I had a positive experience at this store got all of my elephant decor in 2019 for my upcoming grand girl 🤗 I purchased all pink elephant theme decor and Everything I purchased for my daughter's Baby shower was absolutely beautiful and all the employees were extremely nice and helpful!

Immense selection & goood prices. example:Mini claw machine $40 ($47 on Amazon)Mylar character balloon $10 ($17-23 @Kroger)And lots lots more. Halloween seems to be the same deal with great selection and waaaaay better prices than a Spirit store.

Big store with such tall, tall shelves. They honestly reach so high. I don’t know who needs to hear this but this place carries the TY beanie boos and mini boo blind boxes. Nice employees but understaffed (I guess who isn’t during pandemic?). Fun place to browse.

Had a great experience and found exactly what I was looking for. Kim was very helpful in helping me find what I had scouted out online. Great selection for every occasion. Only reason I didn't get it 5 stars is I feel some of the products are overpriced.

Sadly the selection is lacking. If the prices were more in line with what they offer it would be better. But most of the things they "offer" was never available and they couldn't even order at for us.

Super friendly and helpful staff. I had to exchange a costume I purchased online as it came in the wrong size. I drove over an hour to this location because I needed the right size before I could exchange through the mail. They had no issues with my exchange and were just overall nice and helpful.

Stopped by bc I was in search of Chinese lanterns, which they didn't have. There was only one worker for the entire store, who was stocking when I walked in. Maybe someone else was on break??After about 15 minutes, I headed to the front to checkout, where two others were already waiting to be assisted. The employee did acknowledge us and let us know she would be right with us. She was helping other customers find what they needed.it took about another 15 minutes before she was able to begin the transaction for my 3 items.The waiting to checkout was a little inconvenient esp. around the holidays when more customers should be expected.a self checkout register wasn't available but I could see how one would be more convenient for both the customer and the one employee scheduled and covering the entire store.

Malachi was AWESOME and helped us every step of the way. He made our check-out experience the absolute best, too! The store's hours are great, atmosphere was fun and calm at the same time, and staff were phenomenal. We recommended this Party City to our family immediately after leaving--no joke!

Party City is a great source for parties AND for seasonal decor. I really didn't know the place was so huge and had such a wide variety. Prices are great. A ship-to-store option would be helpful but hopefully in the future.

It's a really great place to play around in. Went with my friends and we tried on half the masks in there!I'm sure it's great for purchasing too. 🤣Saw wedding decorations in there if you're looking for any. They also have stuff for birthday parties of all ages, and for upcoming holidays. Cosplayers should also check this store out. (Candy can be found here as well)

I love Party City!! They always have really neat things and the prices are pretty cheap compared to some other places! Always end up buying something while I'm there. And the staff is so friendly. T'hey greet you as soon as you come in the door and they're always happy to help you find something if you need assistance. Definitely going to be coming back.

I normally do not post a negative experience because their are enough negative already and people can have a bad day but our experience with Party City both locally and corporately has been TERRIBLE!So I work for nonprofit and we needed 600 Easter baskets to distribute to local children. We placed order online and got the confirmation email. A week later we checked order status and it said in warehouse so we waited couple more days before contacting them on which we were told the order was placed on hold and that they sent us an email. When we asked why it was placed on hold and had since been cancelled was told that we would be charged extra for shipping (keep in mind out order is around $650). We contacted local store and spoke with manager about purchasing through the store and we would pick them up there. She said she would check on it and let us know. We never heard anything back from her at all. So we went ahead and ordered baskets again online and had a free shipping coupon which we them were told that they could not honor because of amount of baskets (the fine print didnt say anything about weight only must spend over certain amount which we well exceeded). We had to have these baskets to begin packing so we placed order. When they arrived we had multiple broken baskets so we took them along with invoice to store to be exchanged for more baskets. We were treated very rude by store manager who would not do the exchange because to lady who drove 30 minutes for us to exchange them didnt have anything proving she was part of our organization. I would understand if she was returning for money but we only wanted to exchange them. We tried multiple times to work with Party City on local and corporate level and no one seemed to want to help. I would say that is definitely worst customer service I've ever experienced

They greet everyone that walks through their door with, "Welcome to Party City!" In my opinion, good customer service stops there. Went there in the afternoon and seemed to have quite a few workers on hand. But, when I went to the checkout, there was only one cashier and she was checking someone out and getting a bouquet of balloons ready for the customer. So, the transaction took longer than normal. I understand and that was all perfectly fine. I stood in line through this process, waiting..... I was not even acknowledged. So.... where were the other workers?? I put my item back and left.

Way to expensive for an adult costume. I spent $116 just on 3 costumes for my 3 kids which I think is crazy considering they will only be wearing these outfits 1 time!!!!! Also, the outfit I wanted was $40 and it was literally a shirt and an overall skirt!!!! The only good thing I can say is that they have a friendly and helpful staff and they have a wide variety selection.

Not during Halloween 🎃. These high school kids that work here are incompetent and just ...well they don’t care. Prices were marked wrong. Machete was stocked at $3.99. At check out it was 9.99. Went back and forth. Kid working there said the manager was on the way. She never called. Watched another customer storm out because of wrong price. And it wasn’t even busy. So that being said, don’t bother during Halloween at party city pinnacle Bristol 😉

Great place to take kids to spend a few bucks on candy and gadgets. You can also find all kinds of inexpensive costume pieces here. And party supply stuff you haven't even thought of yet. Very nice bathrooms in the back. Friendly staff. Lots of party balloons.

Costumes are double online prices. Was looking for a Luigi costume for my 12 yr. Old. Only had 10-12 in kids for $29.99 and adult small was $49.99. No attendant at the costume wall or the storage room with walkie talkies like Knoxville stores. So I had to kind of help myself. The lady at the register was nice tho. Oh an NO returns ever, only exchanges.So good luck with that part!!

Bought a costume for my son for $35. Got it home and the glasses didn't work. Okay no big deal just return it. Stopped by WalMart and found the EXACT same costume for $20. Apparently a little over priced... And the only friendly assiciate out of the 3 we dealt with was the girl sending into the back what costumes were needed. She was very busy and still kept a smile on her face.

Overpriced on everything. Was looking for steampunk goggles & they had NONE. Was looking for dark fairy wings, also had NONE. All I could find in feather wings was white & they were $20. I bought nothing. Staff was not helpful. Came home & found both things I needed on Amazon for $8 each w/ prime shipping. This store is overpriced, & staff is useless.

Getting your balloons blowed up with helium here, is crazy expensive. Food City was a 1/4 of the price.They had nice staff, but the prices are jacked....

If you have kids who love Halloween and parties, then this is the place for you. Some things can get pretty expensive, but overall the prices are decent. All kinds of Halloween costumes from infants to adults and even pets
