Our experiences with Veterinary Services have all been excellent. The staff are caring, professional, and do an excellent job of communicating with customers. One of our cats unexpectedly needed a procedure done. They got us in quickly, explained the necessary care and financial options, and didn't try to sell us unnecessary products. The doctor herself called me after the procedure. I've been highly impressed with every visit to the office.

We had to have our beloved cat, Jessup put to sleep as he got very ill and could barely walk and had stopped eating. He was extremely dehydrated they told us. I would rather have him gone the way he did than be here suffering. The doctor that took care of him was a lady by the name of Dr Vargas I believe??? I'm sorry if I got her name wrong but she was a really pretty dark-haired doctor that was so gentle with our baby, kind and compassionate as well. It's not something you ever want to do, but if you have to, please ask for her as I can't say enough good things about her, the level of respect we were shown and also the compassion was top notch! What a wonderful human being she is!

Bought our pet in for a simple nail clipping and old man vet said because we patronize another vet too to give both places business toldUs to get her records! He slammed the office door and walked away!! He needs to learn manners or just retire.

As a person who has had pets for most of my 60 years, I have had the unfortunate task of putting my precious pets to sleep. Most pet owners have had to do this at some point. As you know, this is a very, very hard decision. For me, yesterday (9-13-23) was once again a very hard decision for me. I had an 11 year old cat that I found on the side of the road 11 years ago. Because this cat was very sickly and seemed blind, once I got him home, I never let him out again for fear he might not find his way back. So yesterday was his first visit to a vet in his 11 years on Earth.It was the most horrible experience I have ever had putting an animal to sleep. I was bawling and questioning my choice all the way there. Once we got there, it seemed forever before the vet came into our room. The only words he spoke to me were "do you want to stay in the room?" I said yes. He proceeded to load a syringe with fluid, shaved my cat's front paw causing it to bleed and was about to insert the needle when I asked, "Is this it?" , to which the assistant told me it was and it would go fast.While I am crying and petting my cat's face, saying goodbye, the vet says something along the line-"this is not good" The assistant tells vet that the cat was still alive!!! Vet tells me he has to give another shot!!!!! My cat is now becoming a bit upset and trying to move . Vet flips my cat over and shaves the other front paw, loads needle and gives the second shot. This time the assistant says, "that one was good". I am in complete shock. Vet walks out of room without saying one single word!!! No words of comfort of any sort!!! NO EMPATHY AT ALL. Assistant tells us to take as long as we need. As I stand there in disbelief of what my poor, precious cat experienced, I notice the blue liquid in the bottle just sitting there on the counter. This was just given to my cat and it is call Fatal Shot and has the words poison written in large letters. There were at least 4 used or unused syringes on the counter and in the sink. So very unprofessional and unsafe.I take my dog to this clinic for grooming and baths. That groomer is great. I will never take another pet to this vet for any reason again. I will be going back to my original vet for any medical needs. Those doctors care about animals and animal owners.

We just moved to the area and needed to get my cat set up with a veterinarian because he takes a couple prescriptions and needed to get established. The office staff were friendly. The veterinarian and tech were friendly and knowledgeable. Also a added bonus of how cute the building is.

all they care about is the money not the animals which is truly sad, they huff and puff when you call up there to set an appointment or when you pick up medication for your dog. they also have no clue what they are talking about half of the time.

Dr. Harris has offered decades of excellent care for animals in our area. He's someone you can trust not to just run your bill up but also to educate the pet owner how they can help him care for their pets or farm animals, yet to be honest when it's time to let your pet or farm animal go across the rainbow bridge. Dr. Harris and his team are professional as well as compassionate.

I have been bringing my animals to this vet for several years now. Have had no issues with the service. Unfortunately today, both my dogs got into a bad fight and one was hurt. I took him to the veterinary service for help. Unfortunately I was turned away at the front desk and was told that they are “too busy” today to see him that they could see him tomorrow. I was the only client in the lobby. I was disappointed in the lack of service I received. I asked for your help and you turned a blind eye. I will take my business elsewhere.

This was my first time to visit their office and all I can say is that everyone there is excellent!!Thank you to everyone there for seeing my cat on a very short notice and for being very nice and professional. I have found my new Veterinary Services. Such great people.

I'm deeply disappointed by my recent experience at Veterinary Services. Despite specifically requesting a paw print keepsake when I had to euthanize my dog, the vet failed to provide it, adding unnecessary distress to an already emotional time and highlighting a concerning gap in their care and professionalism.This oversight underscores a lack of attention and empathy on their part. I hope this feedback leads to improvements in their service so that others don't have to endure similar disappointment during such sensitive moments.

Dr. Vaden saved my boys life! Another vet who previously reviewed Jakes condition and X-rays missed what Dr. Vaden picked up on immediately. He’s a kind, compassionate and very KNOWLEDGEABLE surgeon!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I have been taking my two dogs here since I moved to Chapel Hill four years ago...The comfort, care, compassion they give to my dog's is amazing. I board my dogs here also. They love the girls in the office. My little Lucy passed away last week, they set up the exam room so my other dog Mickey and I could go see her after her passing. They treated my Lucy with such dignity I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

We just recently had to put our Golden Retriever (Shadow) down. Everyone was so nice, understanding and gave us our time to say our last goodbye. They are always so patient with all of our dogs and treat them so nice. They are always very honest on what they know and think is going on with our dogs. What I love most about them is that they love every single animal that walks in there and really care for them. I bring my dogs to see them all the way from Spring Hill, TN because I don't trust anyone else with my fur babies. They are the best!

Very easy to make an appointment and the staff was incredibly friendly! They did a wonderful job explaining aftercare to me. I also received a sweet welcome card from them in the mail yesterday which I’ve never had happen from any Vet office before. Very nice touch and I’m very happy with how good they were with our cat. No complaints here!

I had a great experience with Dr. C today! He was friendly, thoughtful and caring. I could see he genuinely cares about animals and is passionate about his job. We were from out of town camping at Henry Horton State Park. My beagle got sick and luckily Veterinary Services seen him. Dr. Harris and his staff were so great! We got lost and I called them to help me find the clinic. One of his staff went outside and stood by the road to get us there! They were so kind and helpful. Dr. Harris diagnosed the issue, gave us the medications we needed. I highly recommend Veterinary Services! I'm so thankful for them helping us! Thank you Dr. Harris and staff!

Wonderful people. They worked my Lucy in the same day for surgery. Have recommended them to several other families. We love Dr. Vaden . He was Lucy's original doctor and has been on our farm in the past and worked on big and small animals. Could not ask for a more compassionate person towards animals. They staff is amazing a well

Just moved to town and needed to get our Labradoodle checked. Great experience! Very friendly and helpful staff. Walked in Saturday morning without an appointment and was seen right away. Ended up having to have a surgical procedure done and they worked her in that next Monday. She was well taken care of and all went really well. They even waited for me when I was running late and arrived after closing time.

I think this is the best vet in town. He is so great with all of the animals and all of his people that work in the office and vet techs oh my goodness they love all the animals they are so good with them. I took my 2lb chihuahua in this morning and they didn't make her cry when she had two shots and I've never had that happen with any other vet when my other dogs were puppies
