Would say always polite... but... had an issue with an over imaginative, pregnant employee before at this location. Lol BUT... that's nothing like the rest of the staff. Polite, helpful, down to earth. Seem to be finally getting caught up on stock too!!! EXCELLENT WORK GUYS... and GALS!!!

I would give 5 stars but some of the previous workers were very rude and non professional and they seemed lazy an not very dedicated to the duties bestowed upon them.. but the place seems to be on the way up and have better management..

We had to.stop at this DG because we loved seeing Pete the majic dragon when we would drive by. So we had to capture the memories for my grandson and niece.

I used to work there I loved it at the beginning enjoyed seeing my customers they never seemed to have anything bad to say about me. But the new manager Matt I can say otherwise I was always told by the customers that he was rude. I was sick for a few days and I had told the new manager that and he said to take it easy I still came to work and tried to keep a positive attitude for my customers the next morning I went to the doctor and found out u had the flu I was told not to return to work for 3-4 days I was given a doctor statement I texted my manager and I told him and he told me to turn in my store keys and fired me. Two days before I had told him I quit that I was turning In my notice and he refused to let me then he fired me ? He was rude and there’s customers that’s complained to myself and some other staff something needs to be done maybe someone should teach the new manager about some customer service and how to make the customers feel welcome and make them WANT to come back to the store ? Other then the manager and the way I was done I loved the Caryville Dollar General and the other staff I worked with the main thing I will miss is seeing my daily and new customers and making them feel welcomed .

Went here yesterday, it had been a while since I had been, due to every time I did, it was such a mess. Well, not yesterday, the store has been cleaned up, it is no longer a disaster through the isles. The workers were so nice too!! Good job, Dollar General!!

I shop here at least 3 times a week sometimes more. The store is always a disaster. Stock sitting everywhere on the floor. The clothes section is such a mess you can't tell what's what. There's always a line with 1 cashier who never calls for backup. Coke and mello yello will go on sale and there's never enough 2 liters and the associates can never tell you anything.

Much better than the one off exit 128. This store was neat, clean & pretty well stocked compared to most stores. Staff was friendly and helpful

I was on my way back to Ohio with me three girls and cat and my van stopped running in the middle of the highway and I was towed to the hotel and I walked up there to just treasure the last few dollars I had to get the cat food and all I had was some food stamps so my kids could eat. I met a wonderful cashier that day and I was upset and she talked to me and people over heard us and the nice people in line gave me a few dollars to I could take my kids to get a hot meal. I just want to say thank you to the wonderful cashier and the people that helped me in a very bad time. All I wanted was to get back home and I did but my van still is broken and I may not have money for Christmas but I am happy that I am home and just want to say thank you to the wonderful people in Caryville. I can't thank you'll enough. God bless and have a Merry Christmas

All Dollar Stores in Clinton TN are pitiful. The every single one needs management. It is so sad because this could be one of the best places in Clinton to shop. I personally love to shop at DG but it is almost stifling to go in to any of them. No one to stock shelves. Carts everywhere. Sad.

The cashier who greeted me was kind enough to give me a disposable face mask instead of making me go all the way back home when I realized I had forgotten mine. They were a little short stocked but what store isn't these days?

Boxes and other items strung all over the store, you can't even push a buggy through the store hardly.I waited to check out while the 2 ladies talked in the back room laughing in the door way about the others husband.This store has gone down hill since last year.

Went in almost 40 minutes before closing and they had already locked the doors and the employees were very rude and offensive when I asked why they were closed already and they said it was none of my business I will not be returning to this location
