Idk what the other lading is griping about, but this place is great, great service, very helpful, very clean. This is the only dollar general I'll ever shop at. And I also think the new manager is way better than the last one who ran the place. I stopped coming here for a long time because of terrible service. But I was in a hurry one day and had to stop in and it was a totally different atmosphere. I love it!! Please go in and see for yourself. Don't listen to bad reviews, please go in and just see it for yourself. You won't be disappointed 😊

The employees do not want to be there nor do they want to interact with customers at all. One employee saw a line of 4 customers and no cashier and went back to stocking shelves. I got snarky rude answers from 2 employees in the same trip. I wasn't rude just asked about where the cashier was. I won't be back to this one. Don't do a job that involves customers if you can't at least fake a decent attitude.

Quick and easy. The associates were helpful and attentive. In addition the Dgo or whatever y'all call it, totally optimized my experience. It is so convenient to have the option to pay ahead and skip the line! Also you never have any surprises at the register. In addition the app keeps up with your coupons and current deals to give you the most bang for your buck. I was pleasantly surprised when my total dropped over $4.00 on stuff I had to buy anyways. Excellent job dollar general, excellent job.

It's very small, and has very little staff. The actual store is quite cramped, with the isles barely big enough to fit one person with a cart or basket through, and the isle shelves (depending on where, like the toy isle or the home decor isle) are a complete wreck at most times. They do have a produce section, and it has been recently remodeled. I would recommend not going, unless you absolutely have to, because they don't have everything.

In an ideal world, I would give this dollar general zero stars. All dollar general shoppers look forward to the Saturday where we can use our $5 off $25 coupon. However, this Saturday is something I would love to forget. My elderly mother went into this store earlier today, gathered her items to equal $25, and headed to checkout with a few coupons. (coupons which expired today, as in 11:59 TODAY) She had every single coupon loaded on her DG app ready to go. However, the cashier, without even checking, simply said “those expire today you can’t use them” which I find quite odd since they are still available to add on the app, and the fact that “expires today” means if they are not used by TODAY, then they are expired. The cashier then attempted to call his manager, well turns out the manager decided it wasn’t a big enough issue and hung up on him. Leaving him not knowing what he is doing and my elderly mother nervously waiting in line. Not to mention other customers began yelling at her to hurry up. The cashier ultimately decided to not accept her very much valid coupons & my mom walked out empty handed. It is very hard for her to drive and get around, so this was a huge inconvenience to her. Overall, worst dollar general service I have ever heard of. 0/10 would never recommend. take your business to the one on 49-I know this is going to be very difficult to believe & while it seems almost impossible someone could be this knowledgeable, they actually know how the calendar and dates work. So inspiring.

Used to be a good store. Now cannot get through the isles because rolltainers blocking the entire isle from one end to the other. Also Dollar General should pay their employees a decent wage so they can actually have someone want to work there. The employees they do have have way too much on them for the wages they get. Stop being so money hungry Dollar General!!!

Poor selection due to bare shelves. Walking down around the store is a challenge due to big carts full of merchandise that needs to be put out on shelves are piled up and sitting all over the store which I would think would be against store policy.

If I didn't take this exit 19 for gas I wouldn't have known it was there. Travelers like these stores to stock up on items that cost too much at bigger stores. I didn't even buy gas. Good out of the way store they need signs on highway 24 East.

Store off I-24 - Exit 19 in TN. Nice, large store. Very clean and things seemed to be in good order. 4 star vs 5 star rating because sales rep was on cell phone throughout transaction.

I'm sorry Dollar general but y'all are going downhill on 41A by cedar Hill. Y'all ain't never open y'all are very inconvenient. Y'all just need to move out so somebody that's worth a darn to stay open that I can shop at get out of town

Everyone is friendly and the store is always stocked and laid out well. It's great to have a convenient spot in rural community to find the cesanese and even a few specialty items.

This place is always nice and a great place to get in and out, without worrying about a rush of people. Cashier's are very nice to talk to.

Not much for the new management, they do not keep it cleaned or well stocked like the last management team. The only one from the old team is Ms.Betty and she is the only friendly helpful one
