I would give lower than a 1 star if I could. Avoid this store at all cost. They will not back their products. Purchased a scooter on clearance with no indication anything was wrong with it. It was opened, and a major part was missing. It had also been used. The workers refused to take it back, so we could replace it with another one. We won’t be back to this store. We’d much rather take our business to somewhere else that actually backs their products.

I'm usually very satisfied with this walmart. On this occasion, I had an issue with Walmart pay and one of my payment cards. The staff acted totally ignorant and passed me around several times and made me feel like none of them wanted to help me figure out how to fix my issue. I was encouraged to figure it out for myself. Thanks guys!

Really clean an organized store. But one of works rang a Pepsi up an then went to other self checkout to ring up same drink an then came over to me and told me I need to get a Pepsi cause I just rang my stuff up. Lucky enough one of the employees Heard her an help me clear it off. Thank goodness cause I don't drink Pepsi.

I used to work at this Walmart location as a stocker. I loved working there, we had a great team. Now, I go shopping, I can't find anything, and people are talking loud about it. Example: I went down the aisle that had crackers on it, it literally said they were in that aisle. Some regular crackers were there, all I was looking for was peanut butter snack crackers. I was told oh no they are in the next aisle that says absolutely nothing about crackers. Every customer I encountered was upset, frustrated, and very angry. We feel like we are forced to purchase items we don't want, because that's all that's available. I really tried to work with and learn the remodel, I just want our old Walmart back. Spending our money at Kroger now for monthly shopping and Todd's for the rest.

I am sick of this place! For one, if you need something Walmart carries, you'd better off to go to Lebanon or Cookeville. Secondly, sometimes the staff are rude, and service isn't up their alley. They're just there to collect a check. I guess it really depends on who you get. Most importantly, as tough as economics are right now, they have the audacity to charge an extra 6%+, on top of Tennessee's already 9.75% taxes. Walmart is a retail store, with already marked up prices, but now we have to pay extra? For what, checking our own selves out? I think I'm just going to stop shopping there, and support local stores, or buy online. I'm also going to warn my friends and family. Walmart used to be the family store, but I believe their corporation has become too greedy. I am personally done shopping there.

In my quest for 10k steps daily I went here to gather some steps in this large shopping center, successfully I might add...then went inside to buy my favorite cookies...they were sold out, or at least didn't have any on the shelf. My wife is immune suppressed, and every time I go to the store to pickup my groceries, my wife gets sick. I have started shopping elsewhere, and she no longer has issues.

I feel most all Walmarts are equally the same, you can't find the same products each visit, ,,the pharmacys are always slow as are the check out lines because they have very few cashier's.

What small town needs 25 pick-up order parking spots? This store has completely ruined the flow of the parking lot. 10x more congested and impossible to navigate. Other customers even agreed with me. The management has lost their marbles

This is a small Walmart with minimal selection. On Sunday, the shelves are always bare. They have like mini sections of the stuff you’d see at a regular Walmart, leaving me to still have to drive far to get some things. They had some cute ugly Christmas sweaters and another cute sweater I liked.

Walmart in Carthage is a very nice in between the hills shopping experience. I just love this place. Gasoline is so much cheaper also. The crowd is just right.

Emmy in online order and pickup is the model of great service. When I left item at checkout, called store for customer service... they did not answer. Called back and hit her extension. Kind and knowledgeable.. After hearing my dilemma, she found my item and held for me to pick up. Bless her.. Great job. Above and beyond.

Items much higher in price. Seriously 60 eggs is $5 more than Lebanon, Cookeville, MJ, Hermitage and even higher than Kroger. This is only 1 example. Go somewhere else to shop and get what you need for less.Over shopped store. Not enough check out lines. The curb side is decent but still have issues with bad products being picked. Always expect them not to have something you ordered.

Walmart corporate policies are killing this store. I'm almost to the point of dreading going in to this place. They are definitely removing the whole human interaction aspect of shopping as much as possible it seems. Human operated checkouts are only open at certain times of the day and never more than a few are open regardless of how long lines are. The fact that I'm forced to scan my own items should cause whatever I'm buying to be discounted. This would not fly in any other aspect of life. For example, no one goes into the hospital and is told to medically assess himself and take their own vital signs and come up with a cursory diagnosis before the nurse or doctor sees them. Not to mention that these machines are constantly shutting off because they're recording you and don't like the way you moved and more less accuse you of shoplifting. Don't even get me started on the 3-6 people that will be standing around talking while your scan your own merchandise out. And when you actually need assistance like I've noticed a lot of elderly people do in hardware, automotive, or sporting goods there's usually no one to be found and if they do find someone it's some kid that doesn't know anything. I find myself helping other customers so often either to reach things or to come up and informed selections that feel I like Walmart should be paying me. Also the "shoppers" that they have filling online orders with their huge rolling carts are generally the rudest employees in the store, either obstructing whole sections of merchandise or running into your cart or completely blocking entire aisles, you name it. Don't get me wrong, there are a handful of really great employees here but they are the exception and not the rule this place has gone downhill and it's done it quickly!

I enjoy this Walmart bcz the staff are real friendly. However this location doesn't stay stocked very well. Also there's been quite a few times that stations are left unattended because they have sent someone on break but didn't put anyone else to work that station. I've literally been told to wait until they come back. And there's almost never anyone working electronics. I have to go in search of someone to help me.

One of the smaller Walmarts I've seen. Currently undergoing a large renovation so maybe for the better, it really needs an expansion. The staff here is overall much more friendly than the Lafayette Walmart.

It's Wal Mart. Everything you need in one spot. Customer service is not so great anymore. In Lebanon the bathrooms tend to look like a crack house toilet but that's mostly just that one.

It is ok. Most of the time there is a line at the registers even on a typical slow day. shopping carts can be hard to come by on weekends. the store pick up is probably the best feature. believe it or not, I have not had but 1 issue with it. that is splitting my transactions when it goes thru the bank. This creates confusion.

Last night I was coming out and a employee named Jeffrey held a umbrella for me to get in my van so my electric wheelchair would not get wet ..that's the nicest thing a store employee has ever done for me to go above and beyond...thanks Jeffrey

The store is convenient because it is close to my house. However, I give it a four star rating because it does not have as much of a selection as the Walmart. That’s about 45 minutes away from my house.
