. However, the inside tire blew its cap 3 days later. While stuck on the side of the highway Capital City called Love's to come out and replace their defective recap with a brand new Michelin. Love's replaced the tire at no charge (at least that's what the technician claimed) but still charged my company for the service call. Fair enough. I understand that recaps are a risky investment no matter who you buy them from, but you would think a well respected company like Love's would have better quality control.

The managers needs to get out to this big truck parking and start telling these drivers not to park in these non-parking area's, specially when I clearly can see open parking spots. Actually there's a spot in the corner while a bobtail and landstar are parking in a hazardous area...

Never have an issue with loves and I always try to plan my trips in a way that I only stop at them since I know I wont be dissapointed. Plus I really love how they also think of their 4-legged visitors. At every loves that I have stopped at since getting mh dog there has always been a chained in doggy park where you pet can stretch their legs and run around.

one of the worst fishing. I love catchers, but this one is terrible. pumps have leaks and sometimes don’t work as they should. everything is dirty. There is garbage everywhere.

Tried to get coffee, but the didn't have any creamers... so they suggested I buy milk from them and use that. So a large coffee came up to be $6. Management please adress this issue

We had a large order that took a while to fill. The main thing was a DQP. I know we should have checked out bags but there wasn't room.We specifically asked about the DQP. The girl said it was definitely in there. It wasn't. We were also shorted 10 nuggets.If you stop at the McDonalds here, make SURE you check your food before you leave

This is the worst Love's location I have been so far. After waiting half an hour for mi turn to take a shower... it was disgusting. See attached pictures. The list they can do is property clean them. Drivers paid a lot just to take a decent shower.

I thought if a place of business with food and stuff had NO water, they have to close down the entire place right? They didn't. No other bathrooms open close by as the other gas station was completely closed down the road. They'll do anything to make a buck. No showers, restrooms, sinks with water, nothing. No running water and they have a McDonald's and subway there too so.....????? How are they not just shut down completely for a little while? How are ppl washing anything?.......

$18.00 for a nasty, moldy shower! Hair and trash was just pushed and piled behind the door. If they're going to charge that much for a shower, it could at least be clean. It was disgusting! Very reminiscent of todays Pilot.. On the up side, the water was hot and the rest of the store was clean as well as the parking lot. The employees were pleasant and the food was fresh and hot. That shower though......

This Love's is large and accomodates trucks very effectively. However, for large gas RVs pulling a towed, it is a very tight fit due to all the parking congestion around the gas pumps. If there is a gas location for large Rvs towing and Fifth Wheels, it is not advertised.Would be nice to add some pumps for large RVs towing and Fifth Wheels in or very near the truck location parking with easy entry and exit access and clearly marked signs to such pumps. Works in a pinch, but about 4 or 5 rigs left due to the congestion, not a hassle they wanted to deal with.
