This store use to be really unstable before this new management team took it over. They have the best customer service out of any tractor supply that I have been to. The remodel is great, new products, new services, smiling faces, and knowledgeable employees. You couldn't ask for a better establishment. Thank you to the entire crew for all of your hard work, and dedication.

Always a pleasure to walk into the store. I ordered a chainsaw from their website. When I picked it up one of the guys there put it together for me. Whenever I am in the are this store is a must stop at destination.

I came by for a few supplies and Rocky helped me navigate where everything I wanted to purchase was. He also suggested the 4health brand stating it was a store brand but very good quality ingredients and such for my domesticated animals. I purchased that as well as some hay, which he was very happy to help load into my vehicle for me as well. This store has many friendly staff and seems to be clean, organized, and we’ll stocked . I like that things don’t get maneuvered around like they do at Walmart so you are actually able to find what you need! Pleasant experience and glad they have hours that go beyond 4 or 5 P.M. and are available on weekends.

Some of the employees are great and the other half can't speak and very rude... Rilyee is awesome along with Angel, so thankful for some good employees but the other half needs a career change. Keep it up Rilyee and Angel.Instead of thanking me for shopping there, why don't you fix the problem because your sales are plummeting in that store because of that reason.

This TSC is staffed with some of the most helpful and friendly people. Even when I need something kind of different than maybe the usual purchase, it seems I find someone there that knows something about it.Love this store!

I ordered a large dog kennel for my dog online using the TSC app. When I got to the store they had a small kennel for me the lady that assisted me was extremely rude did not offer to use my member reward points and did not offer to apply my points of the money I just spent toward my member account I spend hundreds of dollars at that store and so does my family to take care of our animals.Due to her poor customer service me and my family will never shop at that store again until that lady is no longer there. There was a nice gentleman there that offered to try to make things right and she would not listen to him I did not catch his name but he deserves to be the one in charge at that store not the lady that assisted me .

When I couldn't find a Billy Ray Cyrus tape because my old one broke they could not find me one in here. But they seemed understanding and helpful anyway. I don't remember what all happened but when I left I felt like we was all friends so here is a good review.

My dog Sam love's going to tractor supply and I love bringing him with me to shop.He is always welcome and has a blast walking around freely with me and not staying at home. I also love the fact if I buy food, toys etc and he doesn't like it we can return it. We now have a new little sister a teacup chihuahua that will love it also. We bought a bad boy lawn mower with the extended warranty. We have been months try to get it fixed and now we are having trouble getting it brought back to us. As for tractor supply we haven't had that much trouble. For the service department that all we have had. They don't even come and mow your yard like we were told that they would if we bought the extended warranty

So, I'm on vacation here and had to buy something's at TS. Now it's been very hot here and the item was outside. The person at the register named Glen was so helpful, took time to help me outside in the heat. It was so unbearable hot I could not even stand the heat. But Glen was so pleasant and helpful in spite of the heat. I'm not from this state, and we don't have people like this back home as pleasent as Glen in Tennessee. Thanks Glen, and the TS staf.
