My review is for the campground only, not the RV service/sales. If you enjoy actually having fun with your family and camping on the weekends, I would not recommend this campground. The campground is aimed toward people who live in their campers full time. There is a permanent resident at the campground in particular who is notorious for nit picking other campers to death. You can try to be a good neighbor, but nothing is ever good enough for them. We pulled our camper out today, 3 months before our lease was up, because we were finally done with being nit picked for every little thing we did "wrong." Plus we were tired of the strong smell of "skunk" coming from the camper across from us everytime we walked outside in the evenings. (If you know what smells like a skunk then you know the smell I am referring to.) No one seems to enforce the rule of no illegal drugs at the campground, but you better not park your golf cart next to the sidewalk at the bath house or you will get a phone call from the park manager while you're at work about it. Our friends pulled their camper from there today as well. If the owners would like to discuss any of this more in depth, please feel free to call me. Michelle has my number.

Decent little park with mostly long-term residents. That said, everyone is extremely friendly, nice, helpful and conscientious about keeping their sites clean, organized and well-groomed. The repair shop helped us with a problem and were very responsive and competent, as well as reasonably priced. Utilities were good, with decent cell service for Verizon and T mobile. Not much to do in the area that is not lake-related.

I love this place! Family came from Out of town and they treated them with the most friendly and respectful and knowledgeable staff. They helped my family with re pair issues and made Their stay at the RV park very convenient for them while they had to stay. When I have problems with my RV or even if I just want to learn something new they are always very helpful. The grounds are beautiful and the store is well stocked and managed. And dont forget to take a look at the beautiful RV sales lot. I love seeing everything in one place.

Pleasant, knowledgeable customer service in the RV store. Had just what we needed to prepare for a upcoming camper trip. We had service done at Little Eagle, earlier this year, and were pleased with their service department.We also checked out their campers. Nice selection of new and used RVs.

After reading some of the reviews, not exactly sure what people are expecting of this place. It's a gated RV Park (feel secure at night), they have a good size dog run for the pets. Staff is very friendly & Barbara who lives on the campground, takes care of this place very well. We were greeted by her & another camper who helped us back our RV in and helped us set up. Very friendly people here. Paris Landing State Park is right down the road, & the highway is not busy so it's nice and quiet. They give military discounts on the products in the store. The wifi is fast enough to stream movies.. Only downside, your antenna won't pick up any local channels. And if you have Sprint, don't expect to make phone calls. We got our 37 ft trailer in here with no problems either, plenty of elbow room. There are no stupid restrictions at this park either.

This little park is convenient and friendly enough. It is mostly for permanent residents however, and very eclectic. From classy, well groomed pads with flashy new Fifth Wheels to trashy and run-down old rigs...Overnight pads are not paved and not quite leveled, but full hook-ups.Bath House is a little flimsy but OK.While the park has direct access to the lake, level has been down long enough that it has visibly not been close the water in a while. No useful boat ramp, no stroll by the lake, no fishing. Overnight Price is reasonable.

This review is for the RV Service Dept at Little Eagle RV Park in Buchanan, TN. We needed some new equalizers put on our travel trailer and there was no way we were going to take our trailer all the way in to Nashville to the 'big box RV dealer' to have the work done. A local shop we called could not do the work but recommended the Little Eagle RV Park, service department which was two hours away from where we live. Because it was the start of camping season we were worried they would not have any available appointments, but with fingers crossed we called to check their availability. The service manager stated they were swamped, but they could fit us in to an early morning slot if we could arrive by opening time. Not only were they accommodating for our needs, they went above and beyond in their service. Every single person we interacted with, were kind, helpful, and cared about doing the job right. The mechanic assigned our ticket went above and beyond (or perhaps we are just used to the poor service we have received from the 'big box RV dealer' service departments so our expectations were low? I don't think so - he was very professional and personable). The mechanic not only installed the equalizers, he checked and adjusted the brakes, verified all tires were properly inflated, made sure the wheels were torqued to spec, etc. While these things are mostly a 'part' of the service, it is the first time we had ever experienced them actually being done and being done with customer safety in mind. I would highly recommend the Little Eagle RV Park service department should you find yourself any where near the area of Buchanan, TN and need some RV repairs done.

Very nice place on Kentucky Lake. The sites are a little uneven and close together. Our site is wide however. There is a nice covered seating area in the middle and a nice deck on the water for all to use. It is gated at night which is a plus. Wifi works well. All in all, we are happy here. Staying one month in August 2017 in 43 foot 5th wheel.

My wife and I were truly blessed when we learned about Little Eagle RV repair service. Our refrigerator was not working in the LP mode. Called Little Eagle and they told me to bring my Motor Home and they would do the service work. I came the next day and Randy, the manager told me he would do his best to try have repair's completed today, or the next day if he had to order parts. Called Randy later in the day and he told me the work was completed and we could pick up our motor home. Not only did the repair the refrigerator, they also replaced the shower faucet. My wife and I want say thanks' to Randy and his staff. They do great work at a reasonable price.

Several unrelated BBB complaints, not able to retain staff (office, host, service or sales, park) pet area is septic for park, rent out your yearly site if you leave….should say enough. Lots of much better places in the area.

This is the most amazing campground I have ever been to, and the campground Host is what makes it so amazing she has that friendly country girl personally that makes you feel welcome, every so often she will schedule either a potluck or some kind of an event, the bathhouse is clean and well keep, if you have a problem she will find the answer and get it fixed. I give the little Eagle campground two thumbs up and highly recommend it,,

Owner was very nice, was very helpful with what kind of camper we were looking for. I will be going back there and check with him again. I recommend stopping in and checking them out, I like them better than Garlands Rv.

It's our go to place for everything RV. Randy is very knowledgeable, and always ready to help. They have a nice selection of RV accessories. We have had our RV worked on several times, and have been very satisfied. They do not work on motor and drivetrain, however.

Nice little gated campground on the shore of Kentucky Lake. Staff is really nice and very helpful. We are starting over a month and are quite pleased. Am added plus is that they have an RV repair shop and store on the premises.

This is a legit honest review of this company. We camp all the time at piney and have several friends that do as well. We have made many purchases here and have always been satisfied UNTIL we were in the market for a new camper. We talked with Randy and he showed us several Starcraft travel trailers (which is what we were trading) we didn’t fall in love with but decided to go ahead and purchase the one we liked the best as long as the price and payment were where we wanted them. The price was too high and the payment was not where we wanted it so we continued to shop around. We found a great deal in Corbin, KY and puchased a 2019 Wildcat 312RLI. We drove 5 hours away and saved 10k (no joke -check out wildcat RV). We got home and noticed our underbelly was sagging a bit (really not a big deal-easy fix) called up our dealer they said no problem take it wherever you want and we will cut you a check. So we called up Randy at Little eagle and he immediately starts bad mouthing the type of camper we bought and my husbands is like, that’s fine, can you fix it? He says yes so we have the warranty department ship out a whole new underbelly (which isn’t even really needed) but Randy wanted it just in case he needed it, no problem, we got it. So 7 days go by and we get the runaround, mind you, my brand new camper is sitting on his lot, he won’t return calls, so my husband goes down there. Bottom line, Randy is butt hurt because we didn’t buy his camper and says he don’t want to fix it. Wow! Talk about good customer service for repairs. Does Randy know that he is in a town with lots of campers and that a service department is just that, a service department- I mean for petes sake, we are in LBL-everybody camps and not everybody is buying their camper from you. Well Randy, I hope your feelings heal quickly and I will be sure to tell everybody I know about your impeccable customer service! Oh, and by the way, Randy, I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE MY WILDCAT!
