The retro style floors are pure nostalgia. Nicely arranged store with a more than helpful electronics crew. Had to call ahead to make sure an item was in-store today due to running into a mismatch in Jackson,TN. Thankfully, the wonderful lady working the desk back there was more than happy to confirm availability of the accessory I needed when provided the SKU. Which saved me from possibly being severely disappointed after a 35 minute drive.

My go to Walmart obviously because it is the closest. Service is always smooth and pretty much is never out of anything I am looking for. The bathroom as well is always clean.

The biggest joke of a Walmart, I have ever seen!! If you live out of state please don't try to refill a prescription or exchange anything. The girl in the pharmacy was more worried about a frosty she was eating than transferring my prescriptions. It took 20 minutesand a frosty later for her just to tell me she couldn't transfer them. I drive truck and no other Walmart has a problem with it. Customer service wouldn't exchange an electronic toothbrush without the box!! Mind you, I had my receipt!! Most definitely will not be back!! They all seem to be scared or too lazy to do what they were hired to do, and that is WORK!!

Usually where I stop for my weekly supplies for being on the road all week. No matter who’s working the deli , they are always friendly and happy to get what you need. They have employees on registers on top of self check out so there’s hardly ever any wait time checking out. Management at the Brownsville Walmart could definitely help improve some of the surrounding Walmarts in this area. Courtesy in all the departments. Amazing

I've been to so many Walmarts in the U.S. , but I've never seen Walmart as clean and tidy as here. Other Wal-Mart stores must learn from here, especially the manager of Wal-Mart stores in California. Good job all you guys, keep it up..!!! :D

Every employee here from the staff stocking the shelves, to the vision center, to the checkout are so friendly and helpful - especially Blaine at the self checkout. He makes sure everyone leaves with a smile. Love this Walmart.

It's OK. The pharmacy is always helpful. I usually have to shop at Walmart in different cities to get what I need as the one in Brownsville is either not stocked or they just don't have what I am looking for.

Shopping experience was pleasant. Did not have over population on the aisles. The restroom was not bad. Only complaint was the sink in front men's restroom sprays very hard and splashes out some. All the produce looked well maintained. Did not see many empty shelves on the aisles I visited. As with most walmarts pretty wide variety of products to choose from. No wait to get to a self checkout. Cashier lines also did not appear long.

There were 30 people in line for self checkout and two cashiers open. The cashiers were doing their best, but they were overwhelmed. The store needs to have sufficient staff to get their customers out of there efficiently. I needed one thing. I was in line 25 minutes.

I just kind of sat in the car. My cousin and my dad went inside by the way, reason why I'm not giving them five stars is because they said they could get me a bigger laptop than a 50 gig that already had. Yeah that's why I'm giving her three stars!🤯🧑‍ They should never pray on a person in a wheelchair cuz I had to sit there and with my cousin he can can protest to my pain that I had in my bottom. You know, yes I did! 🚨🚨

I'd rather drive 100 miles, with gas prices as high as they are, than to go to this place. I'd get there quicker than I would than to get checked out at this WM. I've seen over 20 people stand in line at the self checkout. With one of 15 checkout lines open and 1 employee checking out customers. Shelf are empty and items in the floor. Noone to help you find needs. Sam Walton would role over in his grave.
