Server Jessica was absolutely amazing and attentive. The restaurant was clean, the bathrooms were clean, the parking lot was clean. Everyone we encountered was extremely nice. And the food is absolutely delicious! I had to make a special request on my food because of food allergies, they not only honored my request but made my food exquisite. 10/10 will definitely visit again.

7-30-23, Stopped in by chance. I'm glad we did. Med size Pizza Restaurant, The staff was very friendly and helpful. Had a very enjoyable experience and great all you can eat buffet. Their salad bar was freash, and all of their vegetables were very delicious. They had slices of pizzas with different toppings. They didn't have pepperoni, without hesitation, fixed one up for us. Plenty of parking, and being up on the hill, gave it a very nice view. As for the price, very reasonable. So you want a very enjoyable and relaxing place to eat, which I'm pretty sure their menu, everyone will find something to their liking.Kid-friendliness: With all you can eat buffet, I'm sure the kids will enjoy the different slices of pizza, as well your salad lovers .

The Bulls Gap location has the best pizza and service of all the Pizza Plus locations in the surrounding area. The dining area as well as the restrooms are always clean and the staff polite, pleasant and courteous. The salad bar is neat and fully stocked with wide variety of fresh vegetables, various salads, toppings and dressings to make a delicious salad. They offer daily specials to help with the family budget. Carryout, delivery or dine in, you won't be disappointed.

Confusing is a good word for my experience. They have one lunch special listed on the window and then another lunch special listed at the door. When I inquired about the lunch specials he wasn't quite sure which one would be available. Apparently the one on the window is outdated in the one on the door is current. It's supposed to be four slices of pizza a side salad and a beverage. Since I was getting it to go apparently they make a personal size pizza versus giving you four slices which is fine. When he asked me about the drink I asked if it was in the bottle or fountain. He said it came with a 16 oz fountain drink which I said was fine. He was in insistent on me telling him what soda I'm going to pick from the fountain. I have no idea how that even matters. The soda comes with the meal. Anyways I order the pizza and wow is it tiny. The smallest personal size pizza I've ever seen. As you can see from my photos the slices were tiny and that's an understatement. The pizza is more like a snack than a meal. The pizza tasted very good and kind of reminded me of what Pizza Hut used to be like back in the day however this is not worth any amount of money if it's going to be this small in size. Not the best experience and probably won't be back.

Food was good but I think it was cuz we were starving. Half way thru we realized pizza was not all the way cooked. Dough was super soft and cheese half way melted. Lord help my tummy after. Staff was kind and professional, buffet was basic but tasted ok n fresh. Tables weren't wiped down, but restaurant overall looked clean. Potential. They WERE short staffed as the sign out front indicated so maybe 👀 that's why the undercooked rushed pizza?

Being the closest pizza place to me, I have been informed that I am too far to deliver to, which is funny, because they will deliver right across the street from me. It's a shame that they will drive to across the street, but not to my house. When I brought this up to a manager, I was told Sorry, but you are still outside our delivery range.Since you want to lose business over .05 of a mile, then so be it.

Visited on May 3, 2022 at 8:17 p.m. They were extremely busy and our wait time was rather lengthy. We patiently waited for our pizza. It was delicious and well worth waiting for. It's to sad that we live in a world where not everyone is that kind and understanding! They were super busy and doing the best they could. These ladies were awesome! They earn and deserve appreciation 😃

Had my delivery order out within 20 minutes of calling and placing the order. Victor had it delivered fresh and he was SO kind. Him and Robert are definitely the best delivery drivers!

I called in and ordered around 5:40PM for delivery. The lady on the phone that took the order was an extreme sweetheart. I called back around 7:20PM because we hadn't gotten our food yet. Whoever answered that time wasn't as friendly, but it is a Saturday and I'm sure they are busy. She said my order was being sent out next. We got our food around 7:50-8ish. It was hot and everything was fresh. I was a little worried that the order might had been sitting there awhile and was going to be cold. It wasn't though. It was great. The delivery lady was an extreme sweetheart also. I think it was the same lady that took the order. Thank you for a great meal Pizza Plus!

We ordered a supreme pizza and a chicken ranch pizza . The supreme had lots of toppings and seemed to have real mozzarella. It was all very good and waitress was nice. We had a supreme pizza 2nights before at pizza hut in Rogersville. It was not as good and did not have real mozzarella!

I Love this place. Me and my kids go there twice a month. They have friendly people who work there. They are always very courteous and the pizza is ready in a short time. My kids live to play the claw machines. They go through $25 in quarters in no time but they win so many thing!!! Hard, sunglasses, toys and stuffed animals, also the one machine let's my granddaughter play until she wins a duck. They are aren't packed and it's alot of fun!!!

A local pizza place with friendly help and good prices. The food service - for late lunch was quick. Our drinks never ran dry either. Thin crust is definitely thin so maybe go with pan if you want a little dough.

I have to say that this is some of the best pizza I have ever ate. They are always friendly and super nice. I love their salad bar. It doesn't go the length of the building, if that's what your looking for, but it has enough on it to make a good salad. I haven't tried their delivery service. I only live 15 minutes away so I figure its not going to kill me to go get it.

Brent, Brett?? was a fantastic delivery driver. However, Ordered 2 pizzas and an order of wings at 7pm. Delivery driver gets here at 8:30pm without the wings and gives us a sandwich that we didnt order. Call back and the manager says that she can send us wings, us keep the sandwich, and we get a credit for the order of the wings to our account. Another hour and a half goes by and we call back to see where the wings are the manager then tells us that she misunderstood our conversation and will send out wings. We also live 2 miles away from this location do not understand why it takes an hour and a half to deliver. Will not order from here again. Do not waste your money. Go into town for papa johns.

People were absolutely awesome. Arrived late just before closing after a horrendous 8hr traffic jam. They were cleaning up getting ready to close but happily invited us to sit and have a meal. Food was amazing. Fresh salad bar, delicious calzone, crust is perfect! My husband had the pizza sub and didn't want to share as it was the best bread and flavor he's had here in Tennessee. Folks were kind and gracious and a blessing to these 2 weary travelers. Will definitely be back.

One of the only places that delivers on that side of the county. We love their pizza and the price isn't bad either. I mean why pay the high prices for one of the big pizza chain restaurants like Papa John's or Pizza Hut when you can get wonderful pizza close to home? Plus they deliver in the county.

Not enough staff. The one lady worked so hard and stretched so thin. Took a long time to get food like almost 2 hours for 1 pizza and then ended up costing us almost $50. 1 small salad , 2 waters and 1 pizza should not cost that much. Very disappointed. Waitress was wonderful though.

If you want pizza that is so undercooked that it sticks to the bottom of the box to the point that half your food is inedible the the next day unless you bake it yourself on arrival. If you love having your order show up correct 50% of the time and charged a $3 delivery fee on top of all that, then this is the place for you.

Okay so usually everything here is great, fresh salad bar, good pizza, but we had order today that consisted of spaghetti, and I have had great spaghetti in the past, but today was bad. The spaghetti noodles were way undercooked, the point to where they had just started to get limp.... please cook the noodles longer next time.

Cashier attempts to conduct the business transaction saying as few words as possible. The "buffet" is a small salad bar with 1-2 pizzas at a time. You have to request any pizza before they will make one. Once they put it out it is a poor excuse for a pizza and you better get a slice before everyone else does. Not worth $10. 00.

Pizza Plus is my favorite compared to other chain stores in the area. Their food is really, really good. My only complaint is that (to me) it's more expensive than other pizza places. For that reason, I honestly won't allow myself to order there very often.
