Trying to get extra paint I had previously bought there. I gave them the paint sample, numbers off the can and they said they needed additional numbers under the lid. Nothing but paint under the lid obviously. Guess they never heard of matching. They were doing inventory, felt like we were just put off. They just lost a loyal customer.

I was looking for lime soil. The lady working helped me find the one bag in stock. She carried it to my car and loaded it. Great customer service every time I go there

The employees were very helpful. Unfortunately, they were unable to make a key for my granddaughter's car. They tried. I will be visiting again! Great customer service!

I had a return on June 1, 2023. I suppose I did not realize what time it was, but the manager had the worst conduct I have ever seen, just ugly and smart mouth. Will never recommend this store to anyone. It was about 20 minutes before 7:00 p.m. Everyone there has been extremely nice except this one person. I at least no how to talk to people.

I was looking for some of those Command Strip Wall hangers. I was greeted as I entered, asked if they could help me find what I was looking for and they walked me right to them. It doesn't matter if your spending 20 dollars or 200 dollars these guys( and gals) are treating every customer the way you should expect from that Giant Hardware store. Great Job fellas! (There weren't any women on this particular occasion) And thank you for being top notch with your excellent and above average customer service. We need more of that.

Had to drive to this location about 30 mi from my local Ace to get an item that was only in stock at this location, no other hardware stores had it. I was the only customer in store, but was greeted by Steven who was very friendly and attentive, took me right to the section I needed and helped me choose some accessories. He also shook the primer I needed in the paint machine. Excellent, Superb customer service! This Ace looked brand new and was clean and spotless. Highly recommend shopping at Ace Hardware for the best customer service!
