So parking was decent. Customer service was excellent. It was not to crowded so as too make our trip in their just as quick out. Was overall fairly quick. Would highly recommend for some small order shoppers

On-line shopping...Drive a distance to get the groceries only to get home and find no Milk or Eggs...Called on-line order dept and it's still in the cooler..They ask can you drive back to p/u?Definitely can cause I have plenty of gas and time on my hands Wal-Mart...One stop shopping and convenience..Check your groceries before leaving this store...

They need more electric scooters for that size of store. The cashiers that they do have need to be taught how to have manners and be polite to their customers. If it wasn't for the customers coming in to buy from the store. None of thye would have a job or pay check to rely on. IT COST ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO BE NICE TO SOMEONE!!!

Store # 00620Absolutely horrific, front end staff do not care about the customers and also do not care to assist handicap customers (I cannot walk without assistance) For me shopping is always a chore.I had 2(two)!! coupons that when I was ready to pay after ringing up all my items, the machine decided I didn’t buy the correct items. I was refused help and when I asked to have the items for the coupons removed from my purchase, Front end Cashier/Manager whoever she was decided to cancel the whole order.I had to rering all 60 of my items while she stood around with a sourpuss look on her face the whole time. Target here I come. Will never shop at any Walmart again.

They need more shopping scooters. I can't hardly walk, and every time i go, there is never a scooter where i can get around. Very frustrated

I am,so thankfull for walmart people helping me out with my son ??. My sons hair got stuck in his car wheels I couldn't get it out.. and this lady that worked there help and the mine boss got the scissors for me to cut it lose I am glad they was there to help

I love this Walmart! This is my go to shopping center because everything is under one roof. As a Senior Citizen with mobility issues, I love their electric carts.

One of the best Walmarts I've been to. Great gardening section and a tire supplier. I went to pick up some freon, but looked around and did a little more shopping.Walmart is here to stay for a while so I take advantage of their buying power and deals.Most have a great clearance section that offer really great deals on closeout items. Golf, Automotive, Makeup and more can usually be found in the clearance isle.

Walmart now expects the majority of their customers to scan and bag their own groceries while they give NO DISCOUNT for doing someone else's job that they put towards catering to the people who pay Walmart a monthly fee to have them do their shopping for them. I am tired of dodging the employees running through the isles shopping for people just to have to check myself out. I am NOT a Walmart employee. 🤬

At 10:55 pm they told my wife she couldn’t go toward the back of the store to find me because she was buying so many items. That just seems absurd to me. We will change our + membership for prime very soon

Friendly. staffing has increased stock quantity has increased and floor is upgraded. shelving layout and newer better products than before...Walmart plus is excellent and you get the Paramount Network along with it and free shipping its more than worth it!!

I'm literally been standing back in milk section as I speak for 25min. Had them page somone that can get in milk cooler to get the milk that is not on shelf..... not even the pickup order people would get me 2 gallons because it's not their department. 2 year old needs milk and here I stand. Hire more employees.. thank you. 0 star if I could.

This is a great Walmart. I have a house in Bristol TN since late 80's but currently live in Alexandria VA for work. Every time I come home this is my go-to Walmart. It's super clean, well stocked and the folks who work there are kind and helpful.The gas station has a great price and doesn't gouge.Their auto department is also very good.

The people that work there have no idea what's going on. So make sure you don't ask any questions if you know what you're going for and know where it's at that's your best bet

This chain is always a disappointment. Went there to get an oil change they told me because they had four people ahead of me at noon that they couldn't take any more customers for the day and they closed at 7:00 p.m.! They told me to go inside and book an appointment which I did the woman working at the desk said that she couldn't book an appointment that I would have to do it online.. I asked her why they didn't answer the phone and she just looked at me I thought she was having a stroke! Went somewhere else I hate this store.. no matter where I go to Walmart I find the people incompetent.

Their customer pick up is the best thing since sliced bread. To be able to go online and pick up my groceries and then just park and they bring them out is so convenient. I couldn’t ask for anything any better

We shop here often. Great prices and only 5 mins from my house. It is a great place to get snacks and hair and make up products. Although, I really love Target this is way easier to get to in a hurry.

It was a typical Walmart experience, replete with scantily clad folks--some with disabilities-- doing the best they could!! Thank heavens Walmart has just about everything a person could want, need, use or wear. Tennessee is hot in the Summertime, at times I suppose clothing is optional or to be worn at your own discretion.🤔🤔🤔
