I love the veteran.I took my baby girl chi 4lbs to Cookeville for 3 yrs for them to guess her symptoms while I was making her sick!because I was feeding her the opposite of what she should have been fed.I decided to try Celina and she emediatly told me exactly what she thought it was just by her symptoms.She told me what she needed to do bloodwork included.Turns out my baby has a (Liver Shunt).Her liver doesn’t digest the proteins I had been feeding her a lot of!!! Causing her to have diarrhea,throwing up & possibly seizures.Her symptoms were:throwing up,diarrhea,Bad Breath caused by inflammation in her stomach and hiding like she was Terrified!! Of something.Plz give her a try you will love her and she’s cheaper to.

I had a wonderful experience with the staff here. Everyone was very nice and helpful. The vet was wonderful with my lamb and helped me with how to administer the medication she was giving him. With her guidance I was able to even give him the shots he needed because she showed me how before I left. She was very kind and helpful. I would not hesitate to take another animal to her. I am going to be taking my dog to her soon for shots and grooming.

If you were considering taking your beloved pet to this animal hospital I would warn against it. This woman lied to my family and we had some sheep that needed to be rehomed and our number one concern was that they would not be slaughtered for meat and the vet Dawn Lindsey Told and convinced our family that they would be part of a 4H project and she took for baby doll sheep and One very special Lincoln sheep they were all our pets. She picked them up with her and her two daughters and paid us and we did not ask very much at all for them we just wanted them to have a good home. Further on we tried to check on their welfare and see how they were doing and she refused our calls she ignored our emails so we have a friend that lives very near to her and he actually knew where she lived I guess it’s a small town And to his dismay there were no sheep there. We finally called her office her veterinary office and told her that we are worried we would like to see the sheep that we rehomed to her And she told us that it was none of our business and that once she took possession of them she could do what she want and told us never to call again and if we went into her office that she would call the police. This is left my young daughter very upset as she raised the sheep from babies and I don’t understand how somebody who is a veterinarian can lie about what their intentions are for the animal and then turn around and slaughter and sell these sheep for meat if you want somebody like that to operate or look after your animals I know I wouldn’t. If she’s willing to kill all of the sheep what is she doing behind closed doors with your animals

Taking our dear Princess {female feline} to get fixed here.. the lady was knowledgeable and called for follw up info about our pet.. the service has grant money avail.. $30 if u make under 30,000 and $50 if ur above {again this is for a female feline} however i am at this point satisfied with service..

I drove an hour to come here, and was not disappointed! The vet here, she helped save me money, and the quality of life of my cat. The other vet didn’t explain to me what was going on with my cat, and they weren’t concerned about how bad he was hacking without having a hairball come out! She gave me amazing suggestions on food, and things to do to help my cats allergy or asthma issues!

I cannot say enough positive things about Clay County Animal Hospital! In a panic I had a goose emergency (gosling not walking) and Dr. Lindsey and team saved the day! Dr. Lindsey was patient and answered all my questions, helped me understand what the problem was, and helped with understanding medication administration. My sweet Basil has grown into a full gander and sometimes has a slight limp from his injury but overall a healthy guy. Cannot thank Dr. Lindsey and team enough!

I had taken my 2 cats there for a skin condition on one and the other had an infection in her uterus. I was told one price and then charged a lot more after the surgery on the 1 cat. What really added to my frustration was that I was told my cat would be ready for pickup at 3pm, I got there around 4 and didn't leave with my cat until around 5:45. The wait time was ridiculous! They're nice ladies but they should be more thorough when giving prices (there are people on a budget out here and have to count every penny) and they definitely need to work on their wait time. I won't be going back and I don't recommend anyone else go there. I'll drive the extra mile to find another vet.

The best and most caring vet around, they do amazing work, are great with animals, and take care of large and small. From your farm to your lap cat they help them all! I drive out of my way exponentially to see them, as opposed to closer vets. They have treated my two with cancer with such compassion that I'll never go elsewhere.

Don't believe that they are open until 7:30 Monday and Thursday's. I stopped Thursday around 6pm and they were closed. The only time I can stop in to pick up my pets medicines (since I work first shift and don't get home until 6 pm. Will be looking for another vet since I can't trust them to be open when they say they are supposed to be.

I boarded my dog over night while out of town checked out the facility which was good as far as I could tell but when I inquired as to the cost I was quoted a certain amount and even asked in person when I went by to check the place out. Once again I asked what the total price was and was quoted the same total price. So several times I was given what the actual price would be and it was always the same, however, when I picked up my dog the next day the price was doubled. When I asked why I was told that my dog had to have a spray injected up her nose to prevent something called ' kennel cough ' and that it was pretty much a given that dogs have that when being boarded. It's not so much the money thing, although it did double the cost, it's that something was given to my dog without telling me and also that i'm not a Vet and had never heard of ' kennel cough' and that it was standard procedure. Plus, total cost means' total cost' not cost for boarding PLUS a medication that is just a given thing when boarding a pet. I had been warned by some very notable people in town about being told of one price and leaving having been charged much more. So I won't be using their services any more. I'll stick with my prior Vet even though it is out of town.

I took my senior Dachshund in to have a toenail trim,and he came out bleedingHis dew claw was cut way too closeIt was cut up into the hair on his toe.I wouldn't recommend this vet office
