Stopped here for a burger on a long road trip. We usually try to avoid gas station fast food but we were craving a DQ burger. Although the Exxon station itself isn't that great (no toilet paper in ladies room), the Dairy Queen had fabulous ambitious and kind employees. Food was high quality too and better than your average DQ. Employees seemed happy and stayed busy. This was a great experience!

Waited over 30 minutes for my food. That is not fast food. The lobby doors were locked but other customers told me they were still taking orders at the door. I should have left then, but I didn’t. I waited 10 minutes to place my order, then over 20 for them to bring it to me. Then they forgot two items from my order (which I discovered after I left) and the ketchup I had requested. The food was still warm (but not hot) when I got it, otherwise it’d be a single star.

We stopped here while traveling just for chicken and gravy. When we got there, we were only customers inside. They completely ignored us for about 5 minutes and then had no gravy. Only reason we eat at DQ. This store is attached to a convenience store. Clean, but staff seemed to be scurrying and some didn't act like they knew what they were doing. Gal that waited on us was great once she came to counter. Would not go back there if we lived there.

When I go to DQ i always order a turtle pecan cluster blizzard with extra pecans. I've ordered one at this place before and had no issues. Until now, i go there again order the same thing and DQ is known for flipping over the blizzards ...they don't flip the blizzard over instead just hand it to me. It was a water like consistency...I couldn't believe they even handed that to me. I wanted a blizzard not melted ice cream. There were a few ways they could have addressed the situation but you could tell they didn't care about thier job and what it stood for or the customers. I asked them why the blizzard was like that and thier answer was because its hot outside and when you put the Carmel into the blizzard it melts the ice cream. I've never* ever* had this problem before at any other DQ in different states. So why now all of a sudden am i hearing about this year's later? If that's the case .....take it off your menu or if the employees are making it wrong correct that !

Dairy Queen is always a wonderful place to stop and grab a quick bite to eat.The employees do their absolute best and I'm so happy to be greeted by them at the window! Everyone of course has bad days and fast food is a hard job! It takes a truly amazing team to push through busy periods. This Dairy Queen is by far my most favorite fast food place near me. Keep on rocking! Love it P.S So what if they get something minor wrong, just go back through and correct it. We are all human and you would probably make mistakes too. Heck, everyone makes mistakes. I once gave out a $40 order for free during my first fast food job! And I was trying so hard and it was so stressful. All I'm saying is, just be kind and patient, Dairy Queen is improving Every. Single. Day💛

Stopped on the way to the Bristol night race and got some ice cream. Staff was really nice and even though it was busy I was served really quick. The ice cream was delicious as normal. If its open late I'll stop again. Store was clean.

Good food, but the order was incomplete, I didn't get my dogs meat patties. I was in the middle of kitchen repairs and couldn't cook. I will continue to be a loyal customer, but I will check my to go orders 😊 😉

Location is only available for drive thru. Tired to order steak finger basket but was advised that was a Texas menu item.🤦‍♂️ So we ordered the chicken basket. Food was good and so was the service. Just wish the lobby was open so we wouldn't have to eat in our vehicle in the parking lot.

Just went thru the drive thru to pick up dinner. What a joke! When we got home and my boys opened there chicken strip baskets there might have been 10 decent sized fries in each box ( the rest was just small pieces) , the "chicken tenders" where all breading, no gravy in the box and the toast had been buttered but not toasted. Food quality is not worth the price that was paid for the food we got! I wish I could post a picture of this rediculousness.

I go there often to eat. They are the nicest group of people. I have never had any of them be mean or nasty and they are always just sweet. I go and get the bags of ice and chicken baskets at least 2 times a week 😂.

Oh my! We don't have a DQ at home so this was a special treat. Of course the requisite order is a Blizzard! I had the pecan turtle and my brother had a limited edition one with peanut butter and chocolate. It had mini PB cups in it. The store was nice and clean. Our order was ready in a few minutes. Staff was friendly and efficient. Great place!

Food was ok. Our hamburger and chicken strips came out a luke warm, and were not fresh. Otherwise, the blizzard and fries came out fine. Short in stock on several items. Service was fine, but a little rude. Food was quick, but that just shows it had been setting out. Overall unsatisfactory visit.

Took almost an hour to eat here. Only working employees were making ice cream. We got part of our food and didn't get any utensils to eat with. No one would acknowledge us standing at the counter. Waited an extra 12 minutes to get fries we were shorted and utensils. All people waiting were frustrated with wait times and cars were backed up with long wait times at the drive thru as well.

Foods great, love the chicken strips with cheese curds. But sometimes if u get there after 8pm, they won't offer some things and 9pm is REALLY early to close for what could be the best fast food restaurant off exit 23. ...Update: stopped by today and they were full inside and closed the drive thru and stopped taking orders like 7:30ish for some reason and it's said they are open till 9pm. They just serve what or when they want after it gets dark I guess 😂 I mean people go by there hours that's online or posted so to just shut down and run away paying customers during business hours is just unprofessional. U never know how far someone's driven to get there inside business hours.
