SCAM COMPANY! Stay away and save your money. I placed an order in October of 2021, paid in full $350, order # 10943. I was patient but at a year later I realized they had just stolen from me with never having intention to deliver. At one point I was finally able to get someone on the phone and expressed understanding, and that I would be okay with a refund or some type of tangible truth that I was on a waiting list. They never returned my calls. Since then I've been blocked from thier social media, they will not respond to emails or calls either. Michael Fraizer was the one I was handed off too and he continued to mislead me. Absolute SCAM group that TWRA should probably look into.

The staff at Frazier Farms was absolutely a delight to work with from beginning to end. There are reviews out there that paint this place negatively and I was skeptical because of them. I brought these up in discussions and was pleasantly surprised when they didn’t drag anyone through the mud. It put me at ease and I moved forward with the process. There was a hiccup in getting my new baby but the best part was the communication and effort put in to make everything right. I now have my pet and truly say that I made the best choice when not believing the reviews. If you are thinking of getting a special pet, please do not hesitate to work with Frazier Farms. You will not be discouraged.

I work for a nature center and we paid for baby porcupine. We chased them for TWO YEARS and they will not respond and have STOLEN our money. Do not use!!! Check the BBB to see this happens to others as well.

After wanting to get a raccoon for a while we finally decided to pull the trigger to get one from here. We put down a $375 deposit to hold ourselves a baby raccoon . Beyond excited, we were told we needed to drive down to Tennessee from Nebraska to pick it up which is a 15hr drive. We were going to go down one weekend to get him when they said it would have to be the following weekend as it would need some time from its shots. We drove 15hrs the next weekend there to pick him up only to get a text from them that he was in surgery for a cyst and wouldn’t let us see him in the vet. They told us we could get him the following morning early. We woke up to a voicemail from the “vet” that the raccoon had eaten through his collar and cone, and tore open his stitches killing himself. So saddened, with a 15 hour drive back, we asked for a refund or something of that sort. To our surprise we had got completely ghosted by them and haven’t heard from them since. Do not recommend this place one bit. Lots of their 5 star reviews are fake apparently and we have now heard that they scam many people out of hundreds of dollars.

I purchased a black squirrel in Feb. Of 2022, paid in full not just deposit. We also spent over$430 on supplies for said animal as suggested by Crystal Frazier. I was told i was 8th in line and wouldn't be a couple months till i coyld pick up our new pet. Contacted Frazier Farms every couple of months for updates (no one will answer phone or return voice mails or emails) when you can get a response they tell you anytime now. Have been patient for 18 months now they have raised the prices on black squirrels that they can not even fill orders that they have had over a year and a half. I asked for refund tired of waiting which Crystal said would be happy to refund. Sent me a tracking number that was never picked up by sender (meaning she never sent) gave me some bull about having researched and two weeks later said she would resend again tracking number but package never picked up. Now has ghosted me will not answer texts calls or voicemails. I broke my leg so i have limited mobility after surgery, but i am contacting local law enforcement for the grand theft and burglary and false and misleading buisness practices (Dept of Revenue) I recommend that anyone having any of these problems to follow up with small claims and law enforcement and Department of Revenue and TWRA lets put them out of buisness.

I placed a deposit and maintained contact via email. I only received short, non-specific responses. At a point, they stopped responding after giving me a 2-3 week ETA, after I had already waited about 5 months. I made the mistake of giving them the benefit of doubt despite seeing several bad reviews. Please take your business elsewhere.

I texted the owner about trying to find a certain exotic animal that I wanted and he was very nice and very helpful and willing to give me lots of information without being aggravated or rude. He responded almost immediately and I do not believe these one star reviews on here and furthermore, in my opinion, these are probably people with views against purchasing exotic pets and are trying to ruin the reputation of this business in order to keep people from owning exotic animals. That is silly and don't be fooled by the rants of selfish do gooders because these people have mostly five star reviews and I live in the same town as them and have heard nothing short of exceptional feedback from everyone who has dealt with them and from everyone who knows them personally. The owner even referred me to a woman who lives about 15 minutes away who is another breeder for exotic animals and had the type of monkey I was looking for so I do not believe the talk or reviews about them only being in it for the money. Lies! The animals are well cared for as you can tell by the photos and these are nice people. I would recommend to anyone for their exotic pet wants and needs! 🤙🏼🖤🙋🏻‍♀️

Complete scam. This "breeder" will take your money and then reference their terms of service as an excuse to never give you your animal or a refund. Look at the other reviews.

Mike and Crystal are absolutely phenomenal in every regard of doing business. Professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Excellent communication, and they delivered my new Scottish Highland heifer to me from across the state. Everything was as easy as it could possibly be for a business transaction. 10 stars and I highly recommend them.

I would avoid this seller. They are already selling next year's litters without filling prior orders.I see this as a money-grab operation, trying to get as many deposits as possible without the means to fill the orders. We are talking about living animals, so they need to be more conscious of their online sales and promises. I was able to get a refund only after complaining on a public forum.

The animals are taken care of so so good, all healthy, great looking animals. Awesome variety as well. And the lady who cares for them is as sweet as pie. Helped me thru a lot and is still continuing to help even after the initial purchase. Super grateful to have had found her!

I purchased a baby grey squirrel from here and the WHOLE process was smooth and exceeded my expectations. I would recommend Frazier Farms to any person who is in the market for an exotic pet. The owner Chrystal Frazier is so patient and answered ALL my questions and believe me there were a lot! She even still helps me to this day!

I had purchased a fox from an auction by another breeder who wouldnt return my calls or texts when I began having issues with his health and needed advice. I called Frazier Exotics not expecting them to care about an animal that didn't come from them but hoped they could even steer me on the right path. I was genuinely so thankful and blown away by their kindness, with their knowledge and help I was able to get my guy back to perfect health. Please learn from my mistakes and take time to find a good breeder like Frazier Exotics that truly arent in it for just the money. Finding someone who genuinely cares about these animals is hard to come by; I will be recommending them to anyone interested in the exotic community and will never purchase from another breeder but them again.

I just purchased a arctic fox and he is such a good boy I had a very good experience at the farm Crystal was an amazing person I enjoyed talking to her and she informed me a lot on my baby before taking him home if you ever decide that you want an exotic pet they are the ones to go thru I had an amazing experience and well satisfied

Love,Love,Love these awesome folks. Sweetest people you'll ever have the pleasure of knowing. Proud to call them friends. They will go out of their ways to answer any questions (and trust me I've had ALOT) LOL you have because they want you to take care of their babies and they want you to have the best companion possible. Because of their Patience and love for their animals our Fox Finnick has become one of the best pets we've ever had. Thank you guys so much. I recommend Frazier Farm exotics to everyone.

I put a deposit down over 8 months ago still haven't received my animal and when trying to contact them multiple time they either ignore me or gave me short awnser so i have no idea when im getting the animal or if im getting the animal if they are gonna take deposit they should have the means to fill them before taking on more deposits
