It was Easter sunday. I have had one appointment with Paula prior to this day. On Easter Sunday I realized it was time for me to make another appointment the week after the holiday. But before I could reach out to her the following week she messaged me on Easter Sunday via Facebook messenger and asked me if I would like to schedule my two dogs another appointment. I said I would because I was going to be reaching out to her and a couple of days anyway that it was perfect timing. She sent me about six different links for me to fill out forms. So I do that. And then she proceeds to ask me if I would be interested in making recurring appointments every 6 weeks. I explained that I could not financially do that because I needed the appointment to be matching my pocketbook in other words I had to make sure I had the money so no I did not want to make recurring appointments. Immediately after telling her that she sent me another message saying that it would be beneficial to both parties if I would get someone else to bring my dogs that she could no longer bring my dogs. And I was so shocked I said are you canceling the appointment because I don't want to schedule recurring appointments every 6 weeks? She said no that's not the reason I asked her please tell me why? And she says no thank you and that's all I got period. I was left speechless and flabbergasted and I can only assume that it was because I was not able to make the recurring appointments although she says that was not the reason I truly believe it was
